Bed was comfortable, and the heating was good.

Shower wasnt that clean with soap scum around the drain. Wooden doors, skirtings etc cracked and chipped and showing age.

The spa bath wasn't in a bathroom area, while that's fine, the previous guests got out of the bath and saturated the carpet all around the tub, right next to the bed and where you walk through to the kitchen with water so badly it was still very wet when we left the next day. There was one wine glass and 2 tiny ones that I'm not sure you would call wine glasses. When we contacted the office to query this at 8.30pm they had locked up and didn't answer the door. I had to call and then was bought over a couple of wine glasses and offered towels to put on the wet carpet. I was also disappointed in the price of the unit for what it was.

Unfortunately, the room was not fit for occupancy. The bedding had what appeared to be blood stains, there was a strong unpleasant smell throughout the room, and the overall standard of cleanliness was unacceptable. This was extremely disappointing and fell well below the standard I expected when making my booking.

The Spa pool in the bedroom, it's definitely the selling pointing of this room for me.

There was a bit of activity late at night with the helicopter in close proximity to the hospital but the closeness was also a benefit for my visit as well, within easy walking distance.

Room was clean and very comfortable. The Spa pool in the room is an awesome luxury to have.

Unfortunately the power blew out early in the morning and I had to wait a few hours to get some assistance. The A/H number does not get answered when you call it after hours. Otherwise, the stay would have been a lot better.

Enjoyed the Spa. Clean linen, central location. Had everything we needed.

Nothing major, just the placement of the TV was too high. Gave the Spa an extra clean before use. Just personal reasons.

Water temp would change as other people used Water at the same time. Was slightly outdated. These are only tips for improvement but honestly it was a great stay and we were very happy and more than satisfied

Unfortunately, our stay was disappointing and did not meet expectations. The constant traffic noise made it very difficult to relax or sleep properly, and we also found ants around the bed, which was really unpleasant. Customer service throughout the stay was poor, and the standard of servicing when the room was made after our first night was below average. Dishes had been washed but simply left to drip dry, which felt untidy and unfinished. The room itself was also lacking some basic conveniences — there was no extractor fan in the bathroom, the TV system was difficult to use, and the phone in the room didn’t work at all. Overall, the experience did not feel worth the cost, and we left quite disappointed.

Very minor, but there were only 2 flannels for 4 people so had to ask for more. We didn’t seem to get any milk but our other 2 parties did.

Main appeal was the spa bath. The room layout worked perfectly as we could book one room that had a seperate bedroom and bed in the lounge which worked perfect for two people who needed seperate sleeping spaces. Good selection of tea and coffee, comfortable beds

Somewhat close to a busy road so traffic noise was an issue the first night but not so bad the second night. Check in is advertised as up to 9pm and I was running late for the 5-6pm check in that I had asked for but had a phone call at 7.15 to say I would need to arrive shortly as owners were needing to go somewhere, this caused a bit of panic for me.

The receptionist continued her telephone conversation for 5 minutes before acknowledging my presence for check in. Ran out of hot water for morning showers . Noisy at night

Very clean and host was very accommodating.

Being close to a main road and being from a rural environment, we found the traffic noise intrusive. Apart from this, everything else was satisfactory.

Very noisy . Lots of road noise. TV was crooked and difficult to watch. Kitchen tap was loose and falling out. Shower over the bath cas very low for tall people.

The space was good not too small a nice family room for the 4 of us. Our late arrival was accepted and sorted for us. Good parking spaces. Very good location close to everything we needed. Brochures about the area were available in reception. Clean and comfortable beds. For the price we paid it’s fair

Stayed one night and fresh towels were in our room when we came back from an outing but no toilet paper & I had to go find some. The cleaning lady was quite rude about it too.

Good size room, big spa bath and good size bathroom with lots of bench space.

Found it to be a little noisy traffic wise, being on the corner of two rather busy roads.

The room was well set out and accommodated our requirements.

I didn't like that the office hours were not what they said. We waited for 15 minutes for the reception to open one morning and after phoning the manager he did not come and open up and talk with us. He was on site but told us to come back later. There was a group of us staying, for a 3 night stay, we booked out the whole motel, between all of us. We all paid different rates and not just $20 or $30 difference I paid over $100 difference per night from some of my friends. I emailed the Manager asking for a refund to align with my friends rates they paid, and 6 weeks later am still waiting for a reply. I think this is unacceptable and will not be staying here again.

The location was great. Very central to Hastings. Room was spacious, decor may be dated but it is clean.

It was really close to a cafe for breakfast being right night door and a bar and grill 3 minute walk. The apartment had plenty of room with enough beds and the bathroom was huge. Lots of room to move around for our group.

The bed. One side was super soft and felt like it had close as you sunk down into and one side was firm.

We loved the space, the bath, the beds were comfortable. The service at the front desk was amazing as always. We love booking here. We always enjoy our stay here. Thank you so much
