Rich Royal Suites

Szinte minden rendben volt. De azért voltak apróbb hibák. Első nap a takarításkor a pótágyon lévő lepedőt (takarónak használatosat) elvitték és nem tudott takarózni a gyerek semmivel. Szerencsére volt nálunk egy takaró és azt használta. Másnap se lett ez pótolva, de kértem és kaptam is. Ezen a napon viszont a törölköző csere nem sikerült túl jól, mert összegyűrve az ágyon maradt a cserére szánt fürdőszobai kilépő. Nem lett felsöpörve se és mi se tudtunk felsöpörni mert nem volt hozzá eszköz. A homokban lépkedtünk. Nincs szárító betéve. Igaz kérhettünk volna de szerintem jobb lenne ha ott lenne minden szobában. Konyhai főzőedény nem volt. A jók: Előbb érkeztünk és átvehettük a szobát előbb. Volt kávé és nem kértek érte pénzt se. Egyik nap gyümölcsöt is kaptunk. Nagyon kedvesek voltak. Jó helyen van, mert közel van a központhoz. (Aki nem szereti a zajt ne ide menjen, mert a repülők itt szállnak fel a szoba előtt). Nekünk nem volt erkély, de több szobához tartozik és van kerti bútor is kitéve. Köszönjük.

Great location, clean, comfortable room, helpful host. Only concern was inconsistent information on check-in time, had read it closes at 9 pm, but heard 6 pm. We had a flight delay and just made it there before 6, but confirm this if your arrival could be late.

This property was in a good spot. The hotel was clean and we had everything we needed. The staff was very pleasant and accommodating. The balcony was a nice bonus to sit at night and cool down.

Freundlicher Empfang und alles sehr unkompliziert. Die Ausstattung ist sehr zweckmässig und es fehlt an nichts. Die Sauberkeit ist ebenfalls gut. Sehr zentral gelegen. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist sehr gut! Werde ich beim nächsten Aufenthalt in Eilat wieder Buchen.

The space was nice. When we got there they even upgraded our room! The room was spacious had a balcony bathroom and kitchen.

this apartments is near the park . It is no far from sea beach and red mall . All personal very friendly and pretty.

Could have been a bit cleaner. Not really a "suite" just a large room with a kitchenette included. Bathroom was fine. No elevator. Knowledgeable staff, but very short availability hours.

Although the hotel is within walking distance from the beach (about 5-10 minutes) it is reasonably priced with those on a limited income. The check-in process worked well even though we didn't see one person upon arrival. It might be helpful to put some things in writing about parking (should you drive) and what options are available onsite. Having the fridge and hotplate along with a couple of pans and utensils was helpful. The room was very clean. Our room faced the runway to the airport and at times, was a little noisy. But since we didn't spend a lot of time in the room, and on the beach..it doesn't matter. Another thing that would be helpful, would be a list of English speaking TV stations. (Or Russian) Overall - it was a great stay and we would do it again!

Very good rate quality/price. The people were charming, the room very clean, and we could go to the spa nearby every day. We would just have apreciated some chairs in the room and a safe. We would also have liked a handle for the stairs.

Aika vähän positiivista sanottavaa. Sijainnista voi antaa jonkin pisteen, mutta siinäkin kadun toisella puolella sijaitsevan lentokentän läheisyys vähentää sijainnin arvoa. Suihku lähes ala-arvoinen, ilmastointilaite ei toimi, käsittämättömän huono äänieristys (+ kovaääninen hotellin omistaja), todella likainen peitto ja onnettomat tyynyt.

La habitacion estaba en el segundo piso y no tiene ascensor, cosa que no sabiamos. El aparcamiento gratuito, en realidad es en la calle en las zonas gratuitas a unos 200-300 metros. El lugar no tiene aparcamiento.

