Tja waar te beginnen, aankomst al minder met twee stellen maar er was voor 1 persoon en voor 3 personen een kamer ! Zwembad was voor de helft gesloten, de helft die open was is slecht roestig en groen.veel heel verkleumder en lawaai op de kamer . En het ontbijt ronduit slecht voor gebakken eieren moet je bijbetalen en er is geen brood alleen maar toast brood maar de toaster doet het niet . Wij zijn maar 1 dag gebleven en toen snel gevlucht . Ik zeg nooit naartoe gaan .

Per il matrimonio di mia figlia avevo prenotato e pagato 46 camere per gli ospiti del matrimonio stesso in vari hotel della zona ,6 delle 46 in questo hotel . Poiché il matrimonio era fissato per le 16 del 12 Settembre a tutti gli hotel ho chiesto di anticipare di almeno 2 ore l’ora del check in fissato per le 16 in modo di dare la possibilità agli ospiti di prepararsi per la cerimonia . Tutte le altre strutture ci hanno accontentato tranne questo hotel CHE HA PRETESO ED OTTENUTO UN SUPPLEMENTO DI 30 EURO PER CAMERA PER UN TOTALE DI 180 EURO.Tutto lecito per carità ,perché le condizioni di vendita delle camere erano chiare e loro le hanno rispettate ma il fatto che le camere prenotate sono pronte prima solo se paghi un esoso supplemento a me personalmente non torna PER CUI NON CONSIGLIO ASSOLUTAMENTE QUESTO HOTEL !

Niestety w tym roku zaskoczyło nas brak czajnika na herbatę czy kawę , w pokoju nie było nawet jednej wody na 4 osoby a w łazience i w pokoju były rano duże latające mrówki i pełno mrówek w łazience .

Reviewed Aug 12, 2026Hotel met our needs for a stop off at Zoosafari. We arrived late and left early due to our travel plans so didnt get to experience the hotel properly or the pool but it all looked nice. Staff looked after us when we arrived late.
Loud music could be heard late into the night. This may just have been a special occasion or perhaps they have music every night but it was abit noisy.

Ad un lato del letto matrimoniale non c'era la presa per il cellulare perciò dovevo caricarlo sulla scrivania staccando la lampada.

Per fare colazione bisogna uscire dalla struttura e entrare giù al bar /sala lo trovo scomodo soprattutto per lo sbalzo termico dei 40° fuori entrando poi nella stanza dei 18° dentro

Chambre un peu petite pour 4. Dommage que la piscine ferme à 18h30, surtout en pleine chaleur, nous n'avons pas pu en profiter.

A piscina não funcionava a tardinha. Nem tinham lanches ou drinks disponíveis quando voltávamos dos passeios. Isto foi muito ruim. Estava calor, estávamos cansados e loucos para relaxar na beira da piscina.

Reviewed Jul 22, 2026I loved everything about this place, the staff, restaurant, pool area, and beautiful stone waterfall. My family and I had a wonderful stay. The highlight for me was the breathtaking sunrise over the Adriatic Sea. Every morning at 5:30 a.m., I enjoyed a coffee on the huge beautiful balcony, watching the sun rise from the sea with a clear, unobstructed view.
The only thing I didn't like was that my stay was too short!

Les chambres familiales sont vraiment bcp trop petite pour rester plusieurs jours, on ne savait même plus respirer. Juste 1 petite fenêtre... Pratiquement pas de place pour deballer nos affaires, les armoires sont toutes petites. On se marchait dessus. Le petit déjeuner très basique et limiter en quantitéh, les œufs cuits durs pas frais. 1 seul café compris dans le prix , si vous voulez 1 deuxième il faudra le payer. Pour 600 euros les 3 nuits on attendait un autre standing.

Reviewed Jul 17, 2026Typical Italian breakfast. Mainly sweet things. Almost nothing that is not sweet. At breakfast, there was a very nice guy - a barista - making cappuccino or espresso. This was very nice. The staff were friendly. Rooms were generally clean. Location is 5 mins walking to the Zoo Safari, really convinient. Also Fasano has very nice locations to eat, and close cities to visit.
I would say there is room for improvement in the breakfast food service. It's ok, but they can do better within the same budget. Good that we had a nice coffee to go with it.

gym closed when we wanted it. a broken, dangerous treadmill, one multi gym. and we had to pay to use the gym. not mentioned anywhere in the booking info. NO AIRCONDITIONING. when we complained someone opened the door! sun loungers so tightly packed around the pool. ours were broken.. got charged for towels which we used for 30 mins.

Il bagno molto piccolo e non bellissimo. La Spa è molto modesta e priva dei necessari accorgimenti igienici del caso. Inoltre non c'è uno spogliatoio e quindi bisogna cambiarsi in camera e attraversare l'hotel in accappatoio e ciabattine.

Oltre a rumore e battiti insopportabili degli ospiti fino a tardissima notte senza intervento. Non agevole il passaggio in zona esterna per raggiungere la sala colazione in stagione invernale

Era Hotel.Vecchio e si sentiva tutto dalla camera alle altre camere. Collazione possiami dire che puo essere meglio.

Reviewed Jan 30, 2026Vista zoo safari, bel panorama dal terrazzo. Ottima posizione per chi come noi volesse passare una giornata allo zoo parco divertimento ZooSafari. Buona con prodotti tipici ma niente di eccezionale la colazione. Staff alla reception molto gentile.
La fila per il cappuccino. Una sola persona molto attiva per carità ma forse l'unica.

Reviewed Jan 19, 2026Personnels aux petits soins, très serviables et à l’écoute. Bonne surprise : le zoosafari collé à l’établissement avec un pass réduit.
Le petit déjeuner est un peu limité en terme de choix, non renouvelé sur certains aliments passé 9h30 (fin à 10h00). La piscine ferme tôt pour une période estivale (18h30).

Das Zimmer hätte ein bisschen grösser sein können aber für eine Nacht okay.
