夕日がきれい。イルカが見れたり動物がいる。フルーツコウモリが庭の木に飛んできてとまっていた。美ら海水族館に近い。

外国人のホテルのスタッフさん、親切だったけど発音がわかりにくい人もいた。適度に日本人が混じってサポートしてくれると良いかも。

This is simply the best family hotel I stayed in Japan. Everything is kid oriented - activities, big family room with futons and beds. It has also one of the best breakfast buffets - probably the best part was station with a chef who grilled few kinds of fish just for you. On the last day we had to leave early so the staff prepared us fantastic take out boxes with breakfast. From room you can see dolphins jumping. This hotel is a perfect gateway to the north of the island. On the rainy day you can use nearby indoor swimming pool.

Nothing much, we enjoyed the stay here than in many more 5 star hotels. For families it's a perfect choice and the value for money is unbeatable. We missed a net frame in the balcony, but it wasn't much of a problem.

Gutes Frühstück, Lage sehr gut, da wir mit dem Auto schnell an Attraktionen waren, Aquarium, Expo 75, Tropischer Garten und viele Parks mit Spielplätzen. Auch das Hotel war super für Kinder, da Spielzeug und Tiere im schönen Garten. Abendessen haben wir teilweise hinzugebucht, Buffet wie jeden Tag, etwas teurer allerdings Wir hatten ein Tatamizimmer im 5 Stock mit Meerblick, traumhaft schön!

Für den Aufenthalt im Hotel wäre ein Café am Nachmittag schön

Wspaniała lokalizacja - nasz pokój miał widok na morze i na baseny z delfinami :-) Bardzo uprzejmy i pomocny personel. Świetny ogród przy hotelu oraz sporo zwierząt wokół, co było miłym zaskoczeniem :-)

Dla osób, które nie lubią śniadań w stylu japońskim bardzo mały wybór. Moim dzieciom, niestety nic nie smakowało :-(

日本語のわかるスタッフばかりだったので、すぐに対応してもらってよかったです

特にないが、沖縄県内の観光案内地図があると更によかった。

中庭で運動でき、与那国馬を間近で見ることができた。

少し窓を開けた時の匂いが気になった。

朝食がバイキングで、とても美味しかったです。 ホテルのスタッフの方々の対応も、とても親切でした。 滞在時間が短かく 、ホテルの周辺を満喫できなかったので、機会があればまたいきたいです。

清潔でスタッフの対応が良かった

It was clean and functional, and extremely kid friendly. Plenty of things for my toddler to see and do in the day (play area during breakfast, animals to feed/see, expansive grounds to run on). I loved the variety during breakfast though it can get repetitive. The staff were also so respectful and polite, we knew we could count on them.

You need to specifically request for housekeeping at the front desk. It is not provided if you don’t put in your request. Rooms were clean but extremely dated. Toilets are small and Towel bars were rusting.

施設は少し古い感じはあったけれど、清潔感が有り快適に過ごせました。ロケーションも最高。海も、伊江島、瀬底島も見えて、天気が良ければ夕陽も最高なはず！！そして、本部元気村のイルカが部屋から見えてとっても良かったです。 スタッフの方もとても丁寧で、感じが良かったです。

Very kids friendly and the breakfast was nice with good view of farm animals.

Facilities are quite dated and there were few guests when we stayed at the hotel so it felt slightly empty.

My recent hotel stay was amazing! The bath was incredibly relaxing and felt like a mini-spa experience. Breakfast was delicious every morning, with plenty of great choices to start the day right.I really enjoyed my time there

Unfortunately, when we checked into the room, we immediately noticed a strong, unusual smell. We kept the door open to ventilate, but each time we returned to the room the odor returned. We tried to locate the source but couldn’t. Additionally, I drink a lot of water, so I was surprised there were only four small bottles in the room. I finished them very quickly. It would be great if the hotel could provide more water for guests, or maybe have a water dispenser or fountain available on the floor. That would make the stay much more comfortable.

