Restaurant, location, room.

We liked the simplicity of the room - however maybe a vase of fresh flowers would have warmed it up just a bit Being a retired designed of 40 years . . The view was ok - a field with cows in it reminded us both of growing up on farms. Our dinner at the restaurant was fabulous and our waiter was GREAT !!!!!!!!!!!!A memorable 80th birthday dinner for me and my husband and our 2 friends.

For 2 nights a couple had a dog next door - So it would bark and they made a lot of noise going in and out we assume for the dog to go to the bathroom. So that wasn't fun to hear especially in the morning

La chambre était très grande. On nous avait donné une chambre aménagée pour des personnes handicapées et je pense qu'elle les aurait bien servis. Le petit déjeuner était bien. bon choix de nourriture.

le lit queen était à la fois trop petit et inconfortable. ni mon mari ni moi avons bien dormi. les oreillers étaient également trop gros. Le prix du souper était quelque peu extravagant même si la nourriture était délicieuse.

Avec le soin enveloppant le bain après tourbillons est très vigoureux j aurais aimé avoir un piton pour donner pour dire de baisser l intensité comme j ai eu juste trop intense ça m’a pas permis de profiter du soin au complet

Le site et la tranquillité

Les clients qui ont utilisé le spa entre 13h30 et 1h30 et qui nous ont réveillés. De plus, ces clients avaient accès à la piscine alors qu’elle est censée être verrouillée à 21 h

La grandeur de la chambre, le balcon, le confort étaient parfaits. Le restaurant pour nos déjeuners était très bien. Le complexe dans son ensemble nous a ravit. Nous le recommanderons et reviendrons sûrement.

L’entretien de la chambre n’a pas été faite et le plancher était sale. Il est évident qu’il n’avait pas été lavé depuis plusieurs jours.

Très beau WE et très belle auberge! Vraiment tte propre et très joli! Personnel super! Bistro: délicieux! Mon seul bémol: l’insonorisation… j’étais au RDC et le bruit au dessus de ma tête, OMG. Si vous souhaitez de la tranquillité et intimité… il manque beaucoup d’insonorisation pour cela!

La première nuit air climatisé ne fonctionnait pas , nous avons très mal dormi , les stores battaient au vent avec fenêtre ouverte , il faisait chaud. La réception nous a dit d’en parler le lendemain car personne pour réparer le samedi soir .

C’est beau, la chambre est confortable et le spa génial! Le petit déjeuner était délicieux

It’s our third visit - and we always have a good time. The excellent food, the spacious, comfortable quarters, the pool and spa - all serve to give us a very special couple of days in the townships. & the staff are also a big part of making us feel so spoiled - they are extremely kind and hospitable. This time Julie at the desk even produced some snowshoes for us to tromp around their trail before we went back to the city - just perfect!

Access to the pool before breakfast isn’t always guaranteed - if it could open as of 8am, that would be nice.

Excellent place with great amenities. Nice size room with a very comfy, clean and big bed. Nice pool and much better than average exercise room. Nice sauna and indoor pool too. Has the added bonus of watching grazing cows from the outdoor hot tub. I wish I had more than 1 day to enjoy it.

Piscine et SPA extérieur aurait besoin de nettoyage, la terrasse du SPA d'un peu de teinture. Le site exceptionnel, avec un très beau terrain et bel aménagement paysager, avec vue sur les collines. La table du Bistro est excellente, les chambres sont très bien aménagées, et c'est très propre, le lit était super confortable. Nous y retournerons sûrement.

Nothing near by. Had to travel 15 kilometers for any life. Would have been nice if we could have purchased beverages or snacks for the pool area since the hotel is so isolated.

Great location to ski hill and quality amenities

A beautiful location in the Eastern Townships not far from skiing, shopping and restaurants. A car is a must. The Auberge has decent spa facilities and a lovely staff. The rooms are generous and quiet and have kitchenettes but no stove. A wonderful breakfast starts the day. A highlight was using the hot tub in sub zero temperatures.

Although the rooms are large and comfortable the beds are small. For an adult couple the beds should be king size but are a small queen. The bathrooms too are very small.

Excellent staff. Handle of the window broken, impossible to close it back. Had to manage a couple of minutes to finally get it back. Apartment very clean but bathroom needs to be refreshed and modernized. Excellent breakfast and very kind people

Spa treatment was excellent and dining was amazing

L'emplacement, la grandeur de la chambre et du balcon, la vue, le site, la propreté des lieux, la courtoisie du personnel tant à l'accueil qu'au restaurant a été sans faille. Nous étions sur place que pour deux jours mais la prochaine fois ce sera pour une semaine au moins afin de profiter encore plus de vos services et installations. Vous êtes à 110% un endroit recommandable. Bravo et longue vie à votre établissement.

