Umywalka w łazience się zatykała, bardzo gorąca podłoga w łazience - nie wiem dlaczego - wrażenie jakby było włączone ogrzewanie podłogowe, apartament nie wyglądał tak jak na zdjęciu - zdjęcia chyba sprzed 5 lat gdzie już apartament zdążył się zużyć. Cienkie ściany przez które wszystko słychać. Jak rozmawiałem przez telefon to ktoś mi pukał w ścianę.

The hotel is close to the metro, 30 min from the old center, and pretty close to Sagrada and the Park Güell. The room was clean, and the people were very kind and gave us a list of recommendations for nearby restaurants.

Zimmer für 2 Personen sehr klein. Garage ist eteas entfernt und extrem eng, für große Wagen ungeeignet.

On nous a demandé une caution de 100€ au cas où on casse des choses pour rembourser etc. C'est la première fois que j'ai vécu ça et je n'ai apprécié dutout (dommage)

Je recommande vraiment pour plusieurs raisons l'accueil professionnel et sympathique. Une chambre très propre et spacieuse. Petit coin cafés, thés très appréciable avec une petite terrasse. L'hôtel est tres bien situé

The room upgrade was a wonderful surprise and made our stay even more enjoyable. The service was excellent — every day the staff asked if we needed anything and were always happy to help. The room was very clean, and the mattresses were extremely comfortable. Overall, a great experience, and we would definitely stay here again!

Very modern, clean and cool (air con was excellent) - perfect for a hot summer break. The room and hotel were key coded so it felt very safe, especially when travelling with younger children.

The cupboards were almost all broken. They also need to learn how to unfold baby cot. Not able to call anyone from 9am to 2pm. Even my texts stayed unanswered.

Notre séjour dans cet hôtel s’est très mal passé. Nos chambres ont été ouvertes à plusieurs reprises, ce qui est totalement inacceptable et nous a fait ressentir un véritable sentiment d’insécurité Lorsque nous en avons fait part à la réception celle ci était très étonné nous avons donc demandé à voir les caméras mais comme par hasard les caméras de notre étage ne fonctionnaient pas depuis des semaines ce qui paraissait très bizarre. Malgré cela la chambre était propre et agréable mais cette expérience ne nous a pas donné envie de réitéré Nous ne recommandons malheureusement pas cet établissement au vu de ce que nous avons vécu.

Soy una persona muy exigente con la limpieza y me asombró que estuviese tan limpio. Tambien me gusto mucho la amabilidad de Laura Ortin. La ubicacion muy buena y el barrio tambien, complicado aparcar, solo zona verde y muy poca, pero el hotel dispone de garaje. Regresaré siempre que vuelva a Barcelona por trabajo

Le camere erano belle, pulite ed accoglienti. C’era anche un balcone con due sedie e un tavolino molto graditi :) Comodissime anche le box per il deposito bagagli!

Ci sarebbe piaciuto trovare nell’armadio una coperta in più… nonostante il condizionatore spento uno di voi ha avuto freddo durante la notte

The staff was responsive, friendly and very helpful. The rooms were very comfortable for my family of 4. You are a little outside the city but easy to take public transport (bus or metro). We ended up taking taxi's to save time too.

If you rent the optional parking space its very tight. I scrapped my car on exit by my own fault, but it a real squeeze.

It was clean and ok for one night.

They charge an extra 100 euros deposit apart from the night and tourist fees which I think are totally excessive and other places do not do this. I will not go back, because I stayed on the night of July 4th and it is the 12th the the refund is not done. There is no one at the front desk until 2:00 pm and until 10:00 pm. I arrived from the airport at around 1:40 am and this was a huge problem.

The room size is not suitable for a family. It is only suitable for one person.

My AirPods were stolen from My room. The staff of hotel didn’t respond professionally and to this point I never heard back on updates or apologies from the hotel. I can see my AirPods at a location 1 hour from Barcelona, and in all the years traveling this has never happened to me. Also it’s a very simple hotel, simple bed and bathroom so if you’re use to comfortable you might want to rethink where to stay. They use strong cleaners in the place and I’m sensitive to químicas smells…. Entering the property was overwhelming for my senses. The fact that front desk has restricted hours of operation didn’t make it easy to make requests or asks questions or find someone to report on stolen AirPods.

muy buena ubicación, la habitación amplia y bien dotada de equipamiento y la cama muy cómoda

La habitación estaba muy limpia y cuidada. El personal nos atendió de maravilla, fue muy amable y nos dio recomendaciones sobre dónde comer, lo que agradecimos mucho. Además, la ubicación es muy buena, con una estación de metro muy cerca que facilita desplazarse por la ciudad.

No tuvimos ningún inconveniente destacable durante nuestra estancia.

Nice location, walking distance to the nearest station and a quiet neighbourhood, does the bare minimum for a one star hotel.

