Reviewed Sep 19, 2026員工服務很棒，並沒有因為我們是Booking的客人態度不好，餐廳的妹妹態度也很好笑臉迎人東西沒了補的也超快，也很感謝我們因為到的晚還幫我們把房間升級為四人房，非常感謝。
浴室的清潔可能還要再加強，牆面都生小霉菌了

Reviewed Aug 5, 2026臺南劍橋飯店地理位置便利，位於市區，門口就有公車站牌，交通相當方便；不過若是在台南旅遊，還是以騎機車最為便利。飯店櫃檯及房務人員服務態度親切，入住前也能提供行李寄放服務，十分貼心。原本預訂的是一大床房型，入住時似乎獲得升等為雙床房，整體住宿體驗加分不少。
浴室排水速度較慢，淋浴後需要一段時間積水才會退去。另外，第二天深夜鄰近房間的房客在走廊喧嘩，影響夜間休息品質，希望飯店能加強夜間巡視或適時提醒住客，共同維護住宿環境。

飯店老舊，住宿樓層的地毯可能需要更換或大清洗。同行友人過敏的很嚴重。在餐廳也發現國外遊客一直打噴嚏，對灰塵塵蟎過敏的旅客須要三思。 我知道台灣這種等級的飯店早餐都不會好到哪裏，但真菜色真的很差，很不用心。看起來像是隔夜的員工餐，把一些剩菜拼湊後推出。彷彿只有稀飯+醬菜可吃。早餐時間了，烤地瓜還在考，不知道什麼時候才出爐。建議可以廢除早餐，把早餐餐廳無所作為的員工資遣（餐盤回收要客人自己回收，不知道服務員存在的意義）然後調降房價。不然做了早餐也沒加分，做心酸的。