好多貼心之處，房間陽台有曬衣繩，櫃子裡面有好多衣架，每層樓都有廁所，休閒娛樂設施豐富，連住兩晚不無聊。早餐超特別，除了現煎歐姆蛋，還有現烤魚及十幾種自選的茶類，以及現打果汁，望著海景吃早餐好愜意

飯店方面都ok，唯一建議處是走廊若有小孩奔跑吵鬧，直接魔音傳腦

写真と外観が違いすぎる。夏まりイベントチラシが違いすぎた。 スイカ割りチケットを購入したにも関わらず点呼もなかった。

After the first night, housekeeping only replenished the towels and emptied the bins, but did not make up the beds. On the second day, the situation was even worse — nothing was done at all, despite the ‘Please clean up’ sign being hung on the door. Hotel's location was good and the view was nice .

整體情況可以接受，勝在價錢相宜，及毗鄰元氣村

Familienhotel, dass sich auf Familien mit kleinen Kindern fokussiert. Highlight ist der Delfinbereich mit Angeboten zum gemeinsamen Schwimmen. Streichelzoo und Indoorpool, sowie einige Freizeitangebote im Wasser sind auf kleinere Kinder/jüngere Jugendliche zugeschnitten. Das Hotel ist schon älter und entsprechend etwas runtergekommen. Eine Generalrenovierung würde ich mir wünschen. Komme nicht noch mal hierher.

Bathroom's a bit old, but well maintained.

The staff hospitality. Especially a front desk staff Ms. Yoshimi. She shown extremely patience for entertained our requests in consecutive two days. Her smile, patience and professional knowledge impressed us. Her attitude gain all worthwhile stay in this hotel.

夕食に徒歩で出ましたが、暗くて怖い

It is a great place for family. There are plenty of toys and things to do with kids. Kids can even play Rock paper scissor with the hotel staff to win some little toys. It was really nice stay.

Because there is so many kids around it can get quite loud until late at night. Not the staff's fault but the parents who let their kids cream until late at night. And the room aren't quite sound proof unfortunately. And there is no beach around unless you take your car, which can be a bummer for such an ocean view hotel.

Location is stunning, balcony view was amazing. Breakfast was lovely and lots to choose from. Yes as per outer comments the hotel is a little outdated but it is clean and has loads to offer. We will definitely be back, no doubt.

One comment is the restaurant was very hot, the fans on the floor are hazardous. Please fix the air con there.

Loved the animal encounters, the delicious breakfast, the cozy rooms (although old and worn out) and the staff were so helpful.

飯店又大，又整潔，房間超大..小朋友住起來超開心.. 服務人員親戚，很有禮貌。 房間面海，又可以看到元氣村的海豚.. 飯店一樓還有好大的草皮可以奔跑。 早餐基本的都有，吃的很飽！ 有沖繩橘子跟鳳梨！還有泡盛.. 現做的歐姆蛋很好吃，還有烤魚.. 這次入住有得到小朋友免費的晚餐卷，大人已經吃飽了，陪著進去，得到一杯冰麥茶..小孩咖喱飯很豐富，吃的很開心..大人沒點餐沒被收錢，餐廳人員也完全親切有禮貌！ 公共空間的溫泉很不錯，很乾淨！ 洗衣機跟烘衣機要錢，但我在日本旅遊以來，第一次烘一次衣服就會乾了.. 稱讚一下烘衣機！ 可惜的是，這次去天氣比較涼，沒用到泳池.. 飯店在水族管附近而已，往水族館的路上也有一些好吃的店家和珍珠奶茶店，沖繩飯糰店！好吃！ 一整趟下來 非常的舒適！

Very spacious room, it comes with a big living room area (for futon set up if required) Sea view room with dolphin view too, it has some facilites like table tennis, games areas and very friendly receptionist. Breakfast is mixture of western and Japanese, good selection too.
