Reviewed May 1, 2025The manager (female, but forgot her name) on duty the morning that I checked out was very sympathetic to the concerns that I expressed.
Both of the ladies at the front desk (check-in and out ) were less than courteous. I have mobility issues, and after many hours in the car, I was stiff and sore. I asked the clerk checking me in if I could have a chair to sit down during the process, and I literally had to beg. There were problems with my room (couldn't use the phone to call the front desk, and the handheld shower didn't work). I tried to tell the front desk clerk the following morning, but she was on a call, so when I went in to breakfast I asked the VERY nice waitress if she would ask her to come talk to me for a couple of minutes, so that the issues could be taken care of before the next guest in that room arrived. The front desk clerk gave her a card for the extension that I could call from my (broken) room phone. I told the waitress that my phone was broken, which was one of the reasons I needed to talk to her. Finally, the manager came to me and appeared concerned and politely thanked me.
