Lovely, spacious rooms. Breakfast was excellent, and the staff were all very kind, friendly, and helpful. Especially Alex at reception, who was awesome!

The location, the hospitality and everything all around, it was a beautiful and perfect stay!

The location is great, several hiking routes available right from the hotel. Quiet surrounding in nature, nice views from the balcony. The swimming pool was great fun for my son. The food was great for breakfast and dinner, well organized and the stuff very friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious enough and clean. I would definitely come back.

La colazione a buffet ricca, sia scelta dolce che salata. Lo staff molto gentile e disponibile. Camere grandi e accoglienti.

Noi abbiamo prenotato stanza e colazione (160-170 euro a persona a notte). La cena offre un menù completo da 40 euro, oppure un ricco buffet a 25 euro. Visto il costo della stanza, i prezzi proposti per la cena ci sono sembrati un po' elevati.

Frühstück sehr gute Auswahl, Zimmer ausreichend gut und sauber, Essen als Menü war gut wurde aber nicht jeden Tag in Anspruch genommen, da wir meisst unterwegs waren. Sehr freundliches Personal.

Erster Kontakt: Mail “wir können Ihre Kreditkarte für Schäden belasten”. Viele notwendigen Schönheitsreparaturen scheinen nicht mehr durchgeführt zu werden. Mehr Verbotsschilder: “nicht springen”, “kein Bargeld”, “Kinder nur bis 17:30” als positive Willkommenskultur

La camera tripla deluxe è confortevole, abbastanza spaziosa e pulita nonostante la moquette. La struttura rimane vicino ai percorsi. Staff gentile (a parte una rara eccezione) e pronto ad assecondare ogni esigenza. Spa bella e molto pulita. Piscina con una vetrata suggestiva sul panorama.

Alcune pecche per un hotel a 4 stelle: Camere: mancano un frigobar, l’aria condizionata e una macchinetta del caffè. In una settimana avremmo desiderato il cambio degli asciugami a metà soggiorno. Ristorante: abbiamo deciso all’ultimo di fermarci a cena per degustare il solo buffet (così come previsto e indicatoci ad inizio soggiorno) e all’accoglienza ci è stato detto che non si sarebbe potuto usufruire della sola formula buffet, ma che uno dei tre ospiti avrebbe dovuto consumare almeno una cena per intero perché altrimenti il buffet non sarebbe bastato per tutti i commensali. Cosa poi smentita dal personale di sala e formula che, di fatto, ci è stata concessa non appena abbiamo prospettato la volontà di andare a mangiare fuori. La sensazione è stata quella di volerci spillare soldi in maniera ingiustificata. Accoglienza: la reception è chiusa dalle 19:30 sino alle 8 del giorno successivo. Per fortuna una signora molto gentile dello staff si è resa disponibile e ci ha consentito di fare il check out perché avevamo necessità di partire molto presto.

Dinner , breakfast were amazing, the amenities were exceeding our expectations, the sap area, the pool, the outdoor garden, all were amazing and the hotel was in teh middle of the forest, very quiet and peacefull.

our room had access to the back of the hotel, where the outside area of the room was common with the other rooms and was no restrictions to walk to the other rooms.

Classy, spacious rooms, comfy beds, lovely spa area, flexible with kids times and rules.

You need the car to reach the little town below

Ho apprezzato particolarmente la colazione è super ampia. Inoltre, ho trovato la stanza molto comoda, inclusa la possibilità di rilassarsi sul balcone.

Le bibite non comprese nei pasti costano molto più delle aspettative. Una bottiglia d'acqua 4 euro è un prezzo eccessivo.

We loved our stay in the quiet end of the village, fully in the nature. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Big bathroom with great furniture to place cosmetics. Staff was super furendly and thoughtfull, we were warmly welcomed at 22:30! Good breakfast. Great base to explore Rosengarten and Latamar and rest after the hikes. Swimming pool has a great view and is a great advantage too.

Essen waren wir auswärts, die Zimmer waren sehr guter Standart und das Frühstück war gut bis sehr gut. Bis auf den Toaster, sieben mal durch die Maschine, immer noch kein Röstergebnis.

Nicht gefallen hat, dass wir pro Zimmer über den bereits bei booking bezahlten Preis noch nachzahlen mussten. Wer da den Fehler gemacht hat, ist nicht mehr nachvollziehbar, booking, das Hotel oder ich selbst bei der Buchung. Jedenfalls mussten noch 145 Euro bezahlt werden für 4 Personen. Wäre das vorher klar gewesen, hätte ich das Hotel nicht gebucht.

לא היה בחדר מיני באר. היה מים בחדר אבל לא קרים. ציפינו לגקוזי בספא. ומתברר שהיה לא תקין או שלא היה ניתן לשימוש.

The area around the hotel was quiet and beautiful, and it was convenient to get around to various places. I was traveling with two children, and choosing this hotel was truly the best decision. I will visit again!

