Reviewed Sep 18, 2026Zimmer mit Seeblick und Bergsicht gebucht - Mont Blanc war an 2 Tagen super zu sehen. Tiefgaragenstellplatz (21 Franken am Tag) absolut empfehlenswert. Bei sonnigem Wetter auf der Restaurant Terrasse gutes Essen und leckeren Wein genossen. Frühstück war auch gut. Personal professionell und Top freundlich. Mit der Bahn (Haltestelle 5 Minuten entfernt) ist man in 20 Minuten in Genf - kostenlos mit der Geneva Card.

There was no air conditioning, and the noise from planes taking off early in the morning was very disturbing. In the breakfast room, some of the tables were only partially set, with either knives or forks missing.

Der Bahnof ist 100 metar vom Hotel entfert, und der See liegt direkt gegenüber.Der Coop Supermarkt befindet sich unter dem Hotel, sodass Sie dort alles kaufen können, was Sie benötigen.M it der Hallo Genf Ticket , die Sie über das Hotel erhalten, können Sie kostenlos fahren. Es wäre noch perfekter gewesen, wenn es eine Terrasse hätte.
Mir hat alles gefallen.

La limpieza estaba bien, peeo habia telarañas por el techo y hace feo. Ademas echamos en falta secador en el baño, algo basico para un hotel de cuatro estrellas.

Reviewed Sep 7, 2026Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war gut. Der Bahnhof ist direkt am Hotel und die Verbindung nach Genf schnell und häufig.
Leider gab es ab 21 Uhr nichts mehr zu essen für uns. Wir fuhren dann mit der Bahn nach Genf, was bis spät in die Nacht problemlos ist.

Reviewed Sep 7, 2026Das Lake Geneva Hotel liegt am See, mit schönem Blick vom Fenster. Das Hotel eignet sich gut für einen Zwischenstopp. Man bekommt auch ein kostenloses Bahnticket ins Stadtzentrum. Capuccino und Espresso beim Frühstück sind herausragend. Es gibt gegen Aufpreis eine Tiefgarage. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam.
Das Seeufer ist weitgehend zugebaut. Es gibt etwas Lärm durch Eisenbahn und ein tief einfliegende Flugzeuge. Lüftung und Zimmertemperatur lassen sich etwas schwer regulieren.

Reviewed Sep 7, 2026Questo hotel si trova nella strada del lungolago del lago Leman e quindi dal terrazzo si ha direttamente la vista sul lago e sulle Alpi. Inoltre è in centro al paese di Versoix e alla zona pedonale, oltre che a pochi passi dalla stazione. Comodo il parcheggio sotterraneo dal quale si accede direttamente all'hotel.
Se posso trovare un'osservazione, da un hotel a 4 stelle mi sarei aspettato un frigo con il minibar, un bollitore in camera con possibilità di fare te o tisane e la doccia, non una vasca davvero alta che per entrare e uscire è anche pericolosa.

Lärm ( s.o.) Airlines Condition konnte nicht korrekt eingestellt werden, das Personal war überfordert und entschuldigte sich ohne Aktion ... Für die feste Seife war keine Schale vorhanden.

Klimanlage hat nicht funktioniert war zu warm Fenster im Speisesaal waren verschmutzt . Preis für das Parken ist zu teuer Da wird man sehr ausgenutzt . Leider war das Rührei ungenießbar . Wartezeiten bei der Rezeption , war teilweise nur eine Person da. Duschen in der Wanne ist sehr gefährlich.

Reviewed Aug 31, 2026The staff were very friendly and the view from our room over Lake Geneva was absolutely beautiful. The hotel was a decent base for discovering Geneva for a couple of days and the train connection into the city was convenient.
For the price, the level of service was quite disappointing. I asked to have a beer brought to the room and was told there would be an additional CHF 9 room-service charge, so I ended up going downstairs to get it myself. There was also no help with luggage. The room could have been cleaner. We noticed some spiders and the windows were quite dirty. There is no AC and during the heatwave the room became very hot, so we had to keep the windows open to get some air. The breakfast was quite average. There were no plant-based milk or yoghurt options, which was disappointing. Eating breakfast outside was also difficult because of the birds and bees.

Reviewed Aug 21, 2026Nous avons tout aimer. La chambre est incroyable avec une vue sur le lac spectaculaire. Grande chambre grand lit, chambre propre avec équipement adapté. Le personnel est hyper accueillant et agréable ( mention spécial au 2 serveurs du restaurant de jeudi soir qui sont exceptionnels). La nourriture est excellente que ce soit du petit déjeuner au repas. Nous avons passer 3 jours merveilleux pour notre première fois en suisse.
Les baies vitrées qui manquent de propreté avec des toiles d’araignées.

In 3 Minuten steht man an einer kleinen Badestelle und in 5 Minuten kann erreicht man einen Anleger, über den man mit einem offiziellen Fahrgastschiff den ganzen See befahren kann. Das Frühstück ist ausreichend, der Frühstücksraum ist schön.
Dass ein Hotel in dieser Preisklasse keine Klimaanlage hat, ist für uns nicht nachvollziehbar. Lediglich ein Ventilator steht im Schrank, auf welchen wir freundlich verwiesen wurden. Allerdings ist dieser bei 34°C Außentemperatur und einem Zimmer, dessen Fenster den ganzen Tag von der Sonne beschossen wurde und welches dementsprechend aufgewärmt ist, nicht hilfreich.
