The property was well maintained, and the room was fantastic! We loved the amenities and thought everything about our stay, made it more comforting.

Everything was great about our stay and the hospitality was outstanding! Staff made sure that we had everything we needed.

Close to I 95. Pleasant and efficient staff. Great hotel, clean updated and pleasant to be in.

Last minute stop on the way back from Florida but hotel was nice I arrived late. Kaley was a very friendly young lady she booked me a room and checked me in no problem.

The staff of this hotel is amazing. From offering to bring my delivered food to my room, making me an iced coffee in the morning, keeping the breakfast tables clean after guests get up they are just engaged and pleasant to be around. One of them even gave me a wallet sized bottle opener after I mentioned I needed to buy one for my suitcase because I travel so often and sometimes enjoy a beer in my room. A very good experience to feel so taken care of.

Great hotel the front desk night clerk Kaley was wonderful was friendly as can be after a long drive in traffic and arriving late my family just needed a room to get some rest and Kaley was able to check us in and put us in a nice clean comfortable room.

The rooms are great, clean and lots of space! Breakfast is later than most so I’m rarely able to partake or I would’ve been late for work, but the few I’ve had was not that impresed. Conveniently positioned so half the building doesn’t face the highway (for those with noise sensitivity), but the entrance requires you to U-turn to get back to the main streets/highway. The main reason I continue to come back is the hostess, Vonya. Doesn’t matter what kind of day you’ve had, she seems to brighten it. Incredible personality and a memory that I’d pay good money for! Whatever she’s getting paid, it isn’t enough!

The hotel was very clean and welcoming. Restaurants were near by so didn't have to go far to get great food.

The way they did payment was a little confusing they do a incidental hold fee which is equivalent to the first night but told me it was to just to hold the room until I got there and the money came out my account and when I got there I still had to pay the full amount even though they had already taken the first night out and was told the first night hold would go back to my card in 3-5 business days. Really didn't like how that was handled. But overall everything else was fine

Katie made accommodations when we requested turkey sausage even when it was not out. She worked diligently and quickly to make sure every person requesting or noting a need was met. The eggs were warm as well as the sausage patties. We were very impressed with the variety of options give for breakfast.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was beautiful, very clean, and I absolutely loved the layout. The breakfast was very good, and the pool and hot tub were a great way to relax and unwind. The 2 ladies at front desk was amazing. Kaley is the one who checked us in. She was kind, sweet, professional, and always on point. She welcomed me at check-in with a bright smile and was happy to help with any questions I had throughout my stay. She also recommended Pier 41, a seafood restaurant nearby, and it was absolutely great! Overall, I had a fantastic experience and would definitely stay here again if back in the area. The cleanliness, amenities, and exceptional customer service made my stay even better. Highly recommend!

From the inviting well appointed lobby to the friendly welcoming staff, my Family and I were most impressed! We stayed both ways during our Florida to Pennsylvania 17 day adventure! Coming and going, our experience was for lack of a better term full-on concierge service. Your hotel seems to shed its corporate exterior and give way to a more welcoming and warm family like environment. Quite the rarity in today's travel world! On our way back to Florida, my family and I just wanted to relax and have dinner in our room while watching television. Unfortunately, the television was not working. I had called the front desk and a young lady named Vonya had answered. With with no maintenance staff friendly available, Vonya herself had come to our room to take a look at this situation. She had pulled the TV away from the wall and assessed the situation. After trying a few things it did not work. She had contacted the maintenance individual on call and talked her through resetting the television to finally work. Only then did we find out that she had stayed long after she had signed out from work. She said that there was no way that she would leave until this situation had been remedied. It is an employee like that that is quite a rarity and you should definitely recognize her and reward her selfless act of kindness on her own time accordingly. Additionally, the only that works at the desk I believe her name is Liz is also amazing and also with her weight in gold! The room was spacious and comfortable! I especially liked the size of the bathroom and how comfy the beds were!

We had a slight issue when we first checked in; the AC wasn't working and we had to call the front desk. We were told they didn't have any other rooms; after the maintenance man came in he told us the unit was broken and gave us another room. We were very relieved as if we had to stay in that room after driving all day it would have been very difficult.

