Clean, good breakfast buffet and good location

"Terrible service and completely inexperienced staff. From the moment we parked to ordering room service, everything took forever. Simple requests like a blanket or basic shower gel were either ignored or delayed. To make matters worse, the Wi-Fi is practically unusable, and the TVs in both rooms couldn't connect to the internet. Definitely not a hospitality-focused establishment."

الحمام خربان والمكوى خربان والمكينه القهوه خربانه والطاوله الكنب مكسوره وفوق هذا لما اشتكينا ما غيروا السويت ولا ع الاقل اعتذروا وبكل فشل جايبين الصيانه للحمام لان الشطاف ما يشتغل يشتغلون واحنا بالغرفه اسوأ فندق مر علي في حياتي

الخدمه والتعامل والفندق سيء جدا الفطور كانت الكتلر وصخه والشيف يرص الاكل بيده بدون قلافز والأكل يابس شيء يسد النفس

بوفية الافطار غير متكامل - وجود ومرور بعض مواسير المياه والصرف داخل دولاب الخزائن - الغرفة صغيرة جداا

Hotel was under construction but they move to there others hotel & arranged the transport too. I would like to thanks Mr Amro Mohey who arranged all these . Best Arab person I have met in my life . Highly recommended

The room is amazing very big nice clean glassy good lights. It is a beautiful place and also the breakfast level nine is a good view. A good food. Too many things to choose. I really impress the staff. Unbelievable very helpful. Thank you very much. I have if I have a chance, I’ll go back to that hotel.

Me and my child arrived to the hotel at 3a.m. and discovered that it is under construction, so we couldn't check in. We had to search for another place to stay in the middle of the night in a foreign country, where we came as a tourists for the first time. I don't understand why the hotel is still available for booking or why the hotel charged my credit card just 2 days before our arrival. Why not notify a guest about the circumstances?

The location is in a quiet area but still walkable towards to city centre or the beach. Good price - Quality. Personnel was very nice. Room was good so was the bathroom, not luxury but fine. If you get a room on a high floor it will have a good view. there is an excellent Indian Restaurant accessible from the hotels lobby!

A wonderful hotel with an excellent location. It has a Moroccan cafe. The staff are excellent, especially Mr. Hassan, a respectful person who always has a smiling face. His service and reception are more than wonderful. I advise everyone to try it. Thank you, Hassan.

Location, breakfast was good

The left got damaged, delay in fixing , bathroom was so moldy,

Overall ok - just the bathroom needs improvements (dry place where to place your things, more hooks, hand basin needs a plug for washing small laundry). Breakfast very good with nice view. Location not the best possible - in the nearby nothing interesting. Taxi service from/to airport excellent.

Yes ,, property is good but internet is very very poor,, they should solve this problem,, otherwise they lost the guests,,,

Worker are amazing,, they are fully crop rated,, I recommend,, maybe next time again stay with this hotel ,, if they solve the problem,, (internet)

The offer as booked of a free breakfast was not honoured. Even though Expedia said they would try and sort it out, it made no difference. Many other minor things like: poor toilet ventilation , difficult to achieve a constant acceptable room temperatre, etc. Really spoilt our Kuwait visit.

Staff were brilliant and very good breakfast with loads of varieties to choose from but hotel bathrooms are desperately in need of renovation. We had two rooms and both rooms bathrooms were in poor condition with sign of mould growing.

Location of hotel is close enough to downtown and coast. Internet speed and connection quality is good. Good breakfast. Free airport shuttle is big bonus. Staff is kind and helpful.

A nice and clean hotel with a good breakfast buffet. The great thing is that they can pick you up and drop you off at the airport as a part of the stay at the hotel. 👌🏻

The breakfast was good, and the staff very friendly and helpful.

They advertise that they have a fitness center, but when we arrived, they said it was “under construction.” The room was empty, but we didn’t see any construction going on. I think it would be good to tell the truth on Booking.com that “we have a fitness center, but it is not available at this time.”

breakfast was great, otherwise I would put "1" for the whole stay.

When I arrived at 1.30 am at the check in, I was told at the reception that there is no room available for me. The hotel is overbooked. I PAID for the hotel already. I wrote them before about the time of arrival, they could have messaged me, but they didn't bother. They suggested to transfer me to another hotel which outside of the city next to airport (and I just came from there). It's at least 15 minutes away driving, it's cheaper hotel next to the airport and logistically didn't make any sense to me. Such a disappointment. After some discussions that took 20 minutes, the room surprisingly became available! Surprise! I still don't know what was this situation about. The room they gave me was a smoking room, which means a horrible night for non-smoking person. Cigarettes smell everywhere.

Excellent hotel. The staff at reception was very nice and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable, with a beautiful view on the city. Good location near the city centre.

Very friendly staff, I arrived early and they let me check in before scheduled time. Clean room and comfortable sleep.

1. Excellent location 2. Clean throughout 3. Really good variety and breakfast 4. Friendly and helpful staff 5. No problem with hot water in the shower 6. Stunning view of the skyline from the front-facing rooms 7. The airport free shuttle was a really nice addition

1. WiFi didn’t work in the room - this should really be fixed as we live in the 21st century 2. Furnishings in the room were generally old (although I saw some evidence of construction on the top-floor breakfast restaurant) 3. Some of the staff did not have excellent English, as should be expected for an international hotel in a country like Kuwait

The staff was very friendly.

The internet quality was not good enough for any thing. Had to purchase esim data for connectivity twice.

Everything was great, professional stuff, clean big room, awesome breakfast and free airport transfer.

Some of the staff were terrible, the hotel is in a dirty old building and seems almost abandoned, also I ate inside the restaurant several times and had to go to the bathroom immediately afterwards, the wifi is practically non-existent in the room and in many areas of the hotel and the staff does not want to help the guests.

Easy check-in with helpful staff. Room was good and comfortable. The hotel offered an airport shuttle and waited whilst our Visa on Arrival took a long time.

Breakfast was ok but could have been nicer. Just be aware non-married couples need separate rooms
