Regular customers, the last time the spa was flooded woth very nosey and obnoxious youths, however, signs displayed states that under 12 yrs must be accompanied by an adult. This seemed to have had a positive impact, however, busy season may differ.

Facilities are beautiful and clean. Staff are very welcoming and helpful.

The towels allocated per room and the swimming pool towels as we got to the pool people were quick to take others towels .

The property is awesome, we’ve stayed here before and would stay again.

Booking.com Your description said our accommodation was one bedroom and one bathroom- but our room was a studio. I sent your customer service a message and you said I’d get a reply within 24 hours. Five days later and no reply.

Nice, clean, comfortable and lots to do.

Check in is quite late so not a lot of time to do everything especially if you're only staying one night.

My room was perfect walk down the walkway right outside the room

I️ loved the location and proximity to the beach.

I knew there were shared bathroom and kitchen facilities. However, I️ was not expecting the property to be laid out like a campground.

TV remote was glitching but it worked when held a certain way. Took a while to figure that out. Little annoying but it happens. Park didnt have new batteries on hand.

The price was high and A staff wasn’t kind when I asked to turn on the movie at the big screen. It was 5:38pm and the movie was planned at 5pm

We had to move the dates of our stay a few days early, both Booking.com and the Holiday park's staff were so helpful in changing this. The room had everything we needed, it was clean and tidy, beds were comfortable. The amenities in the park were family-friendly, our kids had a great time. We'll be back again.

I liked everything in this park. We were sad to leave, actually. My daughter's only comment was "they need to nail the stairs on the bunk bed so it's not scary to get on/off". 😂

The peace, the location what a beautiful view to wake up to. The options for activities was awesome.

Great place to take the kids on holiday! Pool, spa and beach of the doorstep plus heaps of entertainment for the kids (crafts, pizza making, movies, circus and horse rides)

We liked the location and activities available on a Matariki long weekend. Plenty of room in our suite. Free popcorn and hot chocolate for movie. Very short walk to Beach sunset and sunrise was amazing. Matariki was very visible in the morning.

We had to wait 30mins to check in as room wasn't ready. We had no hot water on the first night. Pool was not open the next morning. Didn't get any milk for our stay due to no stock. Had a electric jug that was faulty and burnt at the bottom.

The beach access and pool facilities are lovely.

The moisture/ insulation level of cabins was dissappointing.

Overall was great however towards the end of our stay cleaners went in to our room and started cleaning but we still had some time to check out . We did get this resolved but would be nice to know our stuff is safe and untouched while we’re out and no worries until our stay is finished . Otherwise place was beautiful and very enjoyable I would recommend this to anyone

Pool was amazing and was great being able to go down to the beach.

Very poor wifi, not much on wet days for kids to do. Would have been great if there were some board games, table tennis or pool table. Found rooms serviced very late in the day.

Amazing facilities. Clean. Quiet, sea view, resort style pool. POD and filter coffee. Great selection of teas. Walk to supermarket, cafes, restaurants. Suitable for couples, families, old and young. Highly recommend.

Pool was a winner for my daughter. Facilities were lovely and our family cabin was nice for us (2 x adults, 1 x child). However for the nightly price, its almost on par with Air BnBs. Otherwise we enjoyed the stay and being able to relax by the pool or jump across to the beach - you cant beat it.

Great outdoor swimming pool, really warm even in winter. Great location with beautiful beach in front of the holiday park.

Our annual birthday trip for my mum and me usually takes us to beautiful beaches around the world, but sadly this has been our worst experience. The bed was so soft that everyone woke up with back and neck pain. Pets aren’t allowed in the unit, yet we shared our room with cockroaches, ants, spiders, and even mouses in the cupboard. Staff said it’s hard to prevent this because the property is by the beach. Paying over $500 a night for this was extremely disappointing.

The staff were so welcoming and helpful - they seemed to genuinely enjoy being there and ensuring we had a great stay. The garden unit we stayed in, was just as described. The map was great for choosing our choice of accomodation in relation to the pool. Complimentary drinks were lovely - felt very spoilt for choice.

Honestly I think it was great. The only thing and I am truly being picky, but the skirting boards were a bit dusty and could have done with a quick wipe down.

Beautiful, catered to my family, small but spacious, comfortable for my kids. It was kid friendly.

Very family friendly, especially if you get the units around the pool. Great location as well.

The pool and hot tub were heated but not as warm as we would have liked. The hot tub did get very busy especially with children, so not very relaxing. Also the bunk beds were very flimsy and could be better quality. Ok for small children but can’t imagine anyone over the age of 10 being comfortable on them.

The beachfront view with the sound of the waves was magical. Especially at sunrise. It had a huge spa bath in a generous bathroom. Comfy couch and bed. We had only planned one night mid week but were offered an extra at a great price so decided to stay another. We felt so refreshed and relaxed.
