So great tried Travelodge again next nite and there hot tub works not like yours and you advertise it does 😞

We had a wonderful night of rest. The room was excellent and it was very quiet.

Amazing!!

The beds were horribly uncomfortable. They switch the room after the first night, the new room was equally uncomfortable and the shower did not work. Staff were extremely rude about the situation.

It was convenient to my trip.

The staff at the front desk was super nice and I got my room very easily. The room itself was so nice like I was shocked how big it was! They had a fully stocked bathroom which was sick. If I was ever in town again I’d stay here

Note very great experience. Paid for a King Bed and got a double queen, stains on the sheets and not a great check in experience was told the room would be ready early when i arrived and it wasn't.

I booked back in the spring and requested a king size bed. When I arrived I was in a room with 2 queen size beds as there was no king ready and available. They assured me that I was not going to pay any more but I’m unsure if the rates would have been different? I have no complaints with the staff, cleanliness or price, it was a great stay. They even accommodated us checking in early as we needed to get ready for a wedding. Would definitely stay here again.

Very clean and nice place to spend the night. Totally recommend . The bfast they offer is boiled eggs, cream cheese, toast, of course coffee. It’s a good kick of the day

Front door entrance broken and outside no flowers or landscaping, flower boxes empty, tall grass and weeds growing up through rocks outside.

Front door is broken and based on other reviews it has been for some time with no apparent plan to fix it. Hallways were full of pails because of plumbing leaks also not being fixed. Maintenance room left open is a hazard. After a late night check in I was looking forward to my rest. I was awakened by loud sounds in the hallway around 6:00 am. When I spoke to the front desk about this I was told it was my fault for not telling them I wanted a quiet room!! FREE isn’t cheap enough.

I worked well for our weekend stay. The staff was friendly and helpful.

I found that if you want to enjoy the full breakfast experience, you have to get down there very early, otherwise you get whatever is available. There are a lot of workers who stay there and they are hefty breakfast users. Also, they get up early, sooooo too bad for us!

As soon as we pulled up, there’s a sign on the door to pull open cause sliding doors were broken. Went to go check in and they gave us the wrong room, booked a king and was given 2 queens. Told front desk and she kind of argued a bit and said we would have to come back cause they would need to clean a room. Came back 2 hours later and got the right room. Website is wrong when it comes to breakfast, says you get Start the day right with a free hot breakfast, featuring sausage, scrambled eggs, tater tots, and more. That is all wrong. It is a continental but they don’t ever put enough food or they don’t have it. We went down at 10am and there was nothing left, no milk for cereal, no toast, nothing. Only good thing about this place is their hot tub and pool. Beds are hard and squeaky. Will never be back.

They advertised pool, hot tube, steam room and continental breakfast! Pool was empty, hot tub dirty and so full of chemical burnt your eyes and water cloudy, steam room not working and had a shop vac stored in it. Pails in hallway collecting water from leaks front automatic door not working and did not bother to fix it in 3 days, had sign on it saying please open it and close it when coming and going, ( which is very handy when hands are full of luggage). Housekeeping poor! Breakfast ok. Rooms airy, beds comfortable.

The hotel was clean and staff were friendly and helpful. I would suggest that fresh fruit at breakfast would be a nice addition.

The staff were very helpful. It was the least expensive compared to the other hotels we stayed at during this trip and yet the room was better and the pool and hot tub worked.

the hotel room was great, clean, comfortable and quiet The breakfast was crap no food left when we got there at 07h40 they dont replenish anything that was for the 86 days i was there real joke free breakfast

Worst counter staff ever ... did not have right room .. had to cramp into a single king vs 2 queens ..would'nt give towels so everyone could have there own .. took 20 min to check out due to incompetency of counter staff .. never will i return .

Very nice spacious and clean rooms. Check in and out were quick and easy. Had a continental breakfast that was grab and go, not alot of options(toast, cold cereal, yogurt) but hot coffee. The area is a bit noisy, close to the road, and could hear lots of outside noisys and hallway noise, but otherwise great hotel. Would stay again

The rooms are well decorated and clean. Check in/out is quick. Good for the money.

The check-in and check-out went well, with very courteous staff. The front desk supported and advertised for the local restaurants. The rooms were huge and kept clean. The only let down, was that you were not allowed to eat your breakfast in the room, due to lack of staff.

My key card did not work on one of the outside door so I went to the desk and asked the person there if there was a problem with the key or door. I was told that he did not know. I asked if he could reprogram my key and he did. I asked if it would work now and I was told he did not know. No offer to help at all. The next day my key card did not work on my room door and had to go to desk again and ask them about it. They said I must have d one something to the key. They reprogrammed it . I was never offered an apology or to help me by checking to make sure the keys would work.

I called beforehand to check about pool and breakfast. Once I got there I was disappointed that it was not as I was told.