Nie jest to typowy hotel lecz apartamenty. Czystość na 5+ (sprzątanie i wymiana pościeli, ręczników, uzupełnienie środków czystości co 2 dzień). Lokalizacja doskonała. 200 m od plaży i promenady. Lotnisko zlokalizowane po drugiej stronie ulicy nie jest zbyt uciążliwe. Samoloty nie latają w nocy. Stan obiektu oceniam jako zadowalający. Dla osób nie wymagających ***** (5 gwiazdek) godny polecenia. Stosunek ceny do jakości wychodzi na 5. Obsługi w hotelu w zasadzie nie ma. Recepcja czynna od 15 do 21. Usługi w recepcji ograniczają się do wydania klucza i na życzenie sprzętów typu: suszarka, żelazko, deska do prasowania, dodatkowe naczynia, itp. Przy zameldowaniu otrzymasz mapkę miasta ze zaznaczonymi miejscami godnymi odwiedzenia i informacje jak się tam dostać i jakie są ceny. W recepcji porozumiesz się w języku angielskim i rosyjskim. Serwis sprzątający robi to dyskretnie lecz solidnie. Nie widzieliśmy sprzątaczki ani razu a było posprzątane.

Jag kom långt efter sista incheckningstid men kunde ringa och få hjälp på ett utmärkt sätt. Väldigt fint och rymligt rum, fantastisk terass, bra ljudisolerat och bra läge. Enda minus var kuddarna som var rejält klumpade och tunna.

Cleanest hotel I have ever seen! Nice little kitchenette, bathroom is very small but spotless, plenty of hot water. Downside - no elevator or reception. Next time, I will make a reservation fir the first floor.

Big rooms, modern and close to everything

Wir hatten eine rundum schöne Zeit im Rich Royal Suites. Die Appartements bieten alles, was man braucht, sind sauber und in gepflegter Atmosphäre. Der Service ist sehr zuvorkommend und zuverlässig. Das Internet könnte etwas schneller sein. Die Lage ist sehr zentral, auch der Fluglärm wird kaum wahrgenommen.

The shower had no soap which was awkward. The kitchenette was unevenly supplied ego silverware.

Clean but basic. Short stay, not more to add. No staff on premise

Pros: Spacious room, clean, close to beach and malls. Airport noise was not an issue. We really never heard the planes. kitchen area was very convenient and adequate. Cons: No elevator, hotel did not provide any soap or a place in the shower to put the soap, parking was a 2 minute walk from the hotel and is actually a municipal parking lot which does not belong to the hotel.

We couldn't get there, no cancelación at all was posible we lost our money, hope we could lost ine night only as a penalaty, but there was no deal.

Overall, very good service. Clean room. Close to the Marina. However, next to the airport, and it's noisy from time to time. I recommend it nevertheless.

Overall, it's a good value if you don't mind it being far from the beach. The bed is slightly old (saggy) and the washroom could be rid of algae lurking around the bottom edge of shower door. Other than that, I really like the spacious room space, the large balcony, and the cloth drying rack. Very practical after spending the day snorkeling.

It is a small room but was generally clean and comfortable. The shower is a small shower stall but there are 2 shower heads and plenty of water pressure. The water is scorching hot so be careful. They only supply liquid hand soap and no bar soap or shampoo for the shower. The kitchenette has a microwave, fridge, hot water pot, and sink but no hot plate. The balcony is large and nice. The staff were friendly. The walls are a bit thin so if the neighbors are loud you can hear.

It's a good hotel for the value in Eilat. Rooms are a bit worn, bed wasn't all that comfortable and the sheets kept coming off it. It's true that check-in hours are limited so might not be a good choice if not arriving in the afternoon or early evening. We had a bizarrely huge terrace with worn furniture overlooking the airport. I was worried the airplane noise would prevent me from sleeping in the morning, but I slept very well. Air conditioning was good. Location was great if you're looking to stay near the main strip.

This was a great hotel if you plan on being in eilat for a few days, maybe as a place to stay for 1-2 nights because you're traveling to Petra. But the hotel is noisy because of the airport and the rooms are not air conditioned well, so I wouldn't recommend if you are touring Eilat. But incredible value and location for Eilat!

