اقمت في هذا الفندق شهرا كاملا وسوف اعطي الفندق حكما منصفا من وجهة نظري..الفندق كبير وفخم والغرفه واسعه و نظيفة والافطار كان مميزا و متنوعا ويرضي جميع الاذواق والمسبح كبير ونظيف جدا وجميع موظفي الفندق ودودون ويهمهم رضا العميل .. موقع الفندق مميز وجميع الخدمات متوفره قريب منه..ديسكفري مول والمطاعم والشاطيء على مقربة من الفندق ..تعامل الموظفين رائع ويشجع على العودة الى الفندق مرة اخرى ..سيكون هذا الفندق خياري في كل مره ازور فيها بالي ..شكرا للجميع خاصة Niken Larasati و Y Yoni

هناك سلبية واحده لامستها في الفندق لكن لا اريد التحدث عنها هنا وربما اكتبها كملاحظه للإدارة لكن تظل هذه السلبية لا شيء امام ايجابيات الفندق الكبيرة

Clean, good facilities, 15 minute walk to the main square.

Rooms need major soundproofing. Could hear everything happening in the room next door, out in the hall and even people walking around in the room above. Made for an uncomfortable nights sleep.

The free shuttle is advertised as a complementary service, but it does not begin operating until 11 AM. This significantly limits its usefulness, as guests with morning flights are unable to take advantage of the service :D

Bardzo uprzejmy i pomocny personel. Od odbioru z lotniska, po wniesienie walizek, aż po recepcję. Wszyscy uśmiechnięci i gotowi do pomocy. Hotel ładny, pokoje nie są najnowsze, ale są w wysokim standardzie. Śniadanie indonezyjskie, bardzo dobre, chociaż dla gości z Europy mało serów, wędlin itp. Polecam!

Ubytování bylo blízko letiště....což jsme potřebovali. Hotel nám zařídil taxi na letiště. Personál je velmi milí. Pokoje jsou pohodlné, čisté.

A good hotel with a swimming pool and a restaurant. Excellent breakfast. Friendly staff.

The hotel has a small property. The beach is quite far away — about a 35-minute walk. At night, all the noise from the café near the pool carries into the rooms. It was impossible to sleep. Guests were laughing and shouting very loudly, and the noise was like being at a train station. Unfortunately, the management did not take any measures to address the situation.

We spent our first night here as our flight got in quite late. Highly recommended, the breakfast was great. They also offer a poolside BBQ a few nights a week, smelt amazing when we returned to collect our suitcases. Will definitely book here again!

Je suis désolé mais la propriété et le confort n’est pas au rendez-vous.. j’ai du changer de chambre le lendemain de mon arrivée car celle-ci sentait très fortement la moisissure. Puis dans la nouvelle chambre l’odeur était toujours insupportable et j’ai eu des problèmes de coupure d’électricité

Thai was located near to the airport which suited us. The beds were comfy and the air con worked well.

Biggest issue was cleanliness of the bathrooms. Needed a deep clean.

Hotel comodo, a pochi minuti dall'aeroporto. La struttura è adatta principalmente a una clientela nord europea. Camera pulita. Piscina buona ma dalle foto mi aspettavo di più.

Pochi lettini in piscina. Colazione varia ma non per clientela occidentale (molto cibo asiatico e speziato)

清潔感があってすごくよかったです！ 水が綺麗で、水の心配をしてたのですが全然問題ありませんでした！そこがすごく良かった！ プールも綺麗で楽しませてもらいました！

It was an overnight stay before heading out to Komodo island but this is a great hotel all on its own

Très bon séjour dans cet hôtel. Le rapport qualité-prix est excellent. Le petit déjeuner est très bon, copieux et très varié. La piscine est très grande, agréable et parfaite pour se détendre. Le personnel est également très sympathique, accueillant et disponible. L’emplacement est pratique, avec plusieurs supérettes juste au pied de l’hôtel.

The hotel is only a 5-minute walk from the main street and very close to the airport, making travel days with children incredibly easy. Our room featured two king-size beds, which meant the kids (7y & 4y) slept comfortably with plenty of space for everyone. The room was also very clean. The pool area is highly kid-friendly. We stayed in a poolside room, which gave us the perfect flexibility to keep an eye on the kids while they played. Despite the disappointing breakfast, the overall stay was a success and offered great value for money. It is an excellent choice for families looking for convenience, space, and a great pool side room in Bali.

The included breakfast was not so good. There were very little options to choose from, so don't expect too much variety.

Gorgeous clean rooms, pool is very nice. Staff was on the ball in every respect.

Dichtbij het vliegveld dus gebruikt voor een overnachting direct na aankomst. We hadden er langer kunnen blijven, weinig van de omgeving gezien maar het zwembad zag er prima uit. De kamer was basic maar prima.

We kwamen 's nachts aan en hebben roomservice besteld, het eten was redelijk.

Goede hotelkamers, heerlijke bedden en goed eten en heel vriendelijk personeel. De chefkok van de avond is echt een topper, zorgt dat zijn team goed eten verzorgt.

I liked that it is very close to the airport. Great place to stay if you have just got off a long haul flight or are to fly out and need to be closer to the airport. The bed was super big and comfortable. Bring your own pillow if you require the thin ones. The staff are the real treasure at this place. Very kind helpful staff.. Family friendly and good selection of breakfast options. The black out curtains in the room were excellent. Made sleeping during the day so so easy

It was noisy. If you are a light sleeper make sure you bring ear plugs The bathroom was mouldy and some old wear and tear of the bed frame (dirty too).. No face towel or hand towel or robes but sleepers and bath towels were provided along with essential toiletries It would probably be nice to have a toilet brush at the guests disposal in the toilets. Than having to wait for the daily cleaning service (which was excellent);to clean up one's mess.

Restaurant food was very average.Breakfast was OK but evening meal was disappointing.First course and mains were brought to the table together.Both were hot dishes.This is not normal in English speaking world and Europe.

Fajny hotel, dobra lokalizacja obok sklepy, a do plaży ok 15 min pieszo, smaczne jedzenie, muzyka na żywo, mila obsługa, czyste pokoje. Zdecydowanie mogę polecić.

Jeden minus to zamieszanie z naszym jedzeniem HB tzn. opcja zakupiona na booking HB, hotel przez pierwsze 2 dni uznał, że obiad należy się tylko 2 osobom, a nie 3, po interwencji booking wszystko było już ok.

- Service: from the airport pickup to dropoff, the staff were just amazing. - Room: we booked the Junior suite and really loved the spacious 1-bedroom setup. It fits all our luggages with enough space. - Cleanliness: Our room is cleaned daily and the drinking water is also restocked. No need to buy bottled water. We were able to use the tap water to brush our teeth without having Bali belly. (Note: This depends on your tummy) - Location: It's really close to the airport.

- Room: Room lighting is on the darker side during nighttime. This is subjective as I prefer brighter rooms at night. The rooms are okay during daytime though, as you can slide open the curtains for natural light. - Room add-ons: The complimentary slip-ons got ripped on day1 itself. - Breakfast: It has good selection but same sentiment as rooms it felt a bit dark. Also, the frequency of replenishing the dishes could be quicker.

Location is good. Walkable distance to Kuta Beach. Furniture is new. Everything is working perfectly. Very kind staff.