Firstly, lack of any sound isolation - you will hear your neighbors taking a shower, but that's not that critical. Secondly, the pictures of a double room with a terrace do not match the reality - it is much smaller, and actually shared, which the description fails to mention, so we haven't really used ours because our neighbors were smoking there all the time. Finally, our bed had bed bugs, me and my partner got bit multiple times, which raises serious questions about the place cleanliness

We stayed four nights at around 180 euros per night. 3 of those nights had hot water problems, and when we followed up after checkout, the hotel essentially blamed us for not reporting it sooner. The irony? When we did message them during our stay, it took them 16 hours to reply. Here's what actually happened. On the first night, the hot water took about 10 minutes to come through. We had just arrived after a long journey and were too tired to deal with it. The second night was fine. On the third night, it started warm then turned completely cold and stayed that way for around 10 minutes. After a full day of sightseeing, again, we just wanted to sleep. On the fourth and final night, the water was completely cold the whole time, so we messaged via the Booking app. That reply came 16 hours later. We also raised it at checkout and were told it would be investigated. Their follow-up email said they would have "immediately investigated and done everything possible" if only we had told them at the time. But we did tell them, and 16 hours is not immediate by any stretch. One more thing worth mentioning: there was a sign in the bathroom encouraging guests to shower one minute less to save water. A nice idea, but when the hotel can't provide consistent hot water in the first place, are they expecting guests to just embrace the cold shower? Or maybe the plan was to save water by having guests cut the shower short the moment it turns freezing.

Ease of use, quiet, nice use of a small space

Soundproofing of the front door to the room from a very echo filled corridor would be great. Parking tricky to find even with directions. Needs a bigger sign!

3 günlüğüne 700 Euro ödediğim otelin konumu her yere çok uzak. 3 günlük tatilimizin büyük bir kısmı toplu taşımada geçti. Gece otele giriş mümkün değil. Sabah 9da bavul bırakmak mümkün denmesine rağmen kapıda bekledik kimse yoktu. Sadece bir personel var ve resepsiyon sadece belirli saatlerde açık. Oda çok ama çok küçük. Balkonlu oda olarak rezervasyon yaptık, ayriyeten istek kısmına da yazdım balkonlu oda istediğimizi. Otele vardığımızda balkonlu oda istersek iki tek kişilik yatak seçeneği var ya da teraslı çift kişilik yataklı odamız var dendi ve teraslı olanı seçtik. Teras denilen yer dört duvar çevrili üç metrekare komik bir alan. Yan odanın camı ve koridorun camı ile birlikte ortada bulunan komik bir alan. Odada kasa yok. Avrupa’nın bir çok şehrinde günlük ücreti 100 Euro ya çok güzel otellerde kaldık, bu otelin bu fiyatını kesinlikle anlayamadım. Bir yıldızlı otel çok bir beklenti olmaması gerektiğinin farkındayım fakat fiyatı bu derece uçuk olduğu için daha iyi bir hizmet ve daha iyi imkanlar bekliyor insan. Bir daha asla kalmayacağım ve önermeyeceğim bir otel oldu.

It was spacious The bed was comfortable, and the TV was big and it had good Internet.

The receptionist was in a hurry because she wanted to go and they asked us for €100 for any damage in the room and they told us to pay with card. I told her that I only have cash and she told us that the only way to get the room is to pay with card after a bit. She told us that we can go to another hotel we can pay with cash. It was like five minutes from where we are.

Siempre muy limpio, habitación bien equipada! Tuvimos un pequeño problema con el frigobar y lo cambiaron de inmediato!

Por el precio que cobran podrían tener un colchón medianamente bueno. Los colchones se le salen los resortes, l colchón completamente vencido y viejo, además la base de la cama estaba hundida en forma de hamaca, el descanso fue imposible. Cobran una barbaridad para tener lo más importante para mi en mal estado. Lo primero que uno necesita es descansar

Friendly staff, very clean and well stocked apartment.

The Personnel was friendly to explain and share some context about Barcelona. The Hotel is within a 5 Minute walking distance Train Station.

At first the Window is not closing, in which the Staff and Hotel were aware of it, but still they let us use the room and didn’t fix it during our stay. The Television, also in which they are also aware, did not bother to let us know at the check-in that it doesn’t work. If we didn’t ask, we wouldn’t have known it. Two flaws and no compensation about it. Plus, every morning, the cleaning lady is SO LOUD while cleaning the other rooms. Like dropping things and moving furnitures kind of noise.

C'est un petit hôtel de 12 chambres proche du métro. Nous avons apprécié l'équipement de la chambre : plateau de courtoisie (bouilloire, café, thé, et bouteille d'eau), sèche-cheveux et défroisseur.

Pas de petit-déjeuner sur place, réception ouverte de 14h à 22h.

Location is great in a quiet neighborhood but with great access to transportation. Staff is amazing, both front desk lady and cleaning lady. They provide filtered water and there is a small fridge in the room.

There are no couches or chairs in the common spaces, nowhere to sit if you have to wait. All the outside places are used as terraces for other rooms so some of the windows are blocked. Triple Room was so small, there was barely any room to move around or store luggage.

Todo genial, salvo la cama de la habitación de dos. El colchón se hunde muchísimo (estaría bien que le echaran un ojo).

Les équipements, le confort et la terrasse

La visite de Barcelone est toujours agreable Bons restaurants. Temps superbe; Nous avons pu aller à pied jusqu'à la Sagrada Familia. Nous avons vu les réalisations de Gaudi.

Les formalités pour la chambre sont un peu longues.

Hostal nuevo con buena ubicación que contratamos por precio razonable

Estuve alojado tres noches sin televisión ya que no funcionaba y no la arreglaron a pesar de la queja si bien reclamé a booking y me dieron un vale para otra reserva. No me gustó nada que me pidieran una fianza de 250 euros por las dos habitaciones y el garage. En recepción no hay nadie hasta media mañana

Heel aardig en hulpzaam personeel aan de balie. Goed en duidelijk uitleg gegeven.

Wij hadden in het weekend geen goed schoonmaakster. Ze deed de kamer niet schoon en de bed dek niet vervangen voor de hele weekend. Maar door de week was prima.

Quarto excelente com cama excepcional. Os produtos de banho também são muito cheirosos.

Achei muito caro.
