We we greated with a smile on arrival. When spoken about the outer building ,we were informed it was work in progress.

Upon arrival a note on the counter advised that the spa was "not working" This was disappointing to see but the situation was rectified when brought to the proprietors attention. Thanks! The spa itself was great, but the surrounds left much to be desired.

Reviewed Dec 2, 2017I had phoned the owners about 2 weeks prior to my stay, because I had some doubt if my on-line booking had gone through. I was reassured that even if it hadn't, they would honour my booking anyway. I liked his friendly helpful advice. It seemed that Expedia was out of action at the time. And my feelings about the owners were confirmed when I checked in, very nice people. I was there for just one night, as passsing through.