Reception and Restaurant staff were excellent. The servers were very knowledgeable and made sure they satisfied our need for gluten free breakfasts and supper. Food was well presented and delicious. Accomodations were very clean and comfortable. Kitchen, e.g. electric stove, could use some updating, but everything worked perfectly well. We enjoyed the large veranda and quiet setting. I enjoyed the gym, pool and sauna. Rudi

Room had everything we needed. Even 2 place settings. Bed was very comfortable!! Front desk staff super friendly and the amenities were amazing!!!

La vue des collines

The auberge is located on a beautiful property and we enjoyed our stay. Having a kitchenette was also great. However, the satellite TV did not work and the WIFI was quite slow. I suggest they upgrade these services to ensure an even better stay.

We had an overall good stay. The room was really clean and bed was comfortable. Bathroom was renovated but the kitchenette was pretty old. There was a lot of noise from the occupants upstairs late at night. I would say that the rooms are not very well soundproofed. Also the kitchenette was not very well equipped. No pots and pans. So impossible to make any food in the room other than reheating. There was coffee but no tea. Also, I was charged two times for the room since the receptionist did not check if I already paid for the room at first. She paid me back right away, but Ill have to wait 5-7 days for the refund. There was also an establishment tax that was not indicated in the total or description of the hotel when I booked. Make sure to call the hotel to get an accurate amount of the reservation. Other than that, the surroundings was beautiful. You can take long walks around the hotel to see the landscape and cows.

Delightful location with walking trails. Bistro restaurant is a 'not to miss' experience. Suite was spacious and enjoyed the private outdoor space.

Quiet, clean and comfy. Sandra at the front desk was more than accommodating and really made our stay special.

We loved that the Auberge is pet friendly and has a very nice walking trail right on the property. The indoor pool (I found it a bit chilly but hubby was comfortable), the hot tub, and the sauna were nice ways to relax at the end of a day outdoors. We loved having a kitchenette in our room so we didn't have to eat out for all our meals. The front desk receptionist there on Friday and Saturday evenings was not very helpful or pleasant, but other than that we very much enjoyed our stay.

The swimming pool closes at 9pm, which is disappointing. We were planning to chill in the pool and hot tub after skiing and were not able to. I wish there was a vending machine on the premises: when we arrive from skiing, we were very thirsty and wanted to buy a bottle of water but the reception was closed and we had to drive 10 km to the nearest convenience store. Also, the restaurant does not have a menu for kids. The food is very good for an adult but too sophisticated for a child.

Everyone was very friendly and every need was dealt with. This was a relaxation visit for me, and I felt quite pampered every step of the way. I had both a lunch and a dinner at the Bistro there, and the selection, and quality was amazing!

This hotel was fantastic. I’d definitely stay here again!

The actual room with a fireplace did not really look like the pictures on expedia. Everything was a bit worn. Not worth the price that was charged.

If I was paying $60 a night I would think it is a decent place to stay. The pool was ice cold. The hot tub was not the cleanest. Plus there were hydro lines directly over it and a transformer super close to it too. I am sure that is a violation right there; never seen power lines over a hot tub ever. When I went to put a few items in the fridge; I found a bottle of wine half full. Was not ours, staff must not have checked the fridge when cleaning up from previous guests. I called on evening for towels, was asked to walk over to the main building to pick them up. What?? I asked you want me to walk over and get my own towels? Then she said well I can bring them to you after 9pm. I said yes that is fine. But one bath towel came and there is two of us. I must admit it was a very disappointing stay.

I had the most relaxing and peaceful time during my week stay. It was just what I needed after the school year. I’m now back home feeling rejuvenated and happy to be with my kids again :)

Bathrooms are tiny and spartan. No shelves, hooks or counter space. Every thing painted battleship grey. Bistro strongly great for dinner, otherwise not worthwhile.

The Auberge caters to a lot of weddings during the summer months (on weekends) While pleasant to watch the ceremonies it also means music and laughter well into the evening. we booked a suite which was very comfortable and quite spacious.

We were celebrating our 30th Anniversary and this was the perfect place! Large room w/ fireplace, comfy couch, small kitchen and large balcony. Wonderful restaurant.

It is quiet and the staff are lovely, they could improve the swimming pool and hot tub area.
