They upgraded "our" room as the normal delux room was on renovation. Staff was friendly (in fact all Taiwanese are friendly & with excellent customer service. they learned a lot from Japan). The room was huge, clean and relatively comfortable. The Cable TV has more 50 channels & able to cater for all ages. The toilet & bathroom was big & amenities were sufficient. Only set back was, bit far fm Tainan train station. But a normal local bus, cost you NT18 will bring you just right outside the hotel. However, I strongly recommend tourists to walk from the station to the hotel. The shops and the people is what you need to experience, at least walk once. Overall very good, although 3-star, after the stay, I can rate it 4-star.
