The location, the pool area, comfy bed

Miscommunication when booking activities. Was told 2 times for snorkelling trip, then told only 7am, then told 2 times again, booked 7am trip but then told at 7am it wasn’t until 10am. No hand soap. My friend popped her ankle 2mins before snorkelling trip and no staff helped my friend but instead kept asking if we are all going on the trip which was obviously not the case due to the medical emergency. No one came over to help or ask if they could call a doctor

We had a wonderful stay here and found it to be a great accommodation option for anyone coming to Nusa Lembongan, especially if you’re here for diving. The location is excellent—right on the main street and within walking distance of several dive shops, local eateries, and grocery shops. It’s very convenient, especially if you don’t want to rely on transportation all the time. The room was spotlessly clean, with good air conditioning and a very comfortable bed. The pool was also lovely, surrounded by beautiful greenery and a peaceful landscape. The bathroom is basic but clean and well maintained. The only downside was the low water pressure. However, there was always a good supply of hot water, so it wasn’t a major issue. What really made our stay special was the friendliest receptionist and staff. Everyone was welcoming, helpful, and made us feel very comfortable. It was also easy to rent a scooter directly through the hotel, which was very convenient for exploring the island. Overall, excellent value for money. Great location, clean and comfortable rooms, a nice pool, friendly staff, and everything you need within walking distance. I would happily stay here again.

Low water pressure

My partner and I enjoyed staying here. Our room was simple, clean & had everything we needed: bed, shower, toilet, safe & fridge. The bed was comfortable. The pool was clean and the staff were lovely and helpful. The location is good, close to the beach and some lovely restaurants nearby.

Emplacement parfait pour faire de la plongée juste à côté des centres de plongée proche des restaurants et supermarchés. Le personnel est adorable on peut précommander son petit déjeuner il était servi à l'heure, ménage à la demande, réservation des excursions au bureau d'accueil. Propre et literie confortable.

Amazing location, very helpful staff for organising transport, such a comfy bed! Fridge in room is a huge plus.

Breakfast was limited but that’s not a huge deal a was just fine to start the day before a dive.

Pool was great and super clean, rooms were nice and spacious and clean.

The only downside was front desk staff were a little unfriendly at checkin and departure.

Excellent emplacement, central et proche de la plage et des clubs de plongée.. Nous avons apprecié Aquaman pour le snorkeling et Dive Concepts pour les plongées. La piscine etait tres agreable, le lit tres confortable et la chambre tres propre.

Det sødeste personale, som også gjorde ekstra ud af at gøre det hyggeligt på værelset når man lagde drikke penge:) dejligt sted med dejlig pool. Den bedste seng vi har sovet i på Bali. Ligger lige hvor alle restauranter ligger så det er nemt at få lækker mad

Stranden ved hotellet er ikke den bedste der findes bedre strande såsom mushroom Beach. Det er heldigvis nemt at komme derhen så ikke noget problem.

It felt like a little village of houses around a pool. The wall at the front made it a sanctuary for the busy streets

Good location and easy check in

The place is poorly managed. There was not always staff available. We went to breakfast at 7:00 a.m., which we had already paid for, but no one was there and no food had been prepared. When we asked about it, we didn’t receive any explanation. We also booked transportation through the hotel reception for our departure, but when the time came, we found out it had never been booked. In addition, there were no hand towels or hand soap in the room, and the toilet constantly ran. WiFi also didn’t work.

Good for 1 night stay.

Noisy and not so clean

Friendly staff and very accommodating. Before I had the chance to mention there was a tap default in the shower, they were across it and replaced during the morning room clean. Location central and great for easy access to all parts of the island by foot, bike, or vehicle.

Room despite being back from the road was still quite loud through the night, and some early morning construction works that did not hang around for long but seemingly started earlier than necessary. Rooms a bit tired.

Bonne situation au milieu de la rue principale du centre ville et à côté de très bon restaurant. La piscine est un point fort. Le petit déjeuner est simple mais appréciable. Le personnel m a rendu service pour plusieurs service : scooter, excursion, transfert, linge...

Lovely pool, staff were very friendly and accommodating. We had a lovely stay and would recommend it for solo/group travellers. Comfortable walking distance to fabulous beaches, restaurants and activities.

Would have loved for our rooms to all be closer together - but did not affect our stay.

Very spacious clean rooms. Comfortable bed. Bar fridge. Outdoor seating on patio. Lovely pool with various seating options. Set on the Main Street it’s only a short walk down to the beach and easy access to lots of great restaurants. We got the DCamel fast boat over which was impressive (better than Rocky IMO) and walked 10 min to the hotel. Staff were kind enough to truck us over to Mushroom Bay to our next stay. So many great places close by but don’t miss Pondok Baruna Warung across the road, Bali Eco Cafe, Tiki Bar for the best cocktails and to watch the footy, Little Coconut coffee, Karuna Spa massage.

The shower pressure wasn’t great. I needed a face washer to be able to rinse the soap adequately and had to get my hair washed at a spa. Unfortunately we missed a breakfast as we were going snorkeling at 7am and they couldn’t accommodate anything earlier and nothing was open nearby. Their breakfast service starts at 7am and I recommend the pineapple pancake.

This is a great little place. My room had all that I needed. Nothing too fancy but very comfortable with a decent bathroom. The breakfast was basic but good. The pool was lovely and my room faced the pool which made a small community vibe. .

A water dispenser would be a great idea to reduce the plastics.

Great location and a very comfortable stay. The staff were excellent — very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. They also helped arrange our transfer to the ferry, which made everything much easier. Highly recommended!

Os quartos são limpos, organizados, cama confortável. A pousada e toda bonitinha, bem cuidada e com uma piscina charmosa no centro.

I had a room next to the pool, the room was clean and comfortable.

The shower tap fell off, but I could still use the shower and it had great pressure. Nothing to worry about, just an observation.

Lovelybplace on the main road close to beach, shops and food. Great pool, gardens, friendly staff. They were happy to help in any way and let me stay on after check out and enjoy the pool till I needed to leave. Breakfast was great and cheap. They helped me organise a snorkeling trip. The room was a good size and very comfortable and clean.

No jug. Would have liked to have made a cuppa. Small thing, nice to have and easily added to rooms.
