Wonderful experience from staff hospitality and service

found bed bugs

the whole facility is rather too quiet especially at the lobby. the lobby somehow need more light .need more features to make the lobby looks cheerful . the dining area infront of the washarea also too dark. no space dedicated to do your office

Friendly staff, good breakfast, spacious room, clean, prompt response to adhoc requests

Staff are helpful and room was really clean

Parking not so easy to find and share with the resident at behind, thus when exit I accidentally exit to wrong side. Lift are so limited only two units, I waited almost 20 minutes after check in, when I check out at 9am then no need to wait.

From honest opinion From Mr&Mrs singaporean/korea family Premiere king room 3days 2night 😀 Room was fantastic ✔️ Gym ✔️ Cafeteria✔️ Breafeast was great✔️ Room service ✔️ Swimming pool cant make it really darm bad ❌️ (Kids feel sad) Game room ( do not have the vibe for game room)❌️ balcony bored empty(suggestion maybe put chair for relaxing)❌️ And mostly all Staff is very profesional, humble respect super friendly and the manager(Mohammad noor) Thank you again for welcome us Hope will to hear outcome better upgrading And will come again 😀

And maybe corridor should inplement carpet? Cause housekeeping trolley will hear from inside room When everytime they walk pass

Booking.com and Four Points by Sheraton Johor Bahru better get their act together in the charges as what I confirmed in booking.com does not tally with the hotel. The hotel blamed booking.com btw.

Only 1 lift serving the carpark and 1 lift to go to my room. Waiting took ages that I decided to use the stairs. So those with old folks, beware. Staff also seem unsure about my charges. I had to do math problem solving once on check-in because the amount differs from booking.com and once on check-out when I found additional charges added in again.

The breakfast experience was bad. Flies everywhere. The chef at egg station went missing twice that i waited so long to order the egg. I had to go to the receptionist few times to look for the chef. There is no pepper in the entire restaurant. I asked the waiter and the reply saw "no pepper her". i had my half boiled egg with only soysauce.

We asked for family of 4 pax. The room was for 4 pax, but the amenities wasn't for 4 pax. Eg the bed, towels, pillows etc. The next water heater failure. We spent more than RM500, but there were no complimentary breakfast??? To sum it up, not worth booking for a hotel with such standards.... Really.. !!

The aircond is not smooth. The restaurant, we liked the food quality previously. This time, it wasn't .. also huge delay in order

the facilities are great except for the swimming pool. too many pigeons droppings. as we know pigeon droppings are kind of dangerous for our health. there’s also their feather in the swimming pool. i swam with a pigeon feather on my head and shirt. another thing is my room air conditioner are not really functional. it is so hot to sleep at night

Not too bad just that front desk isn’t real flexible to change to king size bed. Stayed here cos have a medical appt at KPJ Pasir Gudang. Front desk forgot to return my passport after checking in and I had paid rm10 for tourist tax. But I remember all. I always comment on parking : safe parking but top up RM20 for L1 security parking.

size of rooms were big, comfortable and clean

Kitchen did not have any cooking facilities such as pots, pan & microwave. In the advertisement it was written that it comes with the full kitchenware, but it reality it did not have any of them. So upset.

The room is big and with balcony. Everything is excellent!

Room was ok... reasonable standard for the price paid.

Room not ready when we checked in after 3pm. We were given a small room for the 7 of us to crash while we wait a few more hours for the room to be ready.

Location strategic. ,the room is spacious and comfortable. staff is very friendly and professional.

The carpet in the room, you need to get professional service to clean the stains and smell.
