Great location for what I was doing. Staff are friendly. Property is dated but pretty clean. Comfortable bed. Has a bathtub which is great. Can get a little noisy. I've stayed here before and will again. Thanks

Ordinary standard at best... Sorry but its the truth. Location is great but up keep is lacking. Time for some maintenance management. Shower door missing, roof needs attention to hide the mold.

観光・夜遊び目的で考えるなら、最高の立地。7/11・family martまで徒歩1分圏内。コインランドリーも徒歩2分。日用品の買い求めはfriendship super marketが徒歩2分。毎回思う不満を挙げるなら、セカンドロード向けのソンテウが少ないくらい。　ホテルは格安なりの築年数とサービスですが、寝れたらそれでいい私の要求をすべて満たしています。　スタッフの笑顔も素敵ですよ。

Pool was wonderful , breakfast great, and all of staff helpful and friendly.. Awesome location.. I traveled all over Cambodia and Thailand for two months and this was the Ritz or Trump Towers of my journey.. Very nice elegant hotl for a very good price..

Ein günstiges Hotel in jeder Hinsicht.

Nice hotel for a good price. Location is really good, just a few minutes from the shopping area, Walking street, the beach, etc. Also rooms are very clean, but a bit outdated, same for the airco. Wifi was very weak and could be better.

Unschlagbar für diesen Preis, da muss man auch akzeptieren, dass der einizge Lift mal repariert wird. Andere Hotels in dieser Preislage haben keinen Lift. Habe die Buchung verlängert, wobei Hotels.com billiger war, als wenn ich an der Rezeption gebucht hätte. Viele Restaurants in der Nähe. Das 5 star J mit österreichischem Besitzer ist nicht nur für Vegetarier ein Genuss.

There were two (2) negative issues: 1) The telephone in the guest room wasn't working. The staff noted this and attempted to rectify - but were unsuccessful. They offered to upgrade me to another (Larger) room FOC. 2) The Swimming Pool was undergoing maintenance from the date of my check in until two days prior to check out. Again, the staff apologised and offered the use of the Swimming Pool and facilities at their sister Hotel (Diamond Beach Hotel) FOC The efforts of Management and Staff to address these two (2) small issues was commendable - communicating possible solutions and advising on all effort being made in a polite, courteous and friendly manner. Again, they could not have done more to assist - I am extremely impressed by the whole Team.

The Diamond City Place has an easy access (on a main road) location in South Pattaya. Road noise is not an issue - as the property has rear-facing rooms. The rooms are spacious, well maintained, with excellent facilities (large ensuite bathroom, cable tv, small balcony, good-size fridge and in-room mini safe). Housekeeping staff are helpful, friendly, polite and courteous and available from 7am until 4pm daily. Adjacent to the main building, the Coffee Shop - although small, is clean and well-staffed; offering a wide selection of Thai, Indian and European menus. Coffee Shop staff are very attentive, polite and efficient. Breakfast service is from 7am until 11am. A-la-cart service is available all day until 7pm with Room Service available with a +10% Service Charge. Reception Staff are available from 7am until Midnight (Room Key-fob security access to the building is available outwith these hours). Again, Reception Staff are friendly, polite, helpful and always eager to assist. The Swimming Pool, although small, is located on the 2nd Floor and is very well maintained. The only negative points found were: No assistance available for luggage transfer at Check-in/Check-out. No Electric Shaver outlet in the bathroom. No Kettle or Hair Dryer in the room - however, these two items were available for rent from the Reception Desk.

