1. LAs direcciones en Turquía son difíciles. Nos perdimos , escribimos y llamamos y no tuvimos ninguna respuesta 2. La habitación y el baño tenían un fuerte olor a húmedo. Nos dijieron que así era el hotel porque tenía 60 años. 3. Estuvimos 3 días y nunca nos limpiaron la habitación ni el baño . Tampoco nos vaciaron los basureros. 4. El personal de recepción apenas hablaba inglés . Lo pudimos sortear gracias a la ayuda del teléfono

The breakfast and restaurant were amazing. Everyone was very friendly and helpful.

We booked a seaview room and it was truly incredible - the view out of the window made the trip worth it. The hotel is also close to all restaurants on the old harbour.

The road to get there is very distressed - make sure not to be arriving at night at least for the first time. The property doesn’t have reserved parking which does become an issue in Assos. Finally, the staff cannot speak English (at all) but, while the man receiving us on the first day was very friendly and tried to help us with Google Translate, the woman was absolutely unhelpful and did not answer any of our questions about the area / possible trips / etc. Finally, we booked with breakfast included and arrived 5 minutes late on the second day. They told us that it was too late by then and we were not even offered a water bottle (which would have been included anyways in our rate). We would never come back because of the unfriendly staff and would prefer other hotels which also have beach clubs, like the Troy hotel.

Great location and friendly staff, but the service fell short.

Housekeeping was completely non-existent for our entire 3-night stay—we even ran out of toilet paper. At this price, automatic daily cleaning is mandatory, not something guests should have to ask for.

Awesome location and kind staff. Our room was tight--but good value for money. The hotel's swimming platform is convenient and comes with a 2- or 3-meter jump-off point into the stunning Aegean. The Turkish breakfast was plentiful and tasty. Parking was smooth and affordable.

Perfect location, with a amazing port and sea view, clean and cozy room. As a huge plus , otel has its own beach where you can enter sea and enjoy the sea without any huge crowd. A total 10/10

La posizione dell' hotel è fantastica, il servizio colazione e ristorante altrettanto fantastico. Ringraziamo il cameriere di origine egiziana che ci ha serviti sempre con garbo e grandissima gentilezza e la professionalità del proprietario del ristorante. Prodotti della colazione e pesce freschissimi. Il ragazzo della reception è stato gentile. Bella vista mare da due piccole finestre in camera. Letto matrimoniale grande.

L' aria condizionata non era funzionante ma la ragazza della reception lo ha fatto subito riparare, tuttavia non dovrebbe accedere. Non ci hanno pulito la camera nonostante lo avessimo segnalato con l' apposita lucetta. Mobili troppo vecchi e scrostati, bagno stretto. e poco funzionale. Camera piccolina. Illuminazione della camera e del bagno scarsa.

Das Zimmer war komplett anders als Bildern. Gar nicht sauber und im Allgemein in einem sehr schlechtem Zustand. Wir haben direkt in einem anderem Hotel gewechselt und konnten unser Geld leider nicht zurücknehmen.

Small room

Assos Behram is right on the sea-front, at day-trip distances from major archeological sites. The tourism consists mainly of locals, the staff is very friendly and helpful, the breakfast very good and the hotel has its own sun-deck terrace over the water, which allows for a very relaxing day at the beach.

Our room didn‘t have an outside area with a table and chairs, which is always nice - but we were too busy visiting places to really notice!

Otantik taş binaydı. İskelesi direkt önünde olmasa da 1 dk yürüyüş ile ulaşılabiliyorduk. İskelesi yeni ve yeterince yer vardı. Sessiz ve sakin bir iskelesi vardı. Denizi güzeldi. Kahvaltısı yeterliydi. Fiyat/performans olarak mükemmeldi.

Otoparkı kendiniz çözmeniz lazım ama uzak olmayan yerde muhtarlığın otoparkı var. İskelede servis yoktu, sipariş vermeniz imkansızdı. Bizim odamızda saç kuturma çok kısa süre çalılıp duruyordu, tekrar çalışmasını beklemek uzun sürdü. Belki harici saç kurutma mevcuttur.

