- Das Frühstück ist eher mau (Brot, Butter, Magarine, Schmierkäse, Nutella, 2 x Marmelade, Milch und 2 Sorten Frühstücksflocken) - Es fehlt an Lounge Möbeln zum Entspannen etc - gibt leider nur 4 Sessel im Foyer und sonst nur Holzstühle.

There are a couple things that would make a difference nowadays. Most hostels have provided the beds with curtains for more privacy and to darken the bed for sleeping. In the same line, the "individual" lights which people are ok to have on until late, are super powerful and they illuminate the whole room. Of course that's a guest empathy issue, but lowering the Watts and fitting curtains would help a lot.

Reviewed Sep 12, 2026walking distance to the place where u can go to Harder Kulm , to the big supermarket , to the train and bus station . if you ride bus from the train station u should choose the bus going to INTERLAKEN WEST and stop at SONNENHOF ( the hostel is just infront of the bus stop ) never go with the bus INTERLAKEN OST otherwise it will take u to the other side of direction. if u dont have Swiss Pass the hostel will provide free voucher for u to use them for the Bus ride all the time . we were group of 5 friends (4 women & 1 man ) in one bedroom but the capacity was for 7 pax but lucky enough the hostel didnt put another persons with us in the same room , we've got toilet and Bathroom ( separate) in our own bedroom with 1 big window and just opened it at the night and was a good sleep . Peak of summer time ( 2nd wk of aug ) and was the hottest summer in Swiss ( for the record ) but was comfortable at room. free satisfying european breakfast , we requested the advance breakfast at night because we have to leave hostel early morning for our Jungfraujoch tour & was considered.Staff were amazing & very considerate, enjoyed the place , big kitchen for u to use 24/7 is available . clean facilities , strong wifi,but always fully booked .

They provided excellent recommendations about the city and treated us very well. The breakfast was simple but excellent. There are comfortable common areas, a large kitchen, and a fridge available for guests. The bathrooms are clean and spacious. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this place!

only real issue i could find annoying to most, is the lack of a/c in the dorms. other than that, pop the window open & it’s a pretty solid location & facility.

・共有シャワーにソープがない。(いろんなドミトリー泊まったけどこれは初めてだった) ・宿泊日程関係なく、タオル交換は有料。(連泊するのに交換が有料なのは残念だし謎) ・部屋、シャワー室はかなり狭め。シャワー室は無理矢理設置したような場所で狭く、ドライヤーが廊下のいっかくに設置されてるのでうるさい。卓球台とか何台も置けるとこあったり共有スペースかなりあるのに異様に狭いシャワー室。3階においては2つしかない。

Llegamos a medio día y nuestro check - in era a las 15 horas, y había lockers con llaves donde dejar las maletas XL y pequeñas sin costo. Tenían zonas de cocina bien habilitadas si deseaban cocinar y con neveras para guardar los alimentos, zonas de comedores. Parking dentro del establecimiento de pago, económico. Buena ubicación a 10 minutos caminando del centro y de Funicular Hardem Kulm.

It was our first hostel we have ever stayed in and we couldn’t wish for anything better! it was beyond our expectations and we felt very safe and made some friends! They gave us adapters as we didn’t bring our own and they had lots to offer x
One thing was if the rooms had more lighting on the ceiling!

Reviewed Sep 9, 2026Bon, c'est vraiment parfait en beaucoup de points. C'est propre, très sympa comme endroit à côté du grand parc. Il y a de quoi faire la cuisine etc.. Le personnel est très sympathique.
Par contre le prix est vachement cher je trouve, pour un dortoir hyper serré. J'ai loupé le petit déjeuner (il faut dire qu'on ne m'a pas bien indiqué où c'était), peut-être qu'avec ça j'aurais trouvé le prix correct.

El desayuno bastante pobre y la lavadora la usamos y salía 10€ pero es como si no la hubiera lavado.

Reviewed Sep 7, 2026숙소에서 밥을 해 먹기가 좋음. 아주 오래전에도 갔던 숙소인데 여전히 깨끗하고 깔끔하게 운영이 잘 되고 있는 것 같음. 인터라켄 중앙광장 공원과 매우 가까워서 좋다. 밥을 해 먹을 수 있는 부엌이 매우 깔끔하게 운영되고 있음. 쿱에서 식사할 거리를 사와서 해먹기가 좋다. 오븐도 있고 각종 식기류가 잘 구비되어 있습니다. 다음에 인터라켄에 간다면 또 다시 갈 것 같다. 버스 타는 곳이 숙소 바로 앞에 있어 편리함.
인터라켄 동력과 서역에 딱 중간 지역이라서 각 기차역으로 걸어가기에는 좀 멀다. 나는 항상 버스를 이용했음. 선풍기 제공이 안되서 좀 더웠음. 추후 선풍기가 제공되면 좋을 것 같음. 타월 교체가 유료임. 매일 청소서비스가 없음. 조식이 너무 심플함

Zimmer etwas klein, vor den Schränken ist direkt der Eingangsbereich mit nach Innen aufgehender Tür; Bei Eintreten musst man aufpassen, dass man Personen die gerade den Schrank bedienten nicht mit der Tür trifft.

Reviewed Sep 6, 2026Best thing for me: Beds are already made when you arrive!! Friendly staff. Clean premises. Decent breakfast, very good coffee selection. Free to use lockers for you luggage.
some more storage space in the 6 bed dorm, but still ok.