Schöne Lage, etwas abseits vom Trubel. Waldgegend mit Wanderwegen, allerdings teilweise sehr steil. Schöner Pool mit Saunabereich und Whirlpool, Kneippanlage.

Betten/ Matratzen sind durch gelegen. Bei mir fehlte eine Latte vom Lattenrost, wurde nach 2 Tagen repariert. Frühstück und Abendessen nur im Innenbereich möglich.

Overall, the hotel was nice, but I was disappointed with the customer service. Before my arrival, I made a special request and sent several messages to the hotel, but unfortunately, no one replied. When I arrived, I found out that my request had not been taken into consideration. Good communication with guests is very important, especially when they reach out in advance. I expected at least a response, even if my request could not be accommodated. This experience affected my stay and left me disappointed.

الانرنت كان شبه مقطوع في الدور الثالث. عدم وجود مكيف هواء واذا فتحت النوافذ تخش عليك حشرات.

Nous avons apprécié l'environnement vert et aéré ainsi que la possibilité de prendre une cabine pour une vue panoramique au sommet .les randonnées sont proches et balisées.

Le personnel du restaurant est attentionné mais les personnes à l'accueil de l'hôtel ne sont pas très agréables. Manque de ventilation au restaurant, il y faisait beaucoup trop chaud même en mai. Heureusement, plusieurs restaurants se trouvent à proximité de l'hôteL Le jardin et les abords demandent à être aménagés et entretenus.

Menü wurde kurzfristig geändert (Fleisch nicht verfügbar) Einmal wurde beim Menü das Kartoffelpüree komplett vergessen (man dürfe sich dafür beim Käsebuffet bedienen) Einmal wurde und eine Flasche Wein vom Nachbartisch verrechnet (kompliziert zum richtigstellen, für 2 kleine Radler wurden grosse verrechnet = Rechnung kontrollieren ) Bei einem Tischnachbarn wurde das Zimmer nicht gemacht (wurde vergessen) 🤔🤔🤔 Umgebung könnte gepflegter sein 😉

La Spa è sicuramente la parte che abbiamo preferito. La piscina gode di una vista bellissima e l’ambiente è veramente rilassante.

L’unica cosa che mi sento di dire al riguardo è il fatto che nella camera non c’era il bidet, che avremmo preferito avere. Per il resto tutto al top.

Wir waren rundum begeistert von unserem Aufenthalt im Hotel Rosengarten. Bereits beim Check-in wurden wir ausgesprochen freundlich und herzlich empfangen. Das gesamte Personal war jederzeit aufmerksam, hilfsbereit und stets gut gelaunt, wodurch man sich vom ersten Moment an willkommen fühlte. Die Atmosphäre im Hotel ist angenehm und entspannt, und der Service lässt keine Wünsche offen. Man merkt, dass hier Gastfreundschaft wirklich gelebt wird. Vielen Dank an das ganze Team für die tolle Zeit. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder und können das Hotel uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen!

Der Wellnessbereich mit den Saunen und dem Hallenbad hat uns grundsätzlich gut gefallen. Allerdings war in einer Dusche der Ablauf verstopft, was behoben werden sollte. Zudem wurden die vorgesehenen Zeiten für den Aufenthalt von Kindern im Hallenbad leider nicht immer eingehalten, wodurch es zeitweise etwas unruhig war. Die Zimmer wirken insgesamt etwas in die Jahre gekommen, insbesondere der Teppichboden könnte modernisiert werden. Eine kleine Renovierung würde das Gesamtbild des Hotels deutlich aufwerten.

Melhor...o que eu não gostei. Empregados excelentes e super simpáticos. Gostei de tudo,super limpo e o comer muito bom. O pequeno almoço de rei, mas para mim o melhor foi a simpatia dos empregados. De certo irei voltar. Já agora , aproveitem a massagem, é bom demais e feita por um profissional.

De ser só uma semana, deveria de ser pelo menos duas.😉😉

Das Personal war super nett und zuvorkommend. Das Zimmer war schön und sehr ruhig. Das Abendessen Buffet ist der Hammer.

Bei der Halbpension ist die Auswahl sehr beschränkt. Es gibt nur zwei verschiedene Hauptspeisen zur Auswahl.

Le buffet déjeuner était varié et complet. Les chambres sont spacieuses et très confortable. Hôtel moderne et agréable. Beaucoup d’espaces prévus pour accueillir la clientèle, grande terrasse avec vue sur les montagnes et grand stationnement. Tout le personnel est au petit soin avec la clientèle, ils s’occupent de nos besoins et s’assurent que nous ne manquons de rien.

avrei gradito un frigobar in camera e soprattutto una bottiglia di acqua per ogni giorno di soggiorno. Buona la cena, ma anche lì, l'acqua potrebbe essere compresa.

