Hostal Roca

C'était mon 5eme séjour, toujours les mêmes qualités qui font de cet hôtel une top adresse pour juste se doucher et dormir confortablement dans un hôtel propre, rénové et parfaitement situé. Idéal si vous venez pour explorer l'île jour et nuit, non pas pour chiller à l'hôtel, climatisé, réception H24, toutes commodités disponibles, même après le check out, beaucoup de qualités à petit prix. Seul soucis, le bruit. L'insonorisation est mauvaise, et comme nous sommes à Ibiza, on entend tous les gens rentrer entre 4h et 8h, même s'ils sont respectueux de leurs voisins, on entend tout, c'est vraiment là le seul défaut de l'hôtel, car tout le reste est un sans faute.

Parfait ! Excellent rapport qualité prix. L’hôtel est très propre, parfaitement situé (on peut tout faire à pied), le personnel est très agréable également. Notre chambre était confortable et propre. C’est forcément un peu bruyant mais c’est un hôtel de centre-ville donc rien d’anormal à ça. Nous choisirons à nouveau cet hôtel si nous devions revenir.

Property is beautiful and staff are friendly. Bathrooms are communal and clean enough but good luck getting hot water. Recommend for a night or two to rest your head after a long day of exploring.

The room was very clean and had everything we needed for our trip. The staff are also really friendly. The rooms are also quiet despite being in the middle of San Antonio so we were able to get decent sleep. There’s also a mini fridge and air con and WiFi available. We had a great stay and look forward to going back!

the location is perfect, at the center of san antonio. The rooms are clean and well-isolated; the atmosphere is quiet and friendly. It's a good hotel to stay when you don't wanna spend much on a bed and want to save up to experience outside more. Clean and no problem with the amenities

Séjour de 3 nuits avec rien à redire : hostal bien placé, accueil aimable et souriant (personnel sympathique), chambre très propre et confortable. En plein centre ville de San antoni. Deuxième année pour nous et satisfaits.

Rapport qualité prix imbattable à Ibiza, il dispose de tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour un bon séjour. Rien de plus, rien de moins. Très bien situé à San An, cet hôtel s'adresse particulièrement à tout ceux qui passent leur séjour à explorer l'île et n'ont besoin que d'un bon lit, si c'est pour chiller dans la chambre ou profiter des commodités de l'hôtel, celui ci n'est pas pour vous. Personnel serviable, douche propre à disposition même après le check out. Définitivement une valeur sûre, et encore une fois j'y reviendrai.

Just had an amazing stay at Hostal Roca , its location is fantastic , the room was warm , clean and welcoming , and the staff were so welcoming , warm and friendly , so helpful , simply the Hostal Roca is one of the best places i have stayed , and such value for money , i will be returning next year , thank you to all the staff for making my stay so warm and friendly , thank you 10/10

This is a great hotel if you want to use somwhere to get your head down - location is fantastic and the service is amazing (reception staff friendly and attentive). Very reasonably priced. Negatives - the cleaning staff in the morning are so loud so it is difficult to stay asleep anytime past 8.30am. The beds are also pretty uncomfortable But definitely worth the money we paid for the stay we wanted

Nice unhelpful staff

Hostal Roca provided a quality service for the price. Clean rooms and showers, friendly and helpful staff, and after check out services such as back drop and showers (A dream for any traveler or backpacker). The only downside would be that noise carries across rooms, so if you are a light sleeper I would keep this in mind. However, this is heavily outweighed by its other pros. Big thumbs up.

I was looking for a safe accommodation for myself (as a woman) and a friend of mine recommended Hostal Roca. It is in the main party center of San Antonio. However, in your room you don't hear anything of what is going on outside in the city. With that being said,I loved it and I had such a restful time there. I definitely recommend it to others!

The staff was extremely helpful. Our room was very clean and ready a little earlier than expected. Seamless check in and check out. The place is located very close to many bars, restaurants and the main pier.

I wouldn't say it's a hostal.It's a lovely hotel..Great location, everything what you need is close by.The bedroom was ok,good size too.Everything was good apart the slamming doors and selfish people,who thought they are on their own there and others don't need to sleep. So if you are going there to party, it's OK but if you want to sleep at night you can forget about it.I couldn't sleep all week.

You get what you pay for. Very noisy at night as there is a club just around the corner and a very crowded street full of loud/drunk tourists. I believe is good for a short stay if you only need a room to crash and take a shower. There are better options around for nearly the same price.

