Reviewed Sep 14, 2026La struttura è molto accogliente e lo staff gentile. La camera molto pulita e spaziosa e i letti comodi. La colazione continentale buona e varia. Abbiamo anche cenato in hotel a un prezzo contenuto. Dopo cena ci siamo rilassati nella zona living che ha divani e poltrone molto comodi.
Per mio gusto personale la cena proponeva pietanze asiatiche che non gradisco molto. Forse si potrebbe aggiungere qualche pietanza diversa.

Wadliwie (nie)działający system poboru opłat za parking przy hotelu, który wyprowadził mnie z równowagi. Automat płatniczy nie miał połączenia z internetem A alternatywne rozwiązanie czyli aplikacja Autopay pobiera opłatę automatycznie, pod warunkiem, że kamery zarejestrują wyjazd z parkingu. Mojego wyjazdu kamery nie odnotowały i mimo, że samochód dawno opuścił parking należność wciąż rosła. Na szczęście personel hotelu interweniował u operatora i sprawa została rozwiązana.

Weird poop (brown) stains down the right side of our toilet bowl.

There was something wrong with the heating of the room, it was way too hot. We were too tired to go downstairs to complain and just opened the window which enabled us to sleep.

Abendessen inakzeptabel, mehr wie Kantinenessen. Hähnchengeschnetzeltes schwamm in Öl, Nudeln zerkocht, Boulette ungenießbar. Dessert (Brownie oder Gelee) sollte extra kosten. Wenn ein 4* Hotel Abendessen anbietet, dann sollte es auch dem Standard entsprechen.

Reviewed Aug 30, 2026The included dinner was good and the breakfast excellent. The room was large and accommodated three of us comfortably. The hotel is of a high standard overall and but for the negatives listed below, I would return and recommend it to others.
Two of the lights in the room were kaput leaving the room in darkness. When we complained, it turned out that the Front Desk was aware of the problem, and still chose top allocate the room. As we had checked-in late and had to make an early morning start the next day, we declined their offer for a change in room since it would require making up a third-bed and would have wasted more time after a relatively long day. It was extremely annoying for us to have the room in semi-darkness and I consider this extremely poor management by the staff which spoiled our overall experience. I did not ask for a discount but would ordinarily consider that the minimum the hotel should offer as compensation for he aggravation and discomfort that we faced.

We had a miscommunication re the room but the staff helped solve it quickly which was much appreciated. Also there was no vegetarian options for dinner (we didn’t realise we needed to inform about it - there was no mention prior on Booking.com).

La cena, compresa nel prezzo, era varia e di qualità, così come la colazione, abbondante e ottima sia nel dolce che nel salato. La zona è molto tranquilla ma a due passi dal centro, quindi perfetta, con un grande parcheggio antistante l'hotel, a pagamento con cifre minime.
Le dimensioni della camera erano piuttosto ridotte, ma corrette rispetto alla nostra prenotazione, dunque nulla da eccepire.

"We traveled with a hypoallergenic puppy and paid an extra 300 NOK for it. On the first day, we were allowed into the restaurant for both breakfast and dinner. However, on the second day, there was a different receptionist who arrogantly forbade us from entering! At other hotels, you can clearly bring your dog inside, especially when you are charged extra for it! This is outrageous! Not to mention the unacceptable tone that was used!"
