Worn out mattresses. Air conditioner in my room spewed out something like fine soot dust. 😒

Great location next to the city night market. Friendly and helpful staff. Rooms are nicely designed and A/C and Wifi worked well. Reasonably priced.

Although the room appeared very clean in general there were several tiny ants, and I once saw a big cockroach rushing across the room. Can happen in a tropical country, and no major annoyance for me, but worth mentioning. Moreover, due to a leak above small amounts of water were dropping down from above next to the bathroom door, which on the second day entailed that that door couldn’t be completely closed anymore because the water had caused the wood to deform.

Super comfortable room, spacious and a decent bathroom. Very kind staff. Perfect location right next to the night market and walkable to any place in Krabi Town centre. Yet, it was reasonably quiet, as there isn't really much noise from the street.

Beautiful room with a comfortable bed. Great location and fantastic price. For a basic stay (no restaurant or pool) it is superb!

The staff was uber friendly and helpful! The accommodations are modern, clean, and spacious. The wifi is good and the local internet quality is great at Srisawara. I could do all my conference calls with ease. I had a great view, a spacious balcony with seating area, and it's close to shops, restaurants, night and day markets, and bars. The rooms are sound proofed. If you close the windows and doors it really helps with the noise from the street (noise being a small sacrifice for the great location). The air-conditioning works very well.

Very good price and location, everything near. Lovely rooms, plenty of drinking water, a locked safe and at first look the room looks very nice. Nice view on the street and we enjoyed balcony.

If you look closer you will see that the cleaning is not very good, we had a bathroom full of black hairs, lots of crumbs around the bed, the bathroom door was sticky from something and toothpaste dried around the sink. The air conditioning is really unpleasantly placed and blows directly on you when you sleep. We tried to ask the reception twice about connections or transfers and we were always just told to go to the information across the street. If you stay 2 night its ok and you can pretend not see those little things

Smart, contemporary and comfortable room with spacious balcony with table and chairs. Excellent location in central Krabi for restaurants/bars/tour with reception staff who couldn’t have been more helpful. Nook’s lovely smile and charming welcome made us feel like valued guests and when called upon, she went above and beyond to help us as far as she was able.

Great spot right in the middle of Krabi town. 1 min walk to 7 eleven, 3 min walk to the black crab night market, and a 5 min walk to the ferry pier. It doesn’t get more central than this. We enjoyed our stay. Room was clean and spacious. The property has a lift which is helpful for bags or if you have mobility issues. Great air con, friendly staff, would happily stay again.

The lighting in the room was a bit dim even with all the lights turned on. Apart from this, we had no issues.

Bit old fashioned

Great location, spacious & clean rooms. This was great for a stopover in Krabi on our way to the islands. An absolute bargain! We stayed with our kids and all had a great nights sleep.

Perfect location, receptionists were very friendly and useful, however bathroom could be a little cleaner.

Spacious room, comfy beds and an excellent location. Despite being right in downtown Krabi, the rooms face away from the street and there are no loud bars or clubs nearby to interrupt sleep.

In room shower with no divider is always frustrating to some extent. The room was not cleaned during our 2 night stay.

an elevator for the guest. no need to use stairs. very convenience for elders. the receptionist also very polite & helpfull. the location is perfect for tourist.

The receptionist is very helpful and kind, recommend many good things and anything you want to know, the location is so great. At the middle of many markets and super close to night market. New laundry shop name apo just open behind the hotel, very clean and makes everything easy.

Great location, easy to reach from the airport with a lot of food options around. The place seemed to be rather new and personnel were nice and friendly.

The place was not very clean, lots of spider webs wherever you look. Additionally, there was a pigeon living in the ceiling above our room entrance (yes, inside the room!).

well its oke oke for a one night stay to maximum 2 nights if you want to explore the krabi town. walkable from the lake side,nothing fancy. passable

Location is great, there are two markets nearby with lots of cheap food options. They supply new bottles of water and tea/coffee every day.

The sound from the road is audible even with the window shut which makes it hard to sleep. The lighting in the room is extremely poor.

The hotel is perfectly located to walk on the riverside and around the town. Our room was spacious and clean. Beds were comfy and I loved the fact there were tea and coffee making facilities in the room. The girl on reception is lovely and recommended places for us to eat and visit.

Spacious king size room with a balcony on the top floor. Elevator always very quick. Free bottles of water and filtered water dispenser downstairs. Staff were always smiling and helpful with any questions. Refrigerator kept our fruit and drinks cool and the kettle and tea/coffee was a nice touch for first drink of the morning. Shower had good pressure and plenty of heat (if that's what you want in this temperature) A/C was excellent. Our 6 days went too quick - would readily return.

Great hotel. Value for money

Situatied just next to river and nightmarket, clean rooms and not to noicy. Good for short stay in Krabi.

No restaurant service but a lot of restaurants nearby so no problem

Very nice hotel, and no issues apart from it being a personal error on where we booked. Would recommend booking near Ao Nang beach instead if you want more to do.

Location was great near the river and the nightmarket. Room was clean and had a fridge.

Mattress was kinda hard, no outlets near the bed (across the room), no daytime shades for the windows so if you want daylight, everyone across the street can see you.
