1. Kamar 102 yang sy booked ada masalah kamar mandi . Air nya bertakung dan susah kering lantai nya. Timbul rasa kurang enak dan bau. 2. Cerek letris yg disediakan tidak di bersihkan.penuh habuk.terlihat seperti tidak di cek kebersihan facilities sebelum pengunjung tiba. 3. Tong sampah tidak di siapkan dengan plastik 4. Ada semut di kamar kami datang pada minuman dan makanan.

Excellent Family Stay at Aston Tanjung Pinang We had a wonderful stay at Aston Tanjung Pinang. The hotel room was very spacious, clean, and comfortable — perfect for families. The housekeeping team did an excellent job in keeping our room spotless throughout our stay. The swimming pool was great, well maintained and very enjoyable, especially for children. The gym was quite complete, and what we really liked was that there’s a kids’ play area located just in front of the gym. This made it easy for parents to work out while still keeping an eye on their children playing safely nearby. The food was delicious, and the breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of dishes with plenty of tasty options. The service throughout the hotel was excellent, special thanks to Mr. Susiadi, the General Manager, for making our holiday truly memorable. Mr. Aan, the Duty Manager, also provided great service, and the Front Office and restaurant staff specially were all very friendly and helpful. A big thank you as well to the housekeeping team for their hard work and attention to detail. Thank you, Mr. Susiadi, and the entire Aston Tanjung Pinang team for a wonderful and unforgettable holiday experience!

It might be a bit late to share this review, as I stayed in January 2025, but it was truly a wonderful experience! We were warmly welcomed by Ardi, a cheerful front office staff member who provided clear information during check-in and even helped us arrange a car to the airport. The room was lovely, and all the staff were very humble and attentive. I truly hope to have another stay at this hotel someday.

Just the breakfast.

The room was old and not clean. The towels are old and yucky. The areas around the toilet is not clean at all. I booked for the massage therapist to come to my room. They messed up the appointment and we only received the lousy massage 2 hours later. It was almost 2am.

Breakfast is not that good. Bread toaster spoilt. No aircon there. Very stuffy. When I asked the staff, he said the aircon spoilt quite some time. The lobby also has no aircon. Very very hot there.. Toilet with 2 doors. It is very funny. It's like you want to open the cupboard!. I will not recommend my friends or relatives to stay there..

I have made the booking stating my preference to have a non-smoking room. I was given smoking room that is smelly and filthy. Booked 3 nights but did not end up staying there at all. No refund given. Never again.

Clean and huge. Lovely breakfast and breathtaking facilities for the kids. The swimming pool is awesome but the bestest part is the breakfast.

They keep insisting I pay for breakfast even though I have booked it to include. It took 4 staff and me going back and forth from front desk to cafeteria to resolve

I stayed on November 27, booking via Agoda. I booked in the evening at 5 PM and was in a hurry at that time. Upon arrival, it turned out that the room I booked was a double bed, and the check-in process was very slow because they hadn't checked my booking on Agoda. I was with three very small children, so I went to the receptionist, two male staff members on the evening shift whose names I don't remember, to request a room change even if it meant paying an additional fee. However, the receptionist had a very rude attitude, saying it couldn't be done because it was according to the booking. I asked if the beds could be combined, and they said yes, but I waited all night and no housekeeping or receptionist came to combine the beds. Also, when we first entered, there were no towels. the pillow and the sheets have yellow stains. But the receptionist staff on the morning shift on the 28th was very good, where we checked out around 6 in the morning, he was polite and very patient

Very nice hotel with everything you need

better compare to other, no other option hotel with , room is good but a bit old style, food is good, breakfast taste good, but wifi a bit unstable up and down, overall experience is good, check in is fast, the staff quite responsive, reception friendly and helpful with my itinerary to travel

The staff were friendly and attentive, making the stay very comfortable. The room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained. The breakfast buffet offered a good variety of delicious local and international options. The location was convenient, close to key landmarks and amenities.

"Actually, this is my second stay at Aston. Overall, it's a nice place to stay in Tanjungpinang compared to others. The room is cozy with a comfortable bed, but it's just a little bit noisy from coridor. The breakfast was amazing, but I think for a 4-star hotel nowadays, they should have live cooking stations, such as noodles or something similar, like other hotels in Jakarta. However, the taste is good."

We ordered room service for dinner, but food took 1 hour to arrive. Food was cold when it reached our room. There were bats living outside the room window and we can hear them the whole night.

The young people of this hotel are really special I have never been in a happier hotel the young ladies on reception and Mr nofri of housekeeping was so very helpful with all my extra needs thank young people for my clean and lovely room and your friendship on my short stay I will definitely be back thank you David Tsang

Staff were very friendly, particularly the security on the door. Room and beds very comfortable and the shower is amaaaazing with really hot water and great pressure.

Breakfast was good although if not include, 90,000 is a big extra expense….wouldn’t say it’s worth that. The floors were a bit dirty and stained. Also, I’d say the room price is a bit much, particularly for the higher room categories. I had to move to a more expensive one for 1 night as no availability which I didn’t mind. But the difference was very small just a tiny extra bit of room. Not worth the value really with such a big jump.

Rooms condition could be improved

The staff were helpful and courteous. Smiling and greeting guests. The frontline staff are well trained but sadly it seems their management is not keeping up with the service standards.

Guests who come here are rowdy and inconsiderate. Smoking indoors and rooms above were stomping at 12am midnight disturbing others. Breakfast had limited spread catering more to local cuisines. I tried to eat the cereal but they were stale. Rooms were musky and being next to the pool, you get awakened by guests using it at 7am with kids screaming. The emergency exit to the basement carpark is padlocked. An emergency fire exit that prevents people from evacuation. Aston should relook into their fire safety protocols. This is not inline with international standards. Your mid and senior management staff needs a huge reshuffle. This is disappointing for a hotel that should be experienced enough.

The cleanliness of the hotel room needs to be improved. There was too much dirt on the carpet. The hotel only offers one pillow, which is insufficient, they should provide two pillows. Upon opening the cupboard, we experienced a strong musty smell and the lighting was too dim.

Food, Hospitality and facilities were great. Definitely value for money. There is an amusement park which we really liked. The staff were friendly and even provided all the requests of mine. We came with a 1 year baby and requested for a plastic bucket and they helped us to get it even that. Kudos to the staff 😊

Rooms were old and need some renovation. Location isn’t a secluded one and far from the touristic places.

1. Bathroom shower head need to service or change or check frequently. Running water dripping was too small for us to bath 2. Massage services was scheduled earlier, but the person delayed in attending to us. Hence we have to wait and waste so much time
