J’ai vraiment adoré la propreté du lieu, tout était fait dans les moindres détails, Alexandre nous a merveilleusement bien accueilli et a été très réactif. Les cottages sont à proximité de plein de belles choses et Moon cottage loue des scooters et autres pour se déplacer c’est parfait !

J’ai adoré mon séjour chez Moon cottage, il y a tout à proximité et les hôtes sont vraiment géniaux. Le cottage est totalement conforme aux photos et à la description, je recommande à 100 % 👍🏼👍🏼 Merci encore !!

L’acceuil et la localisation !

J’ai passé un super séjour dans cet établissement, les propriétaires étaient très sympa. L’établissement est super bien placé le jacuzzi sur la terrasse est top, très bon rapport qualité prix.

Super endroit et cottage, le cottage est comme sur les photos c’est vraiment un endroit agréable et bien situé, proche de la plage ainsi que des restaurants. Merci pour l’accueil si on a la moindre question Alex et David sont là pour nous renseigner c’est vraiment un plus.

J'ai passé un super séjour à Koh Samui au Moon Cottage ! Le site est vraiment très sympa ,avec une piscine et jaccuzi sur place et proche de la plage les gérants sont disponibles et donnent de très bons conseils pour découvrir l'île .c'était ma première venue a Koh Samui et je suis vraiment très content de mon séjour

Nous avons passé une très belle nuit dans cet hôtel. Le personnel est vraiment adorable et aux petits soins, ce qui rend le séjour très agréable. Le site est actuellement en rénovation, mais tout est très propre et bien entretenu. Nous avons passé un très bon moment et reviendrons avec plaisir !

Podría ser un lugar genial: la ubicación es genial y tiene un buen terreno. Pero las fotos son muy distintas a la realidad, la casa está descuidada y hay varias cosas rotas y que no funcionan. No nos limpiaron la habitación ni una vez en toda la estancia, ni siquiera tiraron la basura. El aire no funcionaba bien el primer día, y dijeron que lo mirarían pero luego pasaron (todo por teléfono ya que en ma oficina no había nadie nunca). Lo peor: El anteúltimo día estábamos en la playa y nos llamaron y dejaron mensajes desesperados diciendo que nos habíamos confundido y que nuestro check out era ese día, que teníamos que abandonar la habitación inmediatamente ya que llegaban nuevos huéspedes. Fuimos corriendo a Booking y vimos que todo lo teníamos correctamente.. se lo vuelvo a decir, y me dice que fue un error de su departamento de reservas. Ni siquiera nos pidió disculpas. Lamentablemente, una decepción

The generous, kindness of the staff

I cancelled, couldn't stay. The way to the room, the stairs were insecure, all broken. I didn't feel beeing there 6 nights. David was exceptional, tried to help. He had a better room for only 2 nights. Wasn't convenient for me. He took me on his scooter to find another hotel!!! Awesome!

La ubicación y la amplitud de la habitación. Agradecemos que nos pusieran una cama supletoria para el bebé sin pedirlo y sin coste adicional. Nos dejaron agua y toallas.

Buen hotel mal gestionado, me explico: - Las expectativas eran muy altas por las fotos en booking y la realidad era distinta. Lo que esperábamos como la mejor estancia en Tailandia fue una decepción. - La nevera estaba rota, le faltaba la puerta del congelador. - La parte de "lluvia" de la ducha también estaba rota. - El terreno sin cesped, solo hormigón y tierra. - El jacuzzi no funcionaba correctamente, ya que solo funcionaban dos agujeros y nos dijeron que las piezas tardarían mucho en llegar. Además, estaba amarillento, habría que darle una buena mano de limpieza profunda. - Convivimos con las hormigas todos los días, hasta que un día, de repente, entraron cientos a la habitación. Nos dijeron que era porque había comida y no era así. Precisamente, estaban lejos de donde había comida. - Dejamos cosas dentro de la caja fuerte, sin cerrarla ni bloquearla. A los dos días nos la encontramos cerrada y bloqueada. No sabemos qué pasó, pero fue raro. Pedimos la llave de emergencia para desbloquearla. - A nuestro bebé se le escapó el pipí en la cama doble dos noches seguidas. Avisamos para que limpiaran y cambiaran sábanas, pero solo hicieron el cambio de sábanas en ambos casos, así que dormimos con olor a pipí todos los días. Nos dijeron que nos cobrarían en caso de que volviera a pasar y lo aceptamos, pero no limpiaron el colchón en ningún momento.

Chambre spacieuse et propre avec un extérieur privé très agréable (piscine, mobilier de jardin, bbq) Taxi organisé par l’hôte si vous le souhaitez pour aller au port ou à l’aéroport Possibilité de location de scooter sur place Bon emplacement globalement, nombreux restaurants, commerces, laundry et une plage accessibles à pied depuis l’hôtel.

Pas de ménage quotidien et manque de produits de toilettes. Attention nombreux moustiques en soirée.

Fijn huisje, goede ligging.

