Saiz tuala badan mcm alas kaki jeeee, iron pulak letak kat luar bilik, tingkat atas pulak tu. Lagi geram kena bayar ya! Masuk coin 0.50 (sekeping shj, pening cari mlm2) siap ada masa, dpt 6minit je tu pun mcm 6saat laju dia. Satu tudung je dah 6minit tau!

Tiada lif. Laluan tangga ke tingkat atas permaidaninya sudah koyak. Seterika perlu dibayar ikut berapa minit penggunaan. Karpet dalam bilik terlalu nipis dah licin. Siaran TV yang teruk. Keadaan tv ada garisan di skrin.Tingkap tak boleh dibuka.

No lift, for short stay is fine, if have luggages can be quite hassle. Only have small towel.

im unlucky to get a room facing the main road, cant get a good rest since the noise comes from traffic. The towel provided is smaller than a standard bath towel (picture attached). Has been to so many hotel including the cheapear ones, never had this kind of towel, almost the same size as the bath mat. No hot water. i confirmed this with the staff upon check-out.

This stupid hotel even not give a proper towel, very small towel for bath, this small for what? My cat towel bigger. Phone was broken, water dispenser not working, cracked wall, interior arrangement was miserable, very stingy dont want to pay for extra cooper to install the aircond at least at the middle of the room, want use the iron need to pay some more. this is my second time visit as it nearby UTHM easier to visit my sister and even upgrade to better room, but going to be my last visit.

Over 25 years, this is my first hotel in malaysia gave the small bath towel... We're human, need a big size towel... That size suitable for cats and dog...

The room not really clean, got so many spiderweb on top of the door. The door cannot be locked from inside both doorknob and the manual lock on top of the door. Someone knocks our door loudly at 4.32 am..so scary since we are lady's traveler. The iron need to pay RM0.50 but only for 6 minutes. At least 10 minutes is better. with the auto light for the corridor and ironing area..so scary when you iron alone at night and all the lamp off. Really not suitable for ladies and alone.

Reviewed Nov 15, 2025Saya sewa family room. 1 large bed dan 1 single bed. Harganya RM180 tapi biliknya sempit sgt ngam2 dgn katil tu. Nak guna iron kena bayar. 50 sen untuk 6 minit 🫠. Bilik dah la mahal, iron pulak kena bayar. Pintu toilet pulak rosak tak boleh tutup rapat. Dispenser soap pun tak function, mujur la bawa sabun mandi sendiri. Saya mmg tak complain apa2 sepanjang sehari saya duduk hotel tu sebab saya yakin pihak hotel mesti dah tau tentang kerosakan, kalau tak tau maksudnya dorang tak servis bilik

Coway tab water provided outside the room, they also provide mineral water bottle inside the room 5. Location just nearby UTHM
1. The bathroom door is almost transparent, not suitable for sharing with colleagues or friends. 2. Booking room with window, but due to the fact that we check in a bit late, we get the room without windows.

Mayby need some changes the work way (carpet and wall paint). Mayby this time to improve. Since 2020, I always been at Hotel Pintar for 2 or 3 days travel to Johore (balik for hari raya, attending weeding and facing son at UTHM). Sorryyy... Just what I saw.
