Great breakfast with a sea view. Great staff organizes snorkeling trips with a fishing boat driven by the owner. We saw coral reefs, swam with turtles and an underwater temple. Excellent choice! First bed with a mosquito net on the whole trip, very happy.

That we didn't have enough time to stay longer.

Nice rooms with a great view and a really friendly family.... Clean, good breakfast and very hot water showers. It is good to have a scooter here but there are also eateries and a small supermarket within walking distance along the road... Also a path to the beach too I would stay here again!

Je suis resté 4 jours au Titi Sedana Warung & Homestay et tout était parfait ! L’hôte et sa famille sont adorables, toujours disponibles, très arrangeants et prêts à aider pour quoi que ce soit. Ils proposent également plein d’activités et de souvenirs qui permettent de vraiment profiter de la région. Grâce à eux, j’ai passé un séjour incroyable dans un lieu magique. Je recommande sans hésiter et je reviendrai avec grand plaisir ! Merci encore pour votre accueil et votre gentillesse 🙏

Der Ausblick bei Sonnenaufgang, das Personal, das Bad. Wayan ist sehr bemüht einem den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu machen. Es wurde sogar bei der Frühstückszeit eine Ausnahme gemacht, wenn man früh zum Tauchen wollte. Roller kann von der Unterkunft organisiert werden und Wäscheservice ist vorhanden. Wir können die Unterkunft bedenkenlos weiter empfehlen! Wir kommen sicherlich auch noch mal wieder!

Es ist zu dem Preis logischerweise kein europäischer Standard. Aber für Indonesien ist es sehr sauber. Die Terrasse mit den Liegen und den Tischen sind nicht blitzblank, aber wir fanden alles in Ordnung und würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Ik sliep hier enkel omdat mijn homestay vol zat en ik vroeg op moest (5.30). Ik ga eerlijk zijn: wat kun je voor 13 euro verwachten? Personeel was super vriendelijk! Gunde ze het echt! Maar de airco deed het niet, matras lag niet lekker (kuil) en in de nacht liepen er kakkerlakken in de badkamer. Nou is het Bali en dit kan ook in luxere hotels gebeuren waar de badkamer open is / putje open. Zou het kiezen als je jong bent / wat meer kan hebben. Dan is het prima. Of als je zoals ik even een korte nacht hebt en op doorreis bent.

Le petit déjeuner était un peu juste en quantité, nous étions déçu par rapport à des commentaires précédents indiquant un petit déjeuner copieux. Nous devions choisir une boisson entre thé, café, jus de fruits, on ne pouvait pas prendre café et jus, et un seul toast avec les œufs ça fait peu. À part ça tout était bien.

The hosts are very nice and available for any questions. You can rent everything you need from them and the food there is excellent. There is a very beautiful view of the sea and a comfortable sunbed on the balcony. located just in the center of amed

The place is a little older than what you see in the pictures, and for those planning to sail from there to the islands, please note that the port in Amed is not active (at least during the time I was there)

Clean and spacious room. Great location to access Amed’s snorkelling hot spots. Super friendly and welcoming owners. Excellent view. Superb value for money. We booked one night but ended staying for 2.

If you are a bit older keep in mind the many stairs you have to climb to reach the room

Stayed in room 3; fantastic view over the ocean. It's a 10 minutes' walk up to Sunset Point, See You Again Cafe and Blue Earth Villa. Another 5 minutes on foot takes you to one of the best snorkeling beaches in Amed, Pantai Jemeluk. The bed was clean and comfortable, with a mosquito net. A wardrobe and some other furniture, and a very simple separate bathroom. You can sit directly outside the room (more like a small bungalow), or you can enjoy spectacular ocean views on the terrace belonging to the room. Had the banana pancake for breakfast, lovely with some tea to go with it. Run by a friendly family.

The place is excellent value for money, not least because it is really cheap. Do not expect top-notch facilities. There was a whiff from the drain in the bathroom. This had nothing with bad hygiene to do; more a water trap that could have worked better. The terrace where you will have the best views is a slab of concrete with two sunbeds and a table. Very functional, but not really cozy.

Ich habe in der ersten Nacht leider nicht das gebuchte Zimmer erhalten, was etwas enttäuschend war. Ab der zweiten Nacht bekam ich jedoch ein wunderschönes Zimmer mit traumhaftem Blick auf den See – der Sonnenaufgang auf der Terrasse war ein echtes Highlight. Das Frühstück war einfach, aber okay – typisch für viele Unterkünfte auf Bali. Ich habe über das Homestay eine Scooter-Tour zum Virgin Beach gebucht. Strand sehr schön – absolut empfehlenswert! In der Nähe gibt es ein paar Restaurants, und zum Jemeluk Strand läuft man etwa 15–20 Minuten. Insgesamt ein netter Aufenthalt mit ein paar Abzügen am Anfang, aber vielen schönen Eindrücken, die bleiben.