전반적으로 오래됐지만, 쾌적한 숙소입니다. TV가 오래된 구형이지만 딱히 TV 볼 일이 없어서 상관 없었고, 에어컨이 좀 시끄러운 것은 신경 쓰였습니다. 소음에 민감하신 분은 많이 거슬릴만한 큰 소리입니다. 주변에 시장이나 은행도 멀지 않은 곳에 있고, 저렴한 마사지샵도 있어서 저녁에 들어오면서 발마사지 받고 들어오면 딱입니다. 숙소 나가서 바로 썽태우 타면 10바트에 파타야비치나 워킹스트리트 한블럭 앞에서 내릴 수 있고, 노선표보고 잘 타면 한번에 티파니쇼장 등이 몰려있는 주변까지 갈 수 있는데, 그랩택시타면 200바트 정도고, 오토바이 타면 50~80바트 거리입니다.

For a reasonably cheap hotel it was fine. Very clean and quiet, within easy reach of Walking St, beach, bars.

Excellent hotel Very clean, quiet,comfortable room. Nothing too much trouble for the staff to do. All very polite , cheerful and professional.. I have previously stayed at this hotel before and will return in the future. Hotel advertises a swimming pool, however this is very small.

サウスパタヤ通りは、繁華街ではなくパタヤの普通の人々が暮らす通り。野菜やフルーツは勿論種々雑多な市場、スーパーマーケット、金行、夜は屋台が立ち並ぶ道。ウオーキングストリートに程近い十字路からゆっくり歩いても１０分で到着する。リセプションはにこやかで良い感じ。スーペリアルームにキングベッド１台の部屋に泊まったが、１人だと広すぎる感じ。只、２階だったのでカーテンを開けると外から丸見えになった。　　アメニティは冷蔵庫に飲料水２本と１回分のシャンプー、石鹸くらいだが、ミニキッチンがある。アメニティーはホテルの敷地を出るとすぐ左手にファミマとセブンイレブンがあり、旅行サイズのシャンプーやら歯磨き粉など全部そろう。浴槽は洋式としては深めでお湯も熱かった。朝食は、ちょっと物足りなかったので、屋台かコンビニで済ませても良いかも。アメニティーやら有料のお菓子がない分、チェックアウトも２秒で終わってしまった。レセプションは最後まで感じが良かった。エクストラベッドを入れて仲間とチープ目な旅行をするのには、最高かも。只、残念なのがWIFIが部屋からは繋がらなかったことかな。

It is a 3 star. The only bad thing is it give you only 1 paper toilet roll a day. It should give at least 2. The rest was ok. Good service, good clean up. 24 hours gardian for vehicule. Will be happy to go back there.

In die Jahre gekommenes Hotel. Im Pool lief keine Umwälzung und es schwamm Staub und Blüten auf der Oberfläche. Die Technik im Zimmer war total veraltet kleiner Röhrenfernseher, Klimaanlage ohne Fernbedienung, Frühstück okay. Da die putzfrau ein Fenster offen gelassen hat, hatte ich kleine Tiere im Zimmer.

Personal var veldig dårlig urespekt hadde ikke Internett på rommet. Jeg klaget men dem sa at du kan bruke Internett i resepsjon jeg var på tredje etasje hvis jeg trengte bruke Internett måtte gå ned på første etasje i resepsjon. Da jeg kom i hotellet jeg betalte i tillegg 2400 Thailand penger.

Sauber ruhiges Hotel (von einigen Lauten abgesehen p.s Bad nicht Schalldicht!) ruhige Lage, bin schon seit über 10 jahren dort zu Gast.

We loved our stay in this hotel. It is far enough away from the noise to get a good nights sleep, though not so far that you miss any action. We loved the breakfast options, it is worth adding onto your reservation! My only suggestion would be that they might treat the room for ants, which were in our bathroom each day. But over all we would definitely stay again!

사이트에 싱글배드 3개가 있다고 해서 예약했는데 막상 가보니 그런 방이 없었습니다 그냥 킹사이즈 침대 하나와 엑스트라 침대 하나가 끝이었습니다 덕분에 남자 두 명이 같은 침대에서 잤습니다 헤어드라이기 빌리는 것도 유료였습니다

Om 13.20 uur kwamen we aan bij het hotel. Na ongeveer 10 minuten had de chagrijnige receptioniste mijn boeking gevonden. Inchecken dus? Nee hoor. Vanaf 14 uur. Of we straks even terug konden komen. Nee dus. We hebben een andere locatie gezocht en gevonden. Ze kunnen hier beter een cursus klanten wegjagen gaan geven.