The ceiling height of the rooms on the terrace floor can be a problem for people over 1.80m.

La vista del lugar es preciosa!! Un lugar maravilloso para descansar. El personal super amable y atento. El desayuno que se incluye es delicioso y basto.

Our room was in the additional building, not the main hotel building. It was quite stuffy, apparently due to the recent heavy rains. Luckily the air conditioning was solving this in a few minutes after we enter the room.

Хотелът е превъзходен. Намира се на брега на морето а самото селце е идилично място. Няколко сгради и уличка криволичеща между тях. Бягство от цивилизацията и ежедневието без да губиш удобството от тях. В стаята имаше всичко необходимо. Безплатна вода, кафе и чай, и мини бар на добри цени. Имаше дори малки четкки и пасти за зъби! Горещо препоръчвам!

Това не е лоша оценка а препоръка към собствениците. Имаше лек теч от крановете в банята което създава лек дискомфорт. Облегалката на столът беше разлепена и се клатеше.

La ubicació i l'ambient del lloc és fantàstic. La amabilitat del personal en tot moment. El poblet és molt bonic.

No tenir parking propi, tot i que hem pogut aparcar a la carretera sense problemes ni sensació de inseguretat.

I think the air-conditioning is not working well. It was little bit hot and it was beginning of May.

Das Zimmer oben war sehr schön, das Bad ganz in Ordnung, und besonders die Matratze war sehr, sehr angenehm zum Schlafen. Auch der Ausblick aus dem Zimmer war toll. Das Personal freundlich.

Die Treppen, die zum Zimmer führen, sollten hygienisch besser gepflegt werden. Katzenfutter, Plastikflaschen etc. sollten aufgeräumt werden. Dort besteht teilweise ein unangenehmer Geruch. Das betrifft allerdings den Außenbereich, das Zimmer selbst war ganz in Ordnung. Das Frühstück war im Vergleich eher schmal. Es gab wenig Auswahl und aus unserer Sicht eher wenig Eiweiß (z. B. keine Salami oder ähnliche Optionen). Pro Person wurde jeweils ein Spiegelei serviert. Wir haben für uns beide jeweils um ein zusätzliches Ei gebeten – das mussten wir extra bezahlen. Es war zwar kein großer Betrag, hat sich für uns aber etwas ungewohnt angefühlt. Insgesamt könnte das Frühstückskonzept aus unserer Sicht nochmals überdacht bzw. neu evaluiert werden.

Sehr schönes Zimmer, das Personal war super nett. Das Frühstück Landes typisch. Für unsere Motorräder hat sich sogar noch ein Plätzchen gefunden. Wir haben am Ende der Straße rechts einen kleinen Imbiss gefunden, da hat Mutti noch selbst gekocht. Richtig lecker und günstig.

Im Hotel war eine Baustelle und Zimmer wurden noch renoviert. Hätte man auch die Wintermonate nutzen können. Das Essen, welches man abends im Hotel bestellen konnte, war sehr teuer. Meiner Meinung nach eine absolute Touristen Abzocke. In den Hotels bzw. Restaurants die es sonst noch gab, war es genauso unverschämt.

Stayed one night and really wished it was longer. The sea view from the room is genuinely stunning; Lesbos sitting just across the water, the Aegean stretching out below. Clean, comfortable, and in a great spot in the village. The staff are really warm and go out of their way to make you feel welcome. The kind of place that fits perfectly with everything Assos is about. Highly recommend and will definitely come back.

Lovely rooms overlooking the gorgeous small harbor. Staff were welcoming and helpful. Bathroom was well appointed, and bed very comfortable. Location is perfect. Some noise from restaurants below, but it doesn’t go on all night, and actually adds to the ambience.

Давно не был в лучшем месте чем здесь. Персонал это особенность этого отеля. Потрясающие администраторы, очень добрые, внимательные и чуткие. Номера небольшие, но все в очень хорошем состоянии, все работает и очень уютно. Номера теплые, есть кондиционеры и батареи. Прекрасный вид, вокруг полно ресторанов. Рекомендую! Вкусные завтраки , чистые номера и все за хорошие деньги.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and the AC helped with the warm weather. The sea was very clean. The breakfast was good. Definitely we will visit Assos and accommodate here again.