The host was very kind and welcoming. The location was good for what we wanted — we could walk to some of the best beaches for snorkeling. Breakfast was nothing extraordinary, but it was fine, and the views from the front patio were beautiful.

The facilities are quite old and in need of maintenance. On some days, we had a lot of bees inside the room, as if there was a nest nearby. We also found medium-sized droppings every morning; we were never sure if they were from a bat or a gecko, but we ended up having to get the rabies vaccine just in case.

La vue de la terrasse, la chambre est spacieuse et propre avec un lit très confortable et grand. Le personnel était adorable. Mention spéciale pour leur petit déjeuner : du choix, de la quantité et qualité. Sur la terrasse privée encore mieux !!

Sea view, nice breakfast, simple but clean and big room. My motorcicle broke down and the owner was super helpfull to get me a truck to move it. Very food value for money.

pictures don’t accurately depict the state or atmosphere of the room. i stayed in the top standard room. the internet connection was poor and slow. wouldn’t recommend it for the price i paid. the bed is not comfy it’s like lying on concrete. and the pillows aren’t soft they’re rock hard. not as vibrant and pretty as i was expecting.

Homestay très agréable, avec une jolie vue mer depuis la terrasse. Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques, à l'écoute et aidant. Le petit déjeuner est agréable et l'on peut choisir plusieurs options. La chambre est très grande est joliment aménagée.

Les seuls points négatifs que je vois sont les rideaux blancs dans la chambre, qui laissent passer toute la lumière du jour. Et le fait que la porte de la salle de bains de ma chambre ne fermait pas donc cela laisse entrer les insectes et est une perte d'énergie de la climatisation.

Amazing hosts looking after my dive gear until I come back next time

I loved how peaceful this place is! The apartment was very nice and super clean. One of the best parts was being able to see the ocean right from my bed, such a beautiful view to wake up to. In the evenings, I enjoyed sitting on the balcony and watching the stars. A perfect spot to relax!

Mijn kamer bood goed uitzicht op zee en de zonsopkomst. Goed bed en erg hete douche voor 15 minuten. Personeel was erg vriendelijk en hielp mij aan een ontbijt voor dat de keuken open ging.

Kamer was erg basic. Geen waterkoker beschikbaar voor de vroege vogels onder ons. De keuken gaat pas om 08:00 am open.

Amazing hosts and beautiful view

Nos alojamos aquí porque íbamos a bucear en las hermosas playas de Amed, pero las fotos de las habitaciones no se corresponden con la realidad. El personal es super amable pero el alojamiento no lo recomiendo.

Hay que subir como 4 pisos de escaleras hasta llegar a tu habitación. Luego la limpieza justita, habitación muy amplia pero poco cuidada, la cama estaba a punto de deshacerse. Colchón muy fino y almohada enorme. Muchísimas hormigas en la habitación incluso en la cama. El baño semiabierto (como en casi todos los alojamientos) pero con muchas cosas oxidadas y le faltaba limpieza. El desayuno también es un poco justo la verdad, un zumo y una tortilla con una rebanada de pan no alimenta demasiado.

Rooms are clean and very nice, each room has beautiful veiw. I stayed on the top - I hadn't directed veiw to the sea but it was still beautiful to seat on my terrace with a lot of trees (ocean you can see also 😁) The family here very helpful and nice. I felt very comfortable with them. Very recommend this place for staying.

I received a nice warm welcome from Ketut and Wayan. The rooms were lovely .I booked for one night and had the middle floor room which had a seating area outside the room and a big veranda with an amazing view of the ocean. Great place to experience the sunset and sunrise with the beach just across the road it was great. I extended as I really loved it there. Ketut's breakfasts were lush.

Badezimmer ist grauenvoll! 1000 Mücken, Toilette ist kaputt, feucht, kaltes wasser(was mich nicht stört), kein richtiger duschkopf, alles schon echt herunter gekommen

La familia que lo gestiona es genial y te ayudan para todo, transporte o lo que necesites. El alojamiento y desayuno es básico pero estupendísimo por precio, situación, instalaciones y tranquilidad. Recomiendo sobre todo la habitación número 1, es la más cercana y con terraza enorme. Y con armario y mesa para dejar cosas. Algo que en Indonesia no ocurre siempre. El baño muy bien y muy cómodo.