Great stay! The hotel was clean and comfortable. Kaley at check-in was absolutely wonderful! She was friendly, helpful, and made me feel very welcome. Great customer service and southern hospitality.

Everything was awesome. We had a room with 2 queen beds and the beds were clean and comfortable. The room was very new looking and even had a sitting area where the couch could be a spot for additional sleeping. Indoor heated pool and jacuzzi were great for the kids!!! The breakfast in the morning was also great with many different options. In addition, there is a pizza/ beer bar spot located right across the main entranceWe will definitely stay here again. My family and I stayed stayed here overnight and they were so welcoming. It was the middle of night and we needed some rest before continuing our travel up 95. Our room was very clean and comfy and cool, set for us to grab a great nights sleep. Thank you Josefina for having our room clean and ready for us! And thank you to the desk staff that welcomed us in! We would definitely stay here again!

Liz! is the best FRONT DESK ASSISTANT. This is the only hotel i stay at when i visit Lumberton North Carolina. Because of the hospitality and service I will always come to this hotel.

Breakfast was nowhere near as good as the property in Hampton, NH.

Vonya is great! She is very knowledgeable and super helpful. She went above and beyond to ensure my Marriott Bonvoy account was up to date and correct. I am a Springhill Suites loyalist in several states and this is one of my favorites.

Great overnight experience. Very clean, no malfunctions, great and free breakfast, safe area, lovely outdoor seating and walking area, excellent location just off I-95 but no road noise. My only complaint is that the a/c blew cold air directly at the bed, so it was too cold at times while sleeping, but despite this I'd book again if passing through. Also, the trundle bed looks very comfy and convenient though we didn't use it. Couch was super comfy.

Very large handicap room and bathroom. Very clean and comfortable.

All handicap parking was full. Side parking had two steps. Should have a ramp to make it easier for handicapped people and others to enter the hotel from the side lot. The handicap bath tub and bathroom floor felt slippery.

Great hotel! Modern, clean, friendly. Fast becoming my favorite hotel on the I-95 corridor. Easy on, easy off also.

Perfect for a quick overnight stop.

Spacious suite with great layout. Like the remote for the curtains. Could not get the master switch to work for outlets on lamp. Room got too cold. Was set to 68°, if turned up to 72° the auto a/c became too dormant making room stuffy. Dislike when box spring/mattress are placed on the floor in ADA rooms. Not sanitary and mattress was too soft, as well as the pillows. Use full size ironing boards in all rooms and keep down size at front desk for special request. Would like to see bright white lights in bathroom instead of natural light that’s dull. Lastly the concession snacks are outrageous, price gouging your guests. $9 for microwave meal, $6 for cookies, $8 beef jerky and $5 for soda. Need sweet tea options. Guest services were otherwise great.

The location is within 30 miles of my destination but I chose it that way. The staff are respectful and helpful The stress of traveling is always minimized with Marriott and the breakfast is always fresh and filling. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. The price for the rooms are equal or better than other hotels in the area but the atmosphere is so much better. I joined Marriott as a member because the service and comfortableness is worth any penny you pay. It is extremely rare to see any Marriott rated 4 stars or less.

Great location right off I 95 in Lumberton. Close to all restaurants, cheap gas, and safe secure parking. Very clean rooms with free breakfast and nice showers. Reasonable price and staff is very friendly and knowledgeable of the area. Always recommend for family and friends.

Location was Midway for my travel, just off of I -95 so it worked well for my travel. The hotel looked fairly new, clean and the desk receptionist along with other support fokes were pleasant and helpful. My room was nice, quiet and comfortable. I was well satisfied with the value and convenience of my stay.

The ladies who put the breakfast out were very rude both mornings especially the older one who is petite!!!!! She should NOT work around the public. I’ve never had such unkind things said to many of the guest. Please do something about her.

Whenever we travel to Florida we stay here - easy access from & to I95. Hotel is very clean, friendly & safe and as a bonus we love the pizza place located in the adjacent parking lot. We come with truck and trailer, so it is very easy parking. Breakfast included is a nice addition so we can get right back on the road.