Our trip to Assos went wonderfully thanks to the help of the staff. Every morning they welcomed us with a smile and a breakfast. The restaurant of the hotel is right downstairs and you sit right by the sea, we even saw a starfish while having lunch!

The rooms can feel a bit small. Need better protection so people don't keep hitting their head on the ceilings on the top floor :D

kahvaltı sabahı için organizasyon yetersizdi. çalışan personel 2 kişi olduğu için servisi yetiştirmekte zorlanıyorlardı. genel otel müşterileri masaların yetersiz olması sebebiyle ayakta beklemek zorunda kaldı, dört kişilik bir aile olan biz de buna dahiliz. kahvaltı saatinde gitmemize rağmen ayakta diğer müşterilerin keyfini beklemek de hoş değildi. dört kişilik aileler misafir edildiğinde, iki kişilik müşterilerin iki kişi masalarında oturması daha münasip olurdu.

Acest hotel micuț este amplasat într-o zonă superbă cu o vedere foarte frumoasă la marea Egee. Deci locația este superbă. Mașina am parcat-o în fața hotelului, Camera, deși mică, luxoasă ca a unui hotel de 5 stele dotată cu tot ceea ce trebuie . Totul strălucea de curățenie. La fel si baia. Apa de la duș care a avut o presiune puternică încât m-a revigorat pe loc (eram obosită după o călătorie de 654 km). Patul foarte mare și confortabil. Micul dejun foarte gustos și îndestulător care ne-a fost servit, pe terasa hotelului amplasat pe malul mării, de către un ospătar care a dat dovadă de profesionalism așa cum a fost de fapt tot personalul cu care am luat contact în scurta noastră ședere de o zi.

Всичко ни хареса. Хотела е прекрасен. На първа линия. Нашата стая беше "Хелиос". Почистваха ни стаята всеки ден и заменяха използваните кърпи. Веднъж за четири нощувки ни смениха чаршафите. Възглавниците ми бяха малко ниски, но това не е чак такъв проблем. Гледката от стаята беше уникална - директно към морето и остров Лесбос. Банята е достатъчно голяма. Закуската - без колбаси, но достатъчно като количество. Гладни не сме останали. С удоволствие ще дойдем отново, само ни поканете!

Pobyt w tym obiekcie był bardzo przyjemny. Personel jest miły, uprzejmy i zawsze chętny do pomocy. Pokoje są codziennie sprzątane, a czyste ręczniki i kapcie zapewniają dodatkowy komfort. Lokalizacja nad morzem i w historycznej części miasta sprawia, że to idealne miejsce zarówno na odpoczynek, jak i zwiedzanie. Zdecydowanie polecam to miejsce wszystkim, którzy szukają spokojnego i zadbanego hotelu w pięknym otoczeniu.

Rano czasem słychać hałas motorówek z pobliskiej przystani, ale nie przeszkadza to zbytnio w odpoczynku. Ogólnie miejsce jest komfortowe i warte polecenia.

Que estaba justo en el puerto y pudimos cenar justo debajo!

La habitacion era muy chiquita y al estar al lado de recepción, se escuchaba todo. En el baño había algo de moho en la ducha!!

Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft des Personal

Çalışanlar çok ilgiliydi, her şey çok güzeldi. Artık her sene gelmeyi düşünüyoruz. Evlilik yıl dönümümüz için yaptıkları jest için de çok teşekkür ederiz. Ayrıca otelin restoran kısmından da son derece memnun kaldık, tüm arkadaşlara sevgiler.

Alles Top. Lediglich die Anreise/Abreise ist schwierig. Man ist auf ein Taxi angewiesen! Sonst tolle Lage, schöne Ambiente.

Die Geruchsbelästigung im Bad war nicht auszuhalten. Das Zimmer wurde lange nicht mehr renoviert.

Right on the waterfront. Restaurant was good and staff were lovely. The shower worked.

Small, noisey rooms. Air conditioner set on 18 couldn’t get the room below 25. Also reeked of smoking.
