Auf Nachfrage bekommt man viele gute Tipps für Ausflüge, Restaurants etc. Proaktiv wurde uns aber z.B. nicht gesagt, dass es donnerstags immer einen BBQ Abend gibt, es wäre schön, wenn man gleich bei der Ankunft ein paar Tipps etc. erhält

I loved every corner of the property well designed and maintained and located in a quiet area. The rooms was very comfortable with all amenities, the swimming pool is exceptional and very relaxing. The grounds and the landscaping is wonderful and well kept. Olive trees, orange trees, carobs, mulberries all beautifully kept.

The only thing if I may to comment about is that would have loved to have a kettle and some tea in the room.

This property is the perfect oasis for anyone looking to escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life and enjoy some peace and tranquility. Surrounded by beautiful natural scenery, the property has a wonderfully relaxing atmosphere and they even grow their own crops onsite. Our room was spacious and comfortable and the pool was refreshing and the water always felt fresh and cool, even on warm days. The staff were absolutely amazing and always helpful. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend it! You will see us again for sure! :)

Although we booked two massages, we had to pay extra for the use of spa facilities.

Lovely set up and gardens

Having stayed at many of the beautiful resorts in the Noto and Syracuse area over the years, we have been fortunate enough to experience some truly exceptional properties. This year, however, we chose Masseria della Volpe, and I can honestly say it has been our favourite stay so far. While many of the resorts in this part of Sicily are wonderful, there was something special about the atmosphere and setting here that really stood out. From the moment we arrived, we felt completely relaxed and immersed in the tranquillity of the estate. The location is stunning, surrounded by lush greenery and beautifully maintained gardens. The pool area is superb and provides the perfect place to unwind. What impressed us most was that despite the resort being fully booked, it never once felt crowded or busy. There was always a sense of space, peace, and exclusivity. The rooms are simply beautiful. The attention to detail is evident throughout, with high-quality materials and furnishings that reflect the local character and craftsmanship of the region. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, and the rooms were spotless throughout our stay. We also thoroughly enjoyed dining at Codarossa, the resort's main restaurant. The food was excellent, and we found ourselves returning there for lunch every day. The quality of the ingredients, the setting, and the attentive service made each meal a pleasure. Masseria della Volpe exceeded our expectations in every way. It combines luxury, authenticity, comfort, and a wonderfully relaxed atmosphere that is increasingly difficult to find. We had a fantastic stay and left feeling completely refreshed. We will certainly be back and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable Sicilian getaway.

Beautiful property. Understated luxury. All the staff were fantastic, friendly and helpful. Stayed 5 nights, this was our second stay and will definitely go back again. The breakfast spread is delicious and the restaurant in the evening is beautiful with delicious food.

Our stay in Masseria della Volpe has been a wonderful experience from beginning to end! The reception staff was genuinely welcoming and always happy to share recommendations for local beaches and restaurants. Davide was incredibly friendly and he kindly took us on a tour of the orchard sharing interesting details about the property. Breakfast was one of the highlights, with a vast selection of fresh local products and homemade cakes. The pool area was quiet, making it the perfect place to unwind. If you’re looking for a comfortable and authentic place to stay while exploring Sicily, I think this is the perfect choice. We are already planning another trip next year!

Tout était incroyable: le lieu, les chambres, la piscine, l’ensemble du domaine est paradisiaque. C’est très calme, intimiste. Tout est très propre. C’est très authentique. La literie est incroyable. Le personnel est très gentil. Nous avons passé un séjour merveilleux.

Es hat mir der sizilianische Vibe gefehlt. Es könnte ruhig einmischen Familiärer sein, mit besonderen Tipps für die Gegend oder die Insel – es war mir einwenig zu Steif.

Manque de relation client. Le personnel fait très bien son travail mais pas plus, ne s'intéresse pas aux clients. Ça manque d'humanité. On ne se sent pas accueilli, c'est pas friendly!

Everything. Perfect is the only way to describe it. Beautiful, idyllic ambience, delicious organic food (farm to fork), tranquility, comfortable rooms, lovely pool area and spa. All members of staff are wonderful and they really go out of their way to accommodate you in every way.

Eine traumhafte Gartenanlage umgibt die Masseria ! Alles ist perfekt gepflegt und sehr gut durchdacht. Auch im Zimmer hat es an nichts gefehlt- alles hochwertig und stilvoll . Selbst an die Weltmeisterschaftsfans wurde gedacht und in einem schönen Raum konnte man alle Spiele sehen. Wir können die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen!

Das Essen im Restaurant ist gut, die Teller sind wunderbar angerichtet, geschmacklich wird es der Optik allerdings nicht gerecht. Bei der guten Weinauswahl wären bessere Weingläser wünschenswert - der Champagner in einfachen Weingläsern zu trinken, war schade .

Very beautiful hotel with very nice garden, poolarea, restaurant and spa. Everything very tasteful and well kept. Comfortable room and very nice and helpful staff. We celebrated a anniversary and they helped my husband to arrange a beautiful bouquet, wine and fruit in the room. It’s worth so much with that extra concern for the guests! Very good breakfast with lots of local specialties and homemade jam and cakes.

La masseria non è minimamente raccontata, i prodotti non sono descritti, i piatti al ristorante non vengono presentati. Manca cuore e personalità a questo posto, che pur rimane meraviglioso. Bisogna investire sulla formazione del personale, inadeguato rispetto alla location. Il ragazzo che, alla richiesta di un vino siciliano da bere come aperitivo. mi propina un "prosecco di Sicilia prodotto ad Asolo" è imperdonabile!!