Our toilet kept running randomly - we shut the water off behind bowl and let management know upon leaving - we had a very long day and I am sure if we let the front desk know at the time they would have accommodated us immediately

The room was absolutely horrible. It was dirty. I had to ask for trash liners. The room had a bathroom in front of the beds with a sliding glass door. Everytime someone went to the bathroom it flunked because it wasn't attached to anything and it didnt lock. The glass was see through so you could see the bright light every time someone got up to go to the bathroom. Half of the outlets didnt work and the bed was hard. With 2 little kids and 3 adults going to the bathroom I got very little sleep and a 9 hour drive ahead of me. Not to mention a light going out on one of their vanity poles outside the room blinking constantly and the curtain didnt close enough to block it. 😑

This is a beautifully renovated hotel. The public areas are clean, bright and spacious. The desk clerk was simultaneously cheerful, friendly and efficient. The room was extremely large with a very ample sitting area set off from the bedroom and furnished with a desk, chair and sofa. The room was spotless, the shower had plenty of hot water and the towels were thick. Best of all (for me) the entire area was very well lit. So why, you are probably asking, didn’t I give it a higher rating. Well, in the enthusiasm for modern design, the bathroom door, which fronts opposite the sleeping area, is made of frosted glass. There is no way to leave a light on in the bathroom (so you don’t kill yourself if you have to go at night) without flooding the bedroom with light, making it very difficult to sleep. Even just turning on a light in the sitting area produces too much light in the bedroom. All in all, a gorgeous hotel unless you want to sleep there.

The breakfast was awful. There was not an attendant . The offerings were cold or empty. The bread was stale . The room was a mess with food on the floor and tables. The coffee was so bad I couldn't drink it. And the maid was banging on my door by 930 even though check out was later. Overall not a good experience.

Upon checking in, Melina was on the phone with a guest who was booking a banquet room. No problem. We patiently waited. While on the phone she said that her assistant general manager was there until 6 PM and would call them back. We checked in and went to our first room 212. When we went in, the air conditioner was blowing hot air. We called the front desk and maintenance was sent up. They said that the unit was frozen and leaking and we would have to move to another room. Okay. Fine. We get our new keys and move to 214. Get in there, the same problem, hot air. We asked Melina if she could send up the manager. She said there are no managers working. When questioned about her earlier statement about a manager being there until 6, she said that’s not really a manager, just a housekeeping manager. Maintenance came back and said the same thing was wrong, the unit was frozen. The maintenance man, who was exceptional, got us keys to room 227. He checked that it worked before we went in. It worked. When we asked maintenance if the manager was there, he said he was in his office. We were then told he had just left because there was a water problem earlier and it was his day off. We settled into the room, went to Your Pie Pizza in the parking lot (decent), and went back to the hotel. PS- Melina doesn’t tell you this but if you show your room key, you get 10% off. We found out after we paid. This was odd because while we were checking in, we asked about the pizza place and she said it was good. You think she would have gave us the tip for 10% off. Just leads me to believe that she goes out of her way to be contrary. Settled into the room to find ants on the counter above the refrigerator. We basically took a nap and checked out at 3am. If this is newly renovated, I would hate to see the previous condition. Save yourself the hassle. Camp in your car and shower in a gas station bathroom

Everything was great!! Kids loved the pool, and breakfast was good. Rooms were nice.

A bigger fridge would be my only complaint. And that is stays on through your stay not just for 2 hours at a time.

We stayed here two nights and it was an average SpringHill Suite. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location off I-95 was excellent and they shared the parking lot with a Your Pie restaurant that had really good pizza and wings. The sink had a funky smell and the aerator on the faucet was leaking so when you turned the water on it sprayed the counter a little. Breakfast had the basics, nothing to get excited about. Located next to Robeson College.

This hotel is beautiful. The rooms are gorgeous, and spacious. Beds and pillows are comfy. Stayed for one night so I cannot comment on the pool or breakfast as we got there late and slept in. But the staff that we encountered were great. I did love the 12pm check out time.

Bathroom has a transparent door which is an issue when everyone is sleeping and someone needs to use it as it lights up the room.

Breakfast could have been better. Staff was very friendly. Lumberton is a dangerous, toilet of a town but the hotel was nice and safe.