Petit gueshouse correct avec une grande chambre. Pas de bruit venant de l extérieur mais les gens très bruyant et les chambres très mal isolées. Sinon bonne situation et bon petit déjeuner american à 89 thb mais le café moyen. Neammois bon rapport qualité prix

Nära till allt men ändå i ett lugnare område men har allt man kan önska och även en marknad 100 meter från hotellet 3 dagar i veckan =) Polen liten och bra med 3 solstolar som är behagliga att ligga på inte mycket folk på hotellet och personalen är suverän =)

My room is on the 2nd floor near the swimming pool facing 3rd road, so I can hear vibration from buses and kids' screaming from the pool. The toilet has a vent, so I can hear people using the toilet next door. The hotel is old. Wifi is too weak for streaming.

Stayed at this hotel for 27 nights, staff excellent,rooms big and clean,maid service every day, pool small but adiquite and quite, restaurant at the front of the hotel,great food and cheap,delightful staff,cannot fault this place,looking forward to next year.☺

Very nice stay 10bt bus to walking street,5min walk to tue/Friday market,pool area still not fixed,breakfast good,stayed 2 nights,stayed a further 7 nights but upgraded to bigger room,over all good value,room cleaner very good

OK. Wish was more space to hang towels and other things on the wall or door. Need to get rid of the very tiny ants on bathroom counter, walls, bathtub, and ceiling. No kettle to boil water. No hand towel and face cloth. No body wash. Couldn't tell if the little packet was shampoo as it is written in Thai only. No body lotion, facial tissues. Not enough toilet paper as no backup was supplied. A lot of noise coming out from the vents in bathroom. If I could understand the language next door, I would be able to hear everything clearly.

Very nice hotel but can be difficult to find as it is located down a few alleys.

Room condition was generally good except the blankets looked not so clean. Balcony sliding glass door cannot be locked. Wifi connectivity was poor at 5mbps most of the time. Average hotel considering the low room rate.

Swimming pool sucks

Staff were friendly and helpful even with a language barrier. Breakfasts in their cafe were yummy. Planning on booking here for my next trip. The pool isn't big but it was very clean. Nice big room. Wi-Fi was excellent. Daily room service

My room wasn't ready upon arrival, but after some waiting I got in and even got an upgrade, I was pleasantly surprised to find basic cooking facilities, but a couple of tea/coffe bags would make a big difference

We chose this hotel as its close to the weekly market, supermarkets and most of all other things that you need!

Spacious room for the price,clean and tiled. 10-12 minute walk to Walking Street, Tukcom 5-7 minute walk away. Moderately easy baht bus access going, better returning. Very close to Tony's Gym. Down side: only 6-7 minutes of hot water from the electric hot water tank. Black out curtains could be better. Air shaft in the bathroom adjoins with the bathroom on the next room over and some sounds carry. Breakfast package is precooked except eggs and only fair. Coffee is horrific, tea acceptable. Overall good hotel value, but the breakfast is worth skipping if you can eat local fair, edible if you can't.

I stayed for three days out of my booked 11 days and left Pattaya and Thailand out of total disgust.The main reason was the Wifi that never worked, the most abusive and unhelpful reception staff I have ever encountered. The Hotel Manager was in Bangkok at that time and refused to talk to me to try and resolve the Wifi issue. So I packed my bags and just left. I will never go back . Although the hotel is nice and clean with a cute small swimming pool this was by far the worst hotel experience of my life.

always a great stay at Diamond city, Hotel rooms are big and comfortable 10 minute walk to walking street and other nearby action...or rent a motorbike as most travelers do.. Pool is small but who cares good for a dip.. definately stay there again..
