There was construction going on above or close so early morning noise and the rooms were basic and bar was lifeless.

Очень приятный и дружелюбный персонал Близко к морю, вокруг много кафешек и массажных салонов Удобная кровать, хороший кондиционер и душ(мы считаем это главным) Внизу в 10 утра открывается ресторан, можно позавтракать очень сытно и за разумную цену

Лестница, довольно крутая и не хватает мыла(его только при заезде дают, но рядом 7/11 так что это не проблема)

We had to go up 3 sets of full stairs to our room, got to be a lot.

Расположение гастиницы очень удобное, рядом с пляжем. Вокруг полно ресторанов, кафе и массажных салонов. Сам номер был удобным, персонал услужлив.

Единствееный минус был в том, что полы быстро пылились и пачкались. Так-же в гостинице нет лифта а лестница очень крутая,так что если хотите остаться на несколько дней бронируйте номер на нижнем этаже.

The guesthouse is only a 5-10 minute walk to the sea. Perfect choice if you want to swim a lot or spend time by the sea. There is a nice Irish pub with a good vibe on the ground floor of the hotel where you can have breakfast, lunch or dinner and have a pint of beer. Many shops, restaurants, fruit sellers, tourist offices at reach of your hand.

The pub was somewhat expensive.

Vi bodde på 3:e våningen och trapporna var lite branta att gå i och att det inte fanns balkong.

Steep staircases up to the room. Staff generally pleasant. Rough handling of my passport on arrival wasn't a good start.

Da das Personal super Bett war, hab ich kein gutes Gefühl die folgende Bewertung zu schreiben. Aber ich wünschte, ich hätte das hier vorher gelesen, damit ich was anderes hätte buchen können. Unser Hauptproblem war die Nacht. Die Betten sind steinhart und die Musik der umliegenden Bars so laut, dass wir bis 3 Uhr kein Auge zu gemacht haben. Zusätzlich sind es verschiedene Bars die verschiedene Genre spielen, was uns auch leicht an den Rande des Wahnsinns getrieben hat 😄 und obwohl alle Angestellten sehr lieb waren, eine große Hilfe waren sie nicht. Weder bei der Suche nach einem seriösen Rollerverleih noch nach ATM Automaten oder sonstigen. Unter dem Hotel ist eine Art Pub und ich denke, dass hauptsächlich da der Schwerpunkt liegt. Wir würden das Hotel nicht empfehlen.

It was central and the staff were kind. Rooms were clean.

I rarely ever write anything negative but I just feel the need to be honest and let others know because this place had great reviews, that's why we booked. But we didn't have the best experience. Firstly, the rooms are NOT soundproof. The rooms are by the staircase so we heard drunk people coming up at 3AM. The water pressure was not great. We never had hot water in the shower. You only get a thin fitted sheet to sleep under and when we asked for a blanket we got an inner for a single bed, with no cover. Which me and my husband had to share.

Wszystko było ok

Großes Zimmer mit Safe, großer Dusche, Kühlschrank. Von außen hört man nichts nichts.

Es gibt leider keine kleine Handtücher sowie keine Möglichkeit, nasse Sachen irgendwo zu trocknen. Innerhalb des Gebäudes ist sehr hellhörig. Steile und schmale Treppe.

Рядом все что необходимо. Вид из окна на горы, окна выходили на тихую улицу. Дружелюбный персонал. Уборка через день, что нас вполне устраивает. В целом всем довольны. Если вы понимаете куда едете, то и проблем с проживанием не будет

Немного слабый напор воды в душе, горячая вода сменялась на прохладную. Для пожилых людей лестница будет слишком крутой для спуска и подъема. С чемоданами спускаться и подниматься сложно. Девочки персонал конечно пытаются помочь, но 20+ кг чемодан им будет тяжело поднимать. Очень громко закрываются двери и не каждый их старается закрывать тихо и аккуратно, пару раз ночью вскакивали из-за того что постояльцы, которым наплевать на всех и вся, их с грохотом закрывали.

Great hotel in Karon Beach. I had barbecue ribs in hotel restaurant and they were very good. Loads of bars and restaurants nearby and beach is around 7 min walk.

Restaurant has a 500 minimum spend on the card.

