Convenient location, excellent parking availability, room very good good decor, staff friendly coffee available at all times.

Dust

Great location and the room was very comfortable. Plus easy to safely park my motorcycle at the hotel

Zeer proper. Zeer vriendelijk personeel. Heel lekker en ruim ontbijt.

Uitziicht

Lovely quiet location in Bastogne. Great for parking. Staff were very friendly & welcoming. Large spacious room & bathroom. Breakfast - lots of choice, cold meats & cheese, pastries, fruit & yoghurt. Would highly recommend.

Ligt lekker rustig.

Parcheggio gratuito davanti all'Hotel o sul retro.

Location, restaurant/bar & cozy room

Posizione e pulizia

Mancanza aria condizionata

The room was a nice size, the breakfast was really nice. The parking was safe and secure for motorcycles.

The fan provided in the room was one that you put water into and it cools the room down better. This water was stagnant and full of mold. I cleaned and changed out the water, but when I used the fan, it stunk out my room, and it stayed like that for the rest of the night. I had to open the window and use the other normal fan overnight. This was a real downer for my stay, as apart from that, it was good.

Zeer vriendelijk, lekker ontbijt!

Gunstige ligging, prima kamer.

This is a very nice clean hotel with a lovely breakfast spread, in a very nice and easy location. Bastogne is a very lovely little place. Staff were nice and helpful.

The room was smaller than expected, especially the bathroom. The room was very hot and stuffy overnight, I did not get a good night's sleep. We paid extra for air con which turned out to be 2 very noisy plug in portable contractions that were no use at all really as we didn't have the ice to support the make and model of the cooling unit. If it hadn't of been a heatwave this would not of been an issue with our stay. The pillow is quite pathetic.

Heel fijn, lekker ontbijt. Erg prettig allemaal

genügend kostenlose Parkplätze vor dem Haus. Tolles Frühstück. Kostenloses Wasser/Kaffeeangebot.

Uitgebreid ontbijt in buffetvorm. Heerlijk ontbeten

Personeel

Erg warm op de kamer

Great room with plenty of public spaces to sit and have a drink. Shame the sauna was waiting to be refurbished though so not available. It should state this on the listing.

No aircon. Sauna not working.

Really pleasant hotel, nice atmosphere

Very nice

Nothing

Vriendelijk, behulpzaam, lekker eten in het restaurant.

Vlakbij de binnenstad. Leuk personeel, leuke zitplekken.

Rooms are great, staff are lovely and friendly. A good breakfast is provided.

We couldn’t get a drink from the bar after 9pm. The restaurant was not open so we couldn’t sample what they had to offer but we were directed to the square where there was plenty to choose from.

Trivsamt med bra frukost Lätt att checka in

Super behulpzaam personeel. Top we gaan hier zeker terug

Et dejligt hotel med super beliggenhed

Very clean and well kept up

Breakfast was nice, room and location excellent

The bed was very comfortable, however the pillows could have been better. Really hard..

Its location, very central

Staff always seemed to be busy and as a guest they made you feel like you were annoying asking for something (drinks at the bar, breakfast short to closing time, a table…)

An authentic, contemporary feel around the hotel; the dining areas, bar, outside etc. was beautifully and tastefully presented. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff. We ate at the hotel twice in the five days we were there, and the food was delicious. Parking at the hotel was easy. Good to have a fridge in the room, as well as a portable fan. TV had necessary outlets to connect our laptop and DVD to it.

Compared to the rest of the hotel, the bedrooms were a bit 'tired'. The shower didn't seal very well, so water leaked onto the bathroom floor.

Zeer vriendelijk personeel. Goed ontbijt.

Muffe kamer. Rook niet fris. Bedden gedateerd. Zakten door. Geen Airco (4 sterren!). Een apparaat in de kamer gezet. Maakte veel herrie, maar koelde niet echt. Open raam noodzakelijk.

Mooie stijl qua inrichting

De ligging en uitgebreid ontbijt. Vriendelijk personeel grote kamers