This is probably my favorite hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The grounds are stunning and peaceful. The staff is top notch. The restaurant is excellent. And it keeps a relaxed and low-key boutique vibe. Couldn’t recommend more strongly!

Een hele mooie accommodatie in een mooie omgeving met een geweldig uitzicht voor een heerlijk en rustig verblijf. Groot zwembad met genoeg fijne bedden en een handdoeken service. Goed ontbijt met ruime keuze, wel veel zoet maar dat is normaal in Italië. Fruit uit eigen tuin, verse sinaasappelsap en zelfgemaakte jam. Zeker een aanrader om naartoe te gaan!

Een beetje afgelegen, je hebt zeker een auto nodig om ergens te kunnen komen.

Très bel établissement de luxe avec d'anciens locaux de ferme rénovés, des prestations haut de gamme, parties communes superbes avec un très beau jardin planté tout aménagé un belvédère, des essences locales, les bâtiments sont très beaux et bien intégrés dans le cadre, une immense piscine (non chauffée fin avril) un personnel très agréable, un spa de belle qualité tant dans les locaux que l'accueil et les massages. Des chambres confortables et bonne literie

J'ai loué avec Booking une chambre supérieure triple à l'étage puisqu'il y avait balcon et vue sur jardin, de 40 m2 lorsque je suis arrivé, je n'ai pas fait attention à ma réservation qui faisaient partie de nombreuses autres dans mon voyage. La chambre donnée faisait environ 30 m² (j'ai mesuré), sans vue sur jardin, mais dans la cour du corps intérieure du bâtiment principal (rez-de-chaussée, sans balcon, très sombre avec comme seule ouverture deux petites fenêtres intégrées dans la porte d'entrée !!). C'est en vérifiant ma réservation le soir après installation que je me suis rendu compte qu'il y avait erreur sur la chambre payée 482 € à l'avance). Après discussion, la personne de l'accueil n'a rien voulu savoir même si la chambre ne correspondait à ma réservation que soi-disant j'avais changée (après relecture de l'ensemble des conversations avec l'établissement, consultables sur Booking, je n'ai évidemment jamais changé la chambre). Elle aurait reçu un mail de Booking ne stipulant que chambre supérieure triple. En fait la chambre n'était pas triple et plus petite, sans vue sur jardin etc j'ai eu le droit grâce à l'intervention des services de Booking à 40 € ....) Je me suis fait escroquer et cela me reste en travers de la gorge .. Je ne mettrai bien sûr plus les pieds dans cet établissement. Si vous y allez vérifiez bien vos réservations .. C'est ma première expérience du genre c'était ma deuxième visite dans l'établissement avec dépense substantielle en massages et restaurant gastronomique le soir.

Beautiful remote property. If you are looking for a property in the middle of the action this isn’t the place for you. It is about 20 min drive to the center of Noto and 20 to Marazemi on the coast. The rooms are large and well appointed. The pool is spacious. There is a nice walking path around the property. The parking is free and easy which is rare in Italy.

Everything, it was an amazing few days at the masseria. From the moment we arrived we knew we would have a great stay. I can’t fault anything and the food onsite is exceptional, breakfast was a treat every morning. Can’t wait to come back

Les chambres sont grandes et joliment décorées. Les espaces extérieurs (piscine et vergers) sont beaux et agréables. Le personnel est attentif et bienveillant. Le buffet du petit-déjeuner est diversifié et avec des produits de qualité.

Service exceptionnel; personnel à l’écoute de nos besoins/demandes. Serviettes pour la piscine et la plage à disposition. (Même le sac de plage est fourni!!) Directeur attentionné et professionnel, qui s’assure constamment du bon fonctionnement de l’hôtel. Un bravo pour tout! C’est un endroit que je recommande fortement; et où je retournerai certainement! Je suis surprise que ce ne soit pas un 5 étoiles. Quelle belle découverte!

This is simply a wonderful hotel. Our stay was absolutley perfect. The physical property is both breathtaking and immaculate. Our room was large, quiet, spotless and wonderfully appointed. The hotel's common areas are luxurious - we lounged around the pool area, we took strolls along their private paths through their fruit orchards, and we gazed for hours at the breathtaking vistas that surround this hilltop property. And as wonderful as the physical details of the property are, the staff and service are even better. This is clearly a very well-managed hotel. The ratio of staff to guests is quite high and every single member of staff that we encountered was both very competent and extremely pleasant. All in all, we had the most relaxing 5 days in Sicily that we could imagine. Thank you very much to the team at Masseria Della Volpe - you are fantastic!

This is a very beautiful and luxurious boutique hotel estate located in the region of Noto. Within short driving distances you find some nice restaurants and the villages of Noto, Scicli, Ragusa and Modica. When you drive through the gate you end up in heaven, this former farm breaths a luxurious atmosphere. The grounds are absolutely stunning! There is a nice walking route over the estate where you will find all sorts of fruit trees. What the fruit trees have to offer are used for all sorts of locally produced foods and treats. Communication upfront is very clear and there is lots of free parking space available. The staff in all areas are very nice and welcoming. The room is very clean and nicely decorated and has all you could possibly need during your stay here. The bed is very comfortable and we had a great night sleep. The price-quality of the hotel is good. Compared to the roomrates we felt they charged very reasonable prices for the food and drinks. You can easily spend a day at the magnificent pool here. The breakfast buffet is very extensive and has many local delicacies on offer! We didn’t try to have dinner here since during our visit it was very quiet, I am sure the food is amazing This is a perfect oasis to really relax during a Sicilian holiday, right in the middle of nature and close enough to explore all the nice cities and highlights in the area.