La posizione dell'Hotel è ottimale, in zona tranquilla accanto alla pista sci che d'inverno diventa una super comodità. Si sente dalle camere lo scroscio del ruscello che accompagna piacevolmente il sonno. Abbiamo gradito molto l'accoglienza e la cortesia del Direttore Alex, disponibile e gentile che ha accolto tutte le nostre richieste. Colazione ottima e abbondante, di prima qualità. Avevamo una camera con balcone con vista sui boschi e pista sci. Zona Spa e piscina molto bella e ottima cura e pulizia degli ambienti. La piscina interna ha una vetrata dove puoi ammirare il paesaggio e i boschi. Molto rilassante!

Mancavano le luci all'entrata dell'Hotel e la notte quando siamo tornati era tutto buio.

Breakfast and dinner were good (Dinner especially). The Restaurant staff was friendly and very responsive. There is a range of different saunas in the wellness area. The hotel is located in a very quite area, we could sleep with opened windows.

We booked this hotel as a birthday present for my husband and were looking forward to a relaxed 4-day family escape with our 3-year-old child. Unfortunately, our experience started in a very uncomfortable way already during check-in. The receptionist who welcomed us came across as unfriendly and not very empathetic. While she was explaining the hotel information, my husband asked a few questions, and the situation quickly became tense. Instead of responding calmly, she reacted in a rude manner and even said that she could refuse to accommodate us and that we could leave the hotel because he had “interrupted” her explanation. When she noticed that I speak Russian, she switched to Russian and complained to me about my husband’s behaviour, saying that interrupting her was inappropriate. This made the situation even more uncomfortable for us as guests, especially right at the beginning of a family holiday. Later, as the hotel presents itself as a wellness and spa hotel, I tried to book a massage. Unfortunately, this was also handled in a confusing and disappointing way. At first, I was told that one massage alone would not be possible and that two treatments would need to be booked, because the massage therapist would not come for only one appointment. After we found another hotel guest who was willing to book a second massage on the same day, we were then given a different explanation: the massage therapist apparently does not work on weekends at all. This was surprising, especially for a wellness hotel where many guests probably arrive for a weekend stay. In the end, it felt as if the service was advertised but not really available in a practical way. We understand that staff may have procedures and that certain services depend on availability. However, the communication could have been much more friendly, transparent and solution-oriented.

Il fatto che abbia dovuto pagare (e caro) dell'acqua del rubinetto, e il fatto che le docce nella stanza erano tutte e due semirotte. I doccini perdevano. Da una suite di un 4 stelle mi sarei aspettato di meglio.

Die Lage der Unterkunft ist leider das einzige was uns super gefallen hat. Das etwas abgelegene Hotel hat eine wirklich schöne und idyllische Aussicht und bietet sich extrem gut zum Wandern an. Etliche Routen gehen direkt vom Hotel aus, sodass man nicht mal ins Auto sitzen muss.

Wir waren leider ziemlich enttäuscht von unserem Aufenthalt. Nach den vielen positiven Bewertungen auf Booking, Google und der eigenen Webseite hatten wir uns sehr auf unseren Urlaub gefreut. Jedoch hat das Hotel in keinster Weise den Anspruch eines 4 Sterne Hotels erfüllt… Am Anreisetag mussten wir nach einer Stunde sogar schon nach einem neuen Zimmer fragen, da die Matratzen komplett durchgelegen, die Wände rissig und der Teppich versifft waren. Leider war aber auch das zweite Zimmer nicht so wie wir es uns erhofft hatten (wir hatten das Deluxe Zimmer gebucht). Hier waren noch alte Tabletten und eine Badehaube vom Vorgänger im Schrank, der Stuhl war komplett zerfetzt und der ganze Balkon war mit Vogelkot bedeckt, wegen eines Schwalbennestes. Wir wurden jeden Tag aufs Neue enttäuscht, sei es vom Buffet (das jeden Tag weniger Auswahl bekam), vom Abendessen (was nicht nur nach Kantinenessen aussah, sondern auch so geschmeckt hat, zudem lagen die ganzen 5 Tage tote Fliegen auf der Fensterbank) oder vom Spa-Bereich, der eine mangelnde Hygiene aufwies. Also für das Geld was wir gezahlt haben, wurde nicht eine der versprochenen Leistungen erfüllt. Zudem war eine der Rezeptionistinnen sehr unfreundlich und unprofessionell und hat uns nicht das Gefühl gegeben dass wir willkommen sind. Wir wissen das Fehler unterlaufen können und auch bei einem 4 Sterne Hotel nicht alles perfekt ist. Jedoch sollten gewisse Standards vorhanden sein, die es leider nicht waren. Bei unserer Abreise haben wir alle Fotos gezeigt und unsere ehrliche Meinung abgegeben. Uns wurden immerhin die Getränke erstattet, wobei man hier auch sagen muss, dass uns für den ersten Abend eine Flasche Wein abgezogen wurde die wir gar nicht bestellt hatten… Wir sind zu tiefst enttäuscht von diesen 5 Tagen Aufenthalt und hoffen dass die Fehler und Mängel für zukünftige Gäste behoben werden. Wirklich sehr schade.