Its a great place, very clean and very quiet considering how close it is to the strip. The staff is friendly and the prices are great for Ibiza. It is also close to all bars and restaurants and the taxi bay is a 3 mins walk. I will definetly come back

El hostal estaba súper limpio! Y era bastante moderno. Las empleadas (tanto la de recepción, como la de la limpieza) un encanto. Está en pleno centro y merece mucho la pena.

Très bon séjour dans cet hôtel très propre, très bon accueil et confortable, climatisé et très bien situé : dans la ruelle commerciale de San Antoni, proche des bus et taxis. Très bon choix!

Hotel offered exactly what I needed for my short trip

Great room clean basic but just what you need , close to the beach , it’s on the main night strip but once in room at night didn’t hear any noise except for occasional people coming home from the night out but this wasn’t a problem , we stayed 3 nights in July

I liked that it was in a prime location and was able to walk to everything. Also, room was clean. Only bad part was our room was next to the elevator so we were hearing it all night. Other than that great place to stay!

L'hotel se trouve au centre ville dans le quartier des touristes avec les échoppes tout au tour. Si l'hôtel est assez bien pour son prix, les occupants le sont beaucoup moins bien. A claquer les portes, à regarder la TV durant la nuit sans respecter les autres. En gros: bon hôtel mais parfois mal fréquenté...

Posizione, personale, pulizia eccellenti! Un mini frigo nella stanza ed una macchinetta per il caffè lo avrebbero reso perfetto.

La estancia ha sido muy positiva, el hotel esta en el centro de San Antonio. Esta todo muy limpio y apenas había ruido a pesar de estar al lado de ls calles de fiesta.

Pros: very clean, perfect location, close to bus station, helpful stuff. Cons: no teapot/cups in the room to make tea or coffee, no place to hang used towels or wet swimwear to dry it.

Very basic and beds were a bit hard but overall has everything you need. Would recommend this place if you’re after something simple!

Great all round other than having no balcony.. However maybe the rooms may be a little quieter.. Hotel was better than expected for the money, staff were nice and helpful too... I'd recommend as a good option at the cheaper end.. It's far from 4 star.. But excellent as a 2*

Great central location but on a generally quieter street. Easy going and friendly staff, very clean and would be more than happy to stay here again.

Las paredes de las habitaciones son de papel. Se encuentra en un área de fiesta y es normal que los demás clientes lleguen de madrugada, haciendo ruidos y TODO se oye, cómo si estuvieran dentro de nuestra habitación.

La recepcionista muy agradable, en todo momento pendiente de asesorarnos con respecto a la isla. El hostal limpio y muy bien calidad-precio. La única pega es que parte de las habitaciones dan para una calle de fiesta y hasta las tres de la mañana hay un poco de barullo, pero en general muy bien.

Well located in SAN Antonio. Staffed 24hours a day beautifully clean and very wel priced. My only bad point would be no kettle however great little cafe approx 30 seconds away

The area is extremely busy, and you can hear the activity from the room, but it's expected given the location. The room was basic, clean, and the air con worked well.

The hotel (cause "Hostal" / "Hostel" is just a name) is located in the heart of San Antonio center, in the busy area, but you don't hear the noise because the pubs and etc. are placed on the street in the back of the hotel. The services are excellent (reception, daily clean service), the furniture and walls are newly-renovated and the price is incredibly good! I totally recommend it!

Good location,decent value for money

Spent a weekend at the Hostal Roca and had a fantastic time. We arrived in the early hours and was met by the night porter, Check in was quick and easy. Our room was on level two, as we had only hand luggage wasn't a problem getting up the stairs. Room was very basic but beds extremely comfortable, bathroom fantastic with a lovely shower. Furniture could do with replacing as the drawers had messages carved into them about who not to buy drugs from! The only downside was the rooms were noisy. Music thumping til 6am however, most people would still be partying. I just used earplugs so it wasn't a problem at all. This is in the most perfect location for exploring San Antonio, for the price of you want a central no frills base you can't beat here. I'd definitely stay again if I was just doing a weekend break.

Perfect for anybody just wanting clean simple accommodation right in the heart of town at a very inexpensive rate. There's no TV, toiletries in the bathroom or fancy bar, lounge and reception area but it has the essentials of cleanliness, a comfortable bed, good bathroom and sufficient towels. Free use of the Internet PC in the reception area was a welcome bonus. Staff were all friendly and helpful. Late at night you weren't totally oblivious to music from the late-night bars but that's to be expected and certainly quiet enough for me to sleep. Would certainly stay again.
