La Maison Hotel

Good

There is no store near to hotel.

The facility was old, worn out and outdated. But the worst is the staff’s attitude. They simply don’t care nor support.

Very quiet neighborhood, the receptionist gave me a corner room with two sides big windows. Super Mountain View for my lovely two days stay. Next door with a restaurant which I didn’t have chance to try yet. Several buses are just in walking distance. Truly recommend the travelers if with budget.

Nice condition with reasonable price. Breakfast option is okay.

Wonderful hotel. Very clean, with friendly staff. Would have been better if restaurant was available.

Excellent hotel with friendly staff. Distance to the MRT station is a bit far, 10 minutes walk, alternatively you can take a bus, the bus stop is just across the road.

The plus: The decorations were nice. Hotel was clean rooms were decent size. Air conditioner was strong. Water pressure was good. Breakfast buffet food wasn’t bad wasn’t good. The bad: front staff was the worst I’ve experienced. Feels as if they weren’t trained at all. They knew we were waiting for early check in for more than six hours and told them we were waiting over by the lounge. I had went to ask if the rooms were ready for the tenth time and they looked through a paper stack that was delivered forty mins ago, I know bc I was watching the whole time. They had the nerve to lie to my face and say it was just ready. Seven staff memebers doing nothing as the hotel was not busy. Left a very sour taste in my mouth. Will not be staying here again.

Great hotel, the room is super clean and big. The breakfast is not enough choices but the taste is good. The transportation is not that convenient.

Good for short stays, no amenities and beds are small.

Clean and quiet with appetising breakfast and friendly, efficient staff. Decor were tastefully done without overwhelming. Location is slightly out for those who prefer immediate metro access. Would be good if It offers dinner. The rooms were not bright enough for us.

As it was our last night at Taiwan we decided to spend extra on what we thought was a 4.5 star hotel. We drove in with a rental car and was confused at where to park, there was no doorman. We had no help with our luggage despite there being a trolley available in plain view with 3 staff members at the desk with no other guests around other than us at the time. No upgrade available. Sofa bed uncomfortable. We wanted to have a nice dinner at the hotel but found out that the restaurant doesnt open for dinner and were told to venture to a nearby noodle store. Only one lift in operation. You get locked out of the room at checkout time on the dot with a reminder call from reception to get out, which we didnt appreciate as I had to make several trips to the car to load our luggage waiting for the one lift. To be honest, we had much better service from several BnBs we stayed at throughout Taiwan and a fraction of the cost.

The room is comfortable and the staff was friendly. It is not near a MET station so it is Not easy to get to unless you take a taxi. However, it is only 7 minutes walk from the hospital (內湖三軍總醫院）where we needed to be so I was really thrilled about that. Overall, it was a good stay!

Good view of the hotel. Friendly staff. The room is clean and comfortable

Since there's not much cons I have for La Maison Hotel, so I am gonna talk about the disadvantage first. The only cons for this hotel is the LOCATION. It's far away from the MRT station, so it's best for people who drive or taking UBER and Taxi. And there're not too many stores around the hotel either. Other than the location issue, everything is PERFECT. Super comfy, nice service, and there're some free snacks and drinks prepared in the room. I would love to stay here again next time :) So it's highly recommended for travelers who doesn't care about the location too much.

The accommodation is fine, the breakfasts needs to be improved with variety of foods and not the same boring array of foods.

The shampoo and shower gel are not so good.

Although a lil far from city, but the hotel is so goooood. Nice staff, nice service and comfortable room!

Staff is helpful with guests' morning call - thanks for hardworking and sorry for inconvenience. Hope to stay here soon.

The TV channel has less choices, compared to others.

Nice hotel, clean, friendly staff but very far from the center therefore a lot of fees on taxi or longuet hours on public transportation. Breakfast was terrible.

Everything is good except the location has no nearby food outlets. We arrived late and the restaurant is already closed by 2.30 pm. Nearest convenience shop is 15 mins walk. Everything was lovely about the hotel. It would have been perfect if there were some dining around the area.

Bathroom sink & bath tub stuck with water everyday, water can't drawn, housekeeping to fix them every morning, location not very closed to tourists area/places have to take taxi. Hotel called taxi to give me ride to airport, taxi driver didn't use meters (I didn't know, hotel staff also never told me taxi won't use meters) & taxi driver charge me 2000TPE = 65 USD at Taipei airport, such a rip off. I took taxi from Taipei airport to hotel was only 1300TPE = 38 USD, make sure if you call taxi from hotel, ask the front desk if the taxi driver will use meters or how much they'll charge.

Loved my experience at this hotel. Staff was attentive and kind. Rooms were beautiful. I changed my initial reservation to cancel my last night and the staff/manager was accommodating. In the end, I returned to the hotel and extended my stay because the accommodations as a whole were far better than my other plans. I’d definitely return to La Maison and recommend this hotel to friends/family.

Should strengthen the washing material - shampoo, toothbrush, toothpaste, razor, comb...

Overall good, quiet stay. A bit far from mrt station, mostly travel out by taxi. Breakfast spread pretty much the same daily, with 1 or 2 items changed. Would be more desirable with more changes to the spread daily

It would have been a very nice stay with La Maison wasn't the toilet clogged twice for just one night stay. The toilet has very little suction force to flush solid waste. It was an embarrassing experience.

the people next door were loud until 3am. not a staff or hotel problem. just something that happens from time to time. banged on the wall, not adjustment. banged again. they went on as if nothing happened. so room 1105, i am not a fan of whoever you are and whomever you had in your room saturday night.