The room was very pleasant and has everything that we wanted/needed. The staff was very friendly, but I was able to see them only once, during the check-in. On my next trip I'll go there again

Cheap but but not very nice at all. No heat in winter and was freezing cold.

The room was good for the night. Would stay again. The shower had some issues. More blankets and towels need to be added, it's cold at night. I use to live in Eilat so I'm aware of the cold.

The room was nice but the manager said he gave us an upgrade after we got settled in the room we ask how much extra and he said it was not an extra fee.

The place is fine & I assume that is why it is fully booked on the weekends.

Amazing location, great balcony and beautiful bathroom.

We have been to Eilat before and stayed at nearby Dan Panorama, so knew the area slightly. This suite is a set of basic managed apartments very very near the airport. We arrived in the evening, just as reception was leaving, so he was able to check us in. However, he had also emailed me the procedure to check in on our own. "Tick" for customer service. (Eilat has widespread public Wi-Fi, so this communication is very acceptable). Very helpful and friendly too. The room itself was large, basic and clean and we had a huge balcony - did I say we were close to the airport? Small kitchenette, but you have to request the hotplate & pans if you want to boil & fry. Kettle & microwave cooker only, otherwise. I did some basic cooking and this was fine. We had a small issue with the bedding & sheets which was quickly resolved the following morning. Did I say we were near the airport? OK, /if/ you are thinking of lounging in your room, you must like aeroplanes. They start at around eight and finish at ten in the evening. This was fine for us, as we were out and about every day on our excursions. (The reception/manager can arrange trips for you, but we mainly used tourist Israel online or the public bus, eged. E.G., the no 15 from outside the apartment will take you to the undersea centre and eged.co.il is in English to plan your bus rides and will tell you the fare). Very high price! The bad wasn't comfortable, small bathroom, no soap or shampo, the room was stinky and not so clean.

I arrived 10 minutes before check-in. This hotel is more like a condo style airbnb rental. check-in took about 35 minutes. theirs only 1 person to process you at check-in. Liquor store & a bodega - 2 min walk. Beach - 5 min walk Room: 4/5 - could of used more towels. Bathroom: 5/5 - Clean Balcony: 5/5 - Huge! tables/chairs. - Good view of the runway. Just don't film the plans taken off. IDF will kick your hotel door down!

We stayed only one night, the room was quiet, very clean, spacious, great central location. really appreciate the free upgrade and the big balcony, and all for a very good price. Thank you Oleg, it was quite a treat

Rich Royal Suites is actually a small apartment building around the corner from the seaside promenade in Eilat. There is a small grocery store outside the front door for your vacation needs and the beach and big resorts are just around the corner. The efficiency apartment was fairly large and comfortable and clean, and the price was right! No services really, and no 24-hour reception and no breakfast buffet, but still it worked very well for our short stay.

Location is good, walking distance to beach and more convenient than some more expensive hotels. Room was freshly painted and very clean. Reception isn't open 24 hours which makes check-in potentially stressful. No parking on site, we were referred to free public parking a block away. No soap or shampoo which seemed like an easy thing to provide. Friendly though and cheaper than other hotels nearby.

This is an excellent place close to all tourist attractions.

We booked this hotel from our last hotel reception guest area which had a computer available to their guests. When we booked the hotel the instructions that we were received where to arrive no later than 9 o'clock at night or there would be no check in allowed. Upon arriving sometime between seven and eight, we arrived at the hotel to find that the door was locked and that there was no staff. We waited for sometime and eventually had to walk to another hotel down the street where we can call the number that was on the front door of our hotel. Once we called we were able to reach reception and they gave us a code to enter the hotel and another code to get into the key lock box. Once in our room even though we booked a room for three people and had a full bed and a sofa bed that was a pole out there were no sheets available for the pool outback. Of course not having any reception staff we were not able to remedy the problem. In the end it was very disturbing and very inconvenient staying at a hotel that had no reception facilities I would not recommend this hotel

Great value for Eilat. It is right next to the airport, so there is airport noise during the days, but the flights do not run later at night (so it doesn't disturb your sleep). The rooms were great, the location is great and Rich is great.

