Dao, staff at hotel, provided excellent service and help with hotel room details and outside resources including restaurant, postal and bank whereabouts.

We need to take the train at around 3-4am, the bed is so comfortable. We had good night sleep before getting on the train.

The stairs to the entrance of the hotel. There might probably be a lift but we couldn't find it and no one has ever mentioned it.

Khách sạn có ghi free cho trẻ em dưới 12t. Nhà mình có 2 bé 6 và 9 tuổi. Mình đã book phòng cho 3 ngưởi lớn nhưng vẫn phụ thu 100k cho bé 6t.

Luôn là vòi hoa sen. Tôi đã ở nhiều khách sạn trong hệ thống Mường Thanh ở Vinh nhưng nhiều lần gặp tình trạng vòi hoa sen bị hỏng

Phòng sạch sẽ theo chuẩn của hệ thống Mường Thanh. Tuy nhiên trang thiết bị có vẻ lỗi thời do khách sạn xây dựng từ lâu?

Thang máy cũ, bồn tắm lắp thêm bằng plastic, tivi cũ mở không được.

Pokój hotelowy był na średnim poziomie, śniadanie bardzo dobre - do wyboru dużo różnego jedzenia. Czystość - jak w Wietnamie - na średnim poziomie. Mogło być czyściej, szczególnie w łazience. Jednak wszystko oceniam na 4.

Basen hotelowy był niedostępny - szkoda, że nie było tej informacji w rezerwacji.

Es war in der nähä vom Bahnhof

Wie hatten Schimmel im Zimmer. Furch die reklamation haben wir rasch ein neues Zimmer erhalten. Es riech auch in diesem Zimmer nach schimmel abee nicht mehr so schlimm.

Large room and great location for train station.

There was no hot water, just warm and the shower head had no bracket so had to be held to shower, the windows would not close fully so as it was windy a constant whistling.

It had a pool. Room was spacious but junior suite had carpet that was stained and icky. Location to train station was good. Breakfast was fine.

Staff seemed to be bothered by being asked anything throughout our stay (didn’t even have a travel agent to recommend), room servicing was hit and miss each day, had to track someone down and ask for towels after not getting serviced for days in a row and carpet floors weren’t cleaned in the six nights we were there, made worse by it being 10 years past it’s used by date. Spa leaked water constantly (only using it for showers) so water was constantly running across the floor, trodden everywhere and never got dry. Wouldn’t allow us to check out until they had audited our room and almost missed our bus because they couldn’t find a teaspoon. 15 mins later we worked out what the issue was and offered to pay for it (they’ll find it later)… held up over a 3000 dong / 20 cent spoon. Karaoke from the restaurant carries through the entire hotel from lunch time to evening.

I booked for three nights and stayed only one night. Room was Not as described. No balcony or terrace and no view. Reception staff simply said they didn’t have rooms with balconies

It seemed out of the way and not central. Quite old and outdated.

I had a little trouble when I checked in, but it was quickly resolved and I had a very comfortable stay. The room was easy to use and almost all the facilities were well maintained, so I was able to have a comfortable stay. The staff were also very kind and I didn't have to worry about anything. It's close to the train station, so it's the perfect location for me since I often travel by train. I was pleasantly surprised to see planes taking off from my room.

少し廊下がタバコ臭かった

The hotel was fine.

Whet was not fine, was that they charged me twice, and when I asked them to refund the spurious extra charge they just said yes, but weeks later I'm still waiting for them to do it. Booking.com have been useless in chasing this up for me, asking for an invoice for the spurious payment .... which of course I dont have. I have raised a complaint with booking.com and heard nothing.

Steep steps up to hotel.

Very comfy beds. Generous portion sizes in restaurant.

Wifi was pretty slow.

Location to the station was handy and room was clean and comfortable.

Public areas and room (initially) are like saunas. Airless and stifling. Whole place looks tired. Bit overpriced.

Breakfast is just okay, not much selection.

Good value for money, nearest hotel to the rail station