Все было хорошо, номера чистые, в 3 минутах от моря, единственный минус- сильная слышимость в номерах, сосед кашлянул, а такое ощущение, что у вас над ухом, и вечеринки вблизи отеля до 1-2 ночи каждый день.

They have great location for beer lovers. There are many pubs and live restaurants. But our room was not noisy of outside. Very nice staffs and atmosphere. Quite reasonable. We will come back this accommodation when we come to Phuket.

We had the penthouse and it was huge! Jacuzzi tub could fit two people very comfortably. Great area, within walking distance of restaurants, bars, markets, beach. Staff were very friendly and helped carry my bag to our room despite being up four flights of stairs!

What can I say it’s a Very old guesthouse the furniture was over painted and falling to bits. The remote control for the tv was broken the bathroom and shower is in desperate need of updating along with the rest of the rooms the overall feel of the place was tired and dated and certainly not worth the money. The workers who were very nice were ruled by a bossy Thai lady who was in charge of the guesthouse. We emailed the guesthouse prior to paying to ask if there was an ironing facility as we were travelling around Thailand to visit different places and was told ask for an iron at reception when you arrive. when we asked we were told the iron had been stolen and she wasn’t replacing it but we could go to an ironing shop tomorrow to pay for an ironing service ….. not helpful when you want to go out for dinner with a case full of creased clothes . The pub downstairs was empty with no atmosphere we were provided with with only a sheet for the bed not a comfortable room to stay in thank goodness it was only a booked as a base to leave our cases while we did the island day trip tours

Amazing location near Karon circle, but far away from noise. Beach is around 5 mins walking. Inspite of stay in high season the rates are good - worth every penny. Just don’t be “low budget high expectations”.

It’s not a disadvantage, however, please pay attention: it might be difficult for some people to get to their rooms - the stairs are steep enough.

The stuff is very friendly and helpful. The room is good enough to stay and do everything you need in the hotel. Even bar downstairs doesn’t make any noise in the night, so you can sleep well👍

The location is fantastic, and the room was spacious, spotless, and comfortable. The staff was kind enough to let us store our bags when we arrived before check-in.

They don’t provide shampoo, so be sure to bring your own. There’s no hairdryer in the room unless you ask for one. Also, there’s no elevator, so if you're on the 5th floor like we were, pack light! The restaurant isn’t open for breakfast and doesn’t look great, but Café by the Sea nearby is a great alternative.

It was located in the middle of Karon Beach but was not close to any noise .The room was exactly as advertised, clean tidy with all the expected amenities. The food was excellent and the staff were extremely good and helpful.

Location was great, close to the beach and many restaurants. Always taxi's available if you want to do some sightseeing. It suited our needs perfectly. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

Overall if was actually great. Just be aware that all rooms are on upper levels. We were up 3 flights of stairs. But we coped quite well.

Better breakfasts elsewhere. However great coffee and service. I had to tell them what I had as they were so relaxed

I liked the location, the atmosphere of the pub, food and the service.

I didn't really like the room because they weren't clean enough and they had old furniture with noisy and not so efficient air conditioning.

Location is good, 10 minutes walk to the nice beach, far enough from the main streets, most of our 19 nights stay wasn't noisy. Angus O'Tools bar stuff was very nice.

Our room's floor wasn't clean(sand, dust, filthy) in time of our checking in, and overall floor cleaning wasn't good enough. Internet speed was bad. No napkins (toilet paper roll in coffee area), one soap bar was given for our 19 nights stay. We've requested, upfront, a room on the first floor, it was promised, but never realized by hotel stuff. Dispute the fact, that many rooms were becoming vacant there during our stay.

Loved the location 👌 only a couple of minutes walk to the main street which has pretty much all u need. A 5 minute walk to karon beach and bus stop. The food was great, probably the best beef burger I had while in Thailand.

I was on the 4th floor and no elevator which was a bit of a pain but helped work off the food. The room was not real clean but I just kept my thongs on whenever walking on the floor or in the shower. However there was a couch in the room which looked like something u might pick up off hard rubbish, it was FILTHY!!

Great location just offf the main road. Staff went over and above to accommodate us and arranged our onward travel. Food and service in the bar/restaurant was exceptional. Room was spacious and had everything you need.

Unfortunately I could not sleep as the couple in the next room were arguing loudly from 11pm until 5am. Whilst this is not the fault of the hotel someone could have asked them to be quiet