Rich Royal Suites was a solid low cost option for my one night through town on the way to an early pickup on the Petra tour. Don't expect a lot at the low price. Everything was satisfactory, bring your own shower toiletries.

this hotel has an excellent location near the marina and shopping center, we could walk by bridge and see the queen of sheba Hilton. the rooms are very clean and wifi works well.

An apartment - not a hotel. The room itself is nice enough, in a good location. At a reasonable price point in Elat. But don't stay here. It's not worth the hassle. I would rate it higher but the owner is surly and there is no reception staff, so you let yourself in - not great if you are arriving late. Also, even though it says free cancellation, when you book, they take a non refundable deposit of one full night. We requested receipt by email for this charge and were denied. We stayed one night, went to Petra, stayed there, and came back. Two separate stays, two nonrefundable deposits. On our second "stay",even though it flooded in Aqaba and the border was closed, and we had stayed the day before, and we tried to cancel at 10 AM, the owner emailed us saying, "the only refund you'll get is from your insurance company." A surly man. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere that has pleasant staff, actual front desk reception and free - for real - cancellation.

Great location except for occasional airport noise. Oleg and Michael were great hosts. Good price. We would definitely stay there again.

I wasn't sure what to expect since reviews seemed mixed. I ended up canceling the hotel I had booked and booked this one last minute. I'm so glad I did. This place was great. It was clean, next to the beach with restaurants, and the front desk told me where to park my car for free. The room was very nice and had everything I could ask for. It is next to the airport but I never saw or heard a plane take off or land while I was there. I would definitely stay here again.

The Rich suites hotel is a nice basic hotel. The room was spacious and fully equipped – Flat TV, refrigerator, microwave. Aircondition was perfect. High speed WiFi free of charge. There is a nice balcony with garden furnitures, although very hot and noisy outside. It is good value for the money but quite basic. No parking area and no pool. Shampoo and soap are not supplied. Cleaning supposed to be done every 2nd day, but we spent there 3 nights and nobody cleaned our room nor supply a toilet paper or towels. The reception is closed most of the time although there is a phone number you can call and the manager is very friendly and willing to help. The location is very good – walking distance from the beach, the promenade and Eilat major shopping mall. There is a supermarket right across the corner and few nice restaurants in the vicinity.

Fine, but it's veeeery hoooot in Eilat these days (although the conditioner was ok). The room was totally ok, the balcony was awesome. The sea is nearby; actually, so is the airport with the planes, so you have to be an aviation fan (they arrive and depart every 30 minutes) :) By and large, good place for this price.

The room was great - spacious - and best of all made it possible for our daughter to be in the room with us / we didn't need to book an additional room. The unit has a wonderful balcony. Slightly far from the tourist centre but that is what makes it affordable. Would definitely stay there again.

I loved that the apartment/hotel was less than a 5 minute walk from the beach; super convenient location. The check-in process was not the easiest since the front desk isn't fully covered 24/7. Overall a fine place to stay for a few nights and would stay there again.

I really liked this condo style building. My only complaint is that if it is not going to have regular maid service, they should initially put more towels in each room.

These suites are ideally situated close to the beach and marina. There is plenty of shopping nearby and places to eat. The suites have a small but adequate kitchen area with fridge, microwave and enough crockery. The air conditioning is good and the executive rooms have a nice patio area.

Perfect suites - totally new, very clean. IDEAL location - just 1 min walk to the promenade and to the main mall. Highly recommended. The room is very comfort and clean. I stayed in Eilat more than 20 times and i think that these suites are the best price/service combination. But i must say that in all my stays in Eilat - i went to dive, so the only service i needed from the hotel is the clean & good locacted room for sleep, and this one is ideal