Hay que subir muchas escaleras, por eso la mejor opción es la Habitación 1

We had a lovely room with an undercover balcony and attached was another huge balcony with two reclining deck chairs and a big umbrella with the most amazing sea views. We spent a lot of time watching all the fishing boats coming and going from these deck chairs. Sunrises were very special to watch coming up over Lombok. The family that run the business (Wayan & Ketut, their Son Deo & the two staff Kadek & Kadek) were super friendly and helpful for anything we needed including renting motorbikes at a reasonable price and taking care of our laundry. We ate dinner most nights in their warung and the meals were always delicious and well priced. It’s a short walk to the beach and other close by restaurants and the mini mart was about a leisurely 10 minute walk away. The staff that worked there were really friendly and we enjoyed getting to know them. The hot water always worked and the WIFI was excellent. The accommodation is great value for money.

L’espace de la chambre est grande et le plafond haut ce qui est agréable ! Il y a la Clim. Une armoire pour ranger c’est bien. Et la salle de bain est originale avec l’eau qui sort par un tuyau d’un seau d’eau. Le service Landry est disponible directement sur place et le personnel très agréable. Petit déjeuner très bon ( omelette au top)

Sur les photos on voit une terrasse avec des transats et une vue sur la mer, et pour notre logement ce n’était pas le cas (chambre 3). Pas de transat et à peine la vue sur la mer, nous avions le seul logement sans tout ça. On avait tout de même une terrasse mais ça fait râler de voir en photo et de s’attendre à un autre type de terrasse. En soit ce n’est pas grave mais qu’ils préviennent lors de la réservation serait mieux , ou alors que les prix diffèrent.

Chambre confortable avec un grand lit, une moustiquaire, la clim et une terrasse privée vue mer. Bon rapport qualité/ prix. Et leur curry est délicieux !!

Odeur d'égout dans la salle de bain mais ça ne nous a pas trop dérangé. Bien de louer un scooter pour accéder aux plages sympas.

La proximité avec le Sunset point fait de cet établissement un lieu parfait pour séjourner ! Ils disposent également d’un restaurant (Warung) où tout est cuisiné sur place, c’était très bon ! Il y a des espaces de rangements et une salle de bain très spacieuse

Le matelas est un peu dur Il y a beaucoup d’escaliers pour atteindre la chambre. Cela ne m’a pas dérangé car je suis jeune, mais cela pourrait poser problème à des personnes en moins bonne santé.

We had room 2 with a larger terrace out the front with fabulous view and good for sunrise tai chi and yoga. Also a veranda directly outside room with chairs. Now been in Indo for 6 weeks and still rate food at cafe as amongst very best have had for breakfast and dinners. There are other great food and coffee places nearby and access to the beach just down the hill . Be prepared for plenty of stairs ( great views often come with stairs) Titi, Wayan and staff were very friendly and helpful. :-) Have already booked again for next year.!!

Alles wat we nodig hadden was aanwezig. Goed verzorgd eenvoudig ontbijt. De kamer was schoon en extra’s in de badkamer. Heel vriendelijk stel die overal een antwoord op had……

C'est une petite pépite nichée discrètement à 20 min en scooter de l'école de plongée où j'ai passé 4 nuits. La chambre est spacieuse, propre équipée d'une coiffeuse et d'un grand balcon avec une très belle vue sur la mer au loin. Sur place, vous pouvez loué a peu pres tout ce que vous souhaitez masque et tuba, scooter, service laundry. Possibilité d'un petit déjeuner léger (le choix est limité à 2 options), fontaine à eau à disposition. Les jus de fruits sont frais et fait maison. J'entendais le vent soufflé à l'intérieur de ma chambre le soir c'était très agréable et relaxant. La grande chambre comporte un voilage sur le lit. Cest tres jolie. J'ai passé un très agréable séjour. La gentillesse des hôtes est incroyable ! Vous vivez un peu comme à la maison. Merci 🤲🏽 J'ai eu un peu froid car la clim est très forte et souffle sur le lit.

J'aurai bien apprécié 2 poubelles dans ma chambre. Je n'en n'ai eu qu'une seule même après l'avoir signalé à la très gentille dame. J'ai d'abord du jeter mes déchets dans mon propre sac plastique ... bof La connexion WIFI n'est pas stable. J'ai utilisé mon forfait Indonésien car le réseau buggait. Attention pour aller dans la chambre il faut monter un long escalier avec de très grandes marches inégales. Il faut donc être en condition physique pour le faire. J'avoue qu'avec l'humidité, la chaleur et les 2 plongées quotidiennes c'était plutôt fatiguant. Le logement était plutôt éloigné de mon école de plongée mais la qualité de la cambre et la gentillesse du couple ont largement dépassé ce leger désagrément.
