Reviewed Apr 11, 2026The place was easy to find, had free parking, was on a quiet street, and the host was really friendly and helpful. The bread was amazing! Great little breakfast of homemade bread and fruit with coffee/tea. Our bed was comfortable, and the room had nice paintings and decorations. Very stylish space. The shared bathroom was simple but clean. I highly recommend this space for any travelers who have a car and want a nice place to stay a night or two. Take note of the early check-in hours before you book.
It's not near any restaurants (you'll have to drive), but that's not a problem as long as you're prepared for it and check out the area beforehand.

Et bien, j'ai des amies qui ont pris une chambre d'hôtel à 115$ pas très loin. Nous avions une petite chambre dans un gîte à 160$. Petit déjeuner inclus oui... Mais un café, jus d'orange, toast et fruits. Ce n'est pas ça qui est très dispendieux. ; ) Donc je trouve que nous avons payés cher en saison basse en plus.

It is a short walk to the Montmorency Falls and conveniently located across from a large grocery store. Hosts were friendly and welcoming. Delicious home baked breads and croissants at breakfast.
We only stayed one night so all was fine.

Das Frühstück, mit selbstgebackenem Brot, selbstgemachter Marmelade, einfach lecker. Es gab auch Croissants, Obst, alles liebevoll zubereitet. Man wurde immer gefragt, ob man noch etwas möchte, auch ob wir mit allem zufrieden sind. Haben viele Tips und Information bekommen. Nette Menschen beim Frühstück kennengelernt und sich ausgetauscht. Einfach gemütlich und schön. Wir können es nur weiterempfehlen und würden auch immer wieder gerne kommen.

But what really made it Special was the spotless clean room and the breakfast with homemade bread and marmelade. Thanks a lot for the local tips you gave us during the breakfast. We would come back. Reviewed Mar 24, 2025Monique and her husband were excellent hostes. She made us feel welcomed and was attentive throughout our stay. Due the the storm our flight were delayed and they still waited for us way past our check in time. Monique's husband is an exceptional baker and every day he made us fresh bread. Monique also suggested great places for us to eat and what places to visit while staying in Quebec. Another major plus was the comfortable beds. Next time I will for sure stay here again.

I wish the air conditioning had been working properly. Nevertheless, Monique was brilliant and made us as comfortable as possible. It wasn’t her fault. I’m sure things are back to normal now.
