床上方天花板在一早天亮才發覺都發霉了。我一晚花6000多元；竟然住著發霉的房間。Checkout 時告知櫃檯；他應該已經知道，也無法回答。也沒有提供任何補償或更詳盡解釋，把住客權益都不理會。

モーニングで、ヨーグルトがなくちょっと残念でした。

大約晚上12點左右洗澡，原本水壓正常，洗到一半水突然變小了，還突然變很燙，然後一直到洗完都還是小水壓，甚至比水龍頭的水還小，整體感受不舒服。

Reviewed Aug 16, 2026Erg schoon, housekeeping is geweldig. Het personeel van de receptie is erg behulpzaam. Er zijn gratis wasmachines en drogers voor je was. Het ontbijtbuffet is uitstekend.
Bij het ontbijtbuffet maakte het personeel soms veel lawaai, bv met het servies stapelen, karretje rondrijden, zelfs met elkaar te kibbelen. Dit was storend.