The room was amazing and really spacious. Lots of sunlight coming through the full length windows as well. Really quality parts used in the bathroom. And of course, the staff were friendly and the breakfast was delicious!

I have stayed at this hotel for many times. The reasons that keep me coming back are the proximity to my destination, excellent service, and clean rooms for the price paid. One thing that bothers me from time to time is the quality of wifi reception seems to vary from device to device. No problems on a MacBook, but not stable on an iPad or an iPhone. It would be great if this issue can be taken care of.

It was wonderful, we stayed on the 9th floor and the view is so beautiful. Staffs are helpful and provide easy check in and check out.definitely recommend if you looking for relaxing stay

It is good location to NeI Hi business area for visiting my customer in 5 minutes taxi ride

We stayed here on a Friday on the top floor at the back of the building. The room was spacious, the bathroom was also very roomy. The breakfast in the morning was also decent.

The hotel was nice and modern. Looks like a condo on the facade. Room was clean and huge. Comfortable beds. Breakfast was so so. Nothing much near the hotel.

Customer oriented service caring for many details. Clean and nicely and modernly decorated room makes a great night sleep almost guaranteed.

Perfectnocomplain

Friendly staff, spacious room, quiet neighborhood and great quality of amenities. The only thing is that the location is in a residential area so not ideal or shoppers but the cheap taxi fair and its convenience sure can make this up.

Nice & cozy, good size room. Friendly English-speaking staff.

WIFI quality was terrible

Clean and quiet place. Front desk staffs are helpful and friendly.

We had a very nice stay. The staff were lovely and very helpful when we wanted to leave our hire bikes there overnight. The breakfast was very good.

Are is ok

Far from MRT however accessible with bus. The major drawback is: No free water of coffee accommodation outside of room Some rooms shower and toilet were in the same area and shower would make the floor wet so it's unpleasant to use toilet - your feet gets wet Other than that everything is great!!! Breakfast is good and staff is very very friendly and helpful.

A clean and tidy hotel, big bed. Not walkable to mrt dtation but you can take bus. Room perfume after cleanup is a bit too strong. Friendly staffs

Everything was good except internet connectivity. Hotel have to improve the Wifi Connectivity speed else, I won't prefer staying again there.

Comfortable and clean room. Good for business stay

1st time visit, nice hotel to stay. Clean and organized. I stayed at 11st floor, during the summer, the AC is not efficient for day time.

Not in walking distance away from any Resturant or Retail stores.

Nice and clean establishment. It's a pretty new hotel in a quiet neighbourhood. Decor's a bit too minimalist but still a good place. Free wifi, but it's a hit and miss - speed can come to a crawl at times.

Quite good quality hotel. Nice view and verything looks clean. Breakfast is quite good too.

Beautiful hotel. Staff and service excellent. However, there are no eateries around. The nearest restaurants and subway is 20 mins walk. There is a small FamilyMart abt 6 minutes walk.

Came for a trade show at NanGang. The hotel, staff, and room were very good. The location is not so great. No restaurants or stores nearby.

The staff at La Maison Hotel are very helpful, especially Kitty at the Check In Desk, she is nice and patience! I will definitely recommend this hotel to my friends. As we have hired a car in Taipei, this hotel got free parking and its location is easy access to those sight seeing venues.

All is good except the location is a little out of the way of everything. No restaurants at the hotel nor around the area so make sure you have dinner and finished shopping before you go back to hotel.

The staffs were helpful and well trained, quick response to our needs with useful explanation. However, some of guests we dined with for breakfast the next morning were awfully loud, but it's not the staffs fault. Overall, we enjoyed the stay. :)

im have a nice trip when live in this hotel. lobby , room, bathroom, staff all is very nice. im really enjoy. when next time i go to taiwan i will choice this hotel again

This is a great hotel - it is modern, well designed and fashionably decorated but has very friendly and helpful staff who make you feel welcome. Would I recommend this place to my friends? Yes, absolutely. I will definitely stay here again. There are very few negatives - (1) breakfast is good but not great (needs a wider selection of pastries and fruit juices), (2) the hotel is located a little way out of town (10 minutes to the subway), but taxis are inexpensive and the lovely receptionists will call them for you (there is no charge for booking them), and (3) the hotel doesn't currently have a liquor licence so at present the barman can only serve tea and coffee!

In general, Taiwan sets quite the example for hotel quality. La Maison is no exception. I booked a deluxe room and wound up with top floor accommodations. The room was modern and appointed nicely. I especially enjoyed the wood grain finish across many surfaces. I had the misfortune of visiting just after Typhoon Dujuan so my sink was spewing brown water. Not the hotel's fault, but inconvenient. Their staff was also very helpful with any requests I made.

Good little boutique hotel to stay with good price.

They provides vegetarian breakfast for my partner. We also had lunch there, they served delicious vegetarian risotto and classic American breakfast.

Overall a happy stay.

It was quite a pleasant stay in Neihu.

New, clean but away from city centre

Very quiet hotel with professional staff. Room is spacious, bright and very clean. Felt very comfortable.

Nice and clean hotel.

Comfortable stay. But inconveniently located. Far from metro station.

It is a nice and clean hotel. But a bit walk to MRT station.

The room was quite small so I was a bit surprised in the beginning but my 9 days of stay in that room was very cozy and comfy. Service was excellent and I enjoyed their breakfast the most. Very delicious and healthy. I would totally go back to stay here.