I liked everything

Very clean and quiet. Friendly and helpful staff. Air conditioning was greatly appreciated as the was the pool was under maintenance, during a heat wave. Would definitely stay there again!!

The lobby was beautiful.

Red water in a very small town, everything closes by 10 pm. When we arrived it was just 10 pm and there was nothing I could get my 4 kids to eat. I asked the guy at the front desk if they had a bank machine which they didn’t. I was able to pay them 20 on debit (which the front desk worker didn’t seem very happy about) to get 20 in change for the vending machine for food. The next morning we were obviously excited for breakfast because candy and chips for dinner

The service that Irene at the Days Inn @Wyndham gave us was exemplary. She was so pleasant and kind in explaining that they couldn't offer something in the breakfast because of Covid. But either way, very helpful and even booking was fast and she helped me book too.

New hotel with larger rooms. Worked well for an out of town wedding. Beds are comfortable and rooms were clean.

No issues at all at this place, was completely in line with my expectations.

Worth the money

Kitchen was poorly stocked for breakfast. Old preservatives were put out, rooms were clean but uncomfortable. Staff was nice. Pool was closed but that’s nobody’s fault.

Awesome, clean, comfy, nicely equipped hotel. The room was large, very clean, and had everything I could need. Only negative thing to mention is my room had a lot of hallway noise. That is expected as I was out on the first floor and there was a hockey tournament nearby. So foot traffic to the pool was past my door. There was loud furnace and ice maker sounds as well. It was a little annoying having to turn the tv up every time the furnace kicked on and then back down when it turned off. Breakfast was standard but a definite bonus.

The room was very clean, nice large rooms, and the staff are very accommodating.

Rooms were nice need to maybe clean under edges of the bed and under the dressers etc. Went looking for a lost sock and found all kinds of treats :) Staff were courteous and helpful! Too bad there isn't a restaurant in the hotel.

Property was in excellent condition. The room was very clean and the morning breakfast was great. We did not get a chance to try the pool.

The room was very comfortable and clean. The staff was really nice. It was about a 30 mins from the West Edmonton Mall. The pool area was also very clean. There was a lot available on the breakfast buffet (not a lot for celiacs but that’s to be expected). I would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful king room, with kitchenette. Coffee maker and coffee pouches weren’t compatible with other, so coffee overflowed when trying to make it. Staff said they were in the middle of a product switch over and apologized.

Great size room with a sitting area and kitchenette. The parking lot is a bit weird with only one entrance and exit around the back side. The rooms only have shutters on the windows and definetly need blinds to keep the sunlight out. And a bit noisey in the am which woke us up early.

Friendly check in and pool for the kids were the only pluses. Upon entering the room we were dismayed at the appearance: crumbs on kitchenette counter, white and greasy handprints on microwave door and handle, floors that needed vacuuming, stained and threadbare face clothes and towels. Took a towel to the front desk, said it was dirty and was told that it wasn’t dirty it was only stained. Pointed out it was threadbare, could see through it and asked for another. Housekeeping said new towels would be arriving the following Tuesday. This was Friday. Used stained and yellow spotted face cloth to wipe down the bathroom, kitchen counters, table top and to clean bathroom sink, tub and outside of toilet. Mud in hallway for the duration of our 2 night stay. Only a dish cloth in the kitchenette, no dish towel, paper towels, or napkins. Two queen beds and only 3 knives, forks, spoons, and plates, 4 bowls, 5 mugs and 6 glasses. One pot and one fry pan. Breakfast was marginally better the 2nd morning but consisted of the same food items as day 1: half liquid scrambled eggs, peeled hard boiled eggs, French toast (which day one was too hard to cut) and sausages. Awful coffee. No fruit, or muffins just bread. There were cereals and yogurt. Only PLASTIC FORKS and other steel utensils. No juice glasses or glass plates day 1. Glasses and glass plates day 2. This property has fallen greatly since it was a Best Western when we last stayed 3 years ago. Disappointing!

for the most part it was good. room was nice and clean and the recliner was a nice touch. hallways could have used a good vacuuming. for a place that does not seem very old sauna is out of order and the hot tub switch is brokne, still work but timer is broken and they don't have towels at the pool, have to take from your room. room was hot so took me a bit to figure out how to air conditioner on then I never did foigure out how to shut off, kept cutting in and out all night every 10 miniutes....

I didn't like that i was expecting a hotel in Edmonton and yet i have to drive almost 1 hoir to get there, very upsetting. Other than that the hotel, the staff and the facilities are very good

Leanne at the front desk was amazing! Our 3 little girls loved the pool and I loved my morning workouts in the gym. The 2 pink high chairs at breakfast were super handy for our babies!

I hope the town paves the access road sometime soon! I have absolutely no complaints about the Days Inn.