Slechte communicatie. Wij voelde ons niet welkom en zelfs geïntimideerd. Wij hebben bij aankomst geen enkele informatie ontvangen over schoonmaak, excursies of iets dergelijks. Er is ons herhaaldelijk verteld dat wij konden annuleren en ons geld terug konden krijgen, en dat hij het gevoel had dat wij de accommodatie niet leuk vonden. Dat was echter helemaal niet aan de orde. Gebreken moet je echter wel kunnen melden. De verrassing kwam echter achteraf, er was niemand aanwezig bij uitchecken, wij moesten de sleutels achterlaten bij de receptie. Een paar uur daarna krijg ik een appje dat er 2 huisjes zijn waarvan de sloten kapot zijn en dat ik per huisje 2200 bath moet betalen. Ik zei dat ik dit niet ging betalen omdat toen wij weg gingen het slot van het genoemde huisje nog gewoon werkte en het andere inderdaad niet op slot ging, maar dit had ik op dag 3 al gemeld en was niet door ons kapot gemaakt. Toen werd er gedreigd met aangifte bij de politie en Melding bij booking.com. En dat wij de enige gasten zijn in 8 jaar tijd die niet tevreden zijn. Dit heeft ervoor gezorgd dat wij een nare bijsmaak hebben over ons verblijf hier. Terwijl wij wel degelijk tevreden waren over het verblijf, ondanks de gebreken, maar die konden opgelost worden, echter ben ik niet te spreken over hoe er met ons is om gegaan, zeer klantonvriendelijk.

Super lieber Gastgeber, toller Service, wundervolle Unterkunft und der private Whirlpool ein absolutes Highlight!

We loved the outdoor area, gorgeous bathroom alongside the private jacuzzi and the shared pool was incredible. It’s a great location and our host was extremely attentive during our stay

the only minor downside is the aircon doesn’t reach the sleeping area very quickly so it can be difficult to cool down during the day if you are in bed

Peace, quiet and privacy. Plenty of space. Private garden and jacuzzi-pool. Well kitted out to be a little self catering, plus outdoor kitchen! Short walk to the beach nearby. Great hosts.

Not importsnt to me, but if you want to be on the doorstep of bars, clubs and party town ... might not be for you, although that is all only a short bike ride away.

Très beaux appartements, malgré les travaux en cours. Residence très calme, gérant très accueillant, petit bassin sur la terrasse. Mon seul regret : avoir passé une seule nuit.

Séjour trop court !

Endroit très agréable proche de la plage et des commodités. Nous sommes partis à plusieurs et alex à été aux petits soins avec nous. Location scooter, bon plan restaurants, bars, plages.... Hébergement climatisation avec son propre jacuzzi. Et une piscine pour l'ensemble des 8 cottages. Nous avons réellement apprécié ce séjour. Des restaurants juste à côté, salon massage, laverie. Nous reviendront avec grand plaisir.

Nous avons été super bien accueilli par Alex. Il a été aux petits soins. Les cottages sont agréables avec la climatisation.. l'espace jacuzzi dans chaque location et une piscine collective. Les cottages sont très spacieux, confortables et bien équipés. La literie est excellente et le calme absolu. Piscine magnifique également Rapport qualité prix imbattable .

Qu il faille en partir!

Nous avons passé deux jours au Moon Cottage et nous y reviendrons sans la moindre hésitation. En un mot : top ! L’accueil est vraiment super. Alexandre est toujours disponible pour répondre à nos questions et nous donne d’excellents conseils. On sent qu’il fait confiance à ses clients et c’est réciproque ! L’hébergement est impeccable ! Tout est propre, bien pensé et cosy. Un frigo, un micro-ondes, une bouilloire, de la vaisselle… tout est prévu pour qu’on se sente bien chez soi. Et le jacuzzi… Parfait pour les petites soirées tranquilles et se rafraîchir en douceur. La situation géographique est idéale ! C’est dans un coin calme de Koh Samui, loin du bruit, mais avec tout à portée de main. Un 7/11 à 3 minutes à pied, des restaurants en quantité et la plage à moins de 7 minutes. On a aussi loué un scooter chez Alexandre pour 6 €/jour pratique et abordable pour explorer l’île ! Je recommande à 1000 % ! 🙌

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Le logement est très agréable, propre et calme. La situation est idéale, à 5 minutes à pied de la belle plage de Choeng Mon Beach. Un immense merci à David pour son accueil, sa gentillesse et son aide. Le rapport qualité-prix est exceptionnel.

Moon Cottage was a fantastic place to stay—great location, peaceful, and quiet at night, which made it perfect for relaxing. One of the highlights for us was the hot tub; we used it every evening to cool down, and it was such a great addition to the experience. We also found that we had the main pool to ourselves most days, which made it feel even more private and special. David was incredibly helpful when we arrived, taking the time to explain everything clearly and making sure we were comfortable from the start. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend Moon Cottage to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway.

L’acceuil d’Alex le patron, une personne au top qui vous accompagne parfaitement tout au long de votre séjour. Un endroit calme et agréable la piscine toujours propre, piscine commune quasi privée lol franchement séjour parfait. l’accueil a été parfait, la piscine était superbe et bien entretenue. le bungalow spacieux avec un superbe extérieur. literie très confortable avec une equipe de femmes de menages a l’écoutent et aux petits soins. sa situation géographique en fais un atout plus que fabuleux. 4 min a pieds de la plage avec ces restaurants. merci encore a Alex pour tous ces conseils et infos. je reviendrais avec très grand plaisirs. mais cette fois ci plus longtemps.

The bed was extremely comfortable, the space was generous, and having our own private pool and jacuzzi made it feel like a true luxury escape. Even in just one night, we were able to completely switch off and relax. The tropical garden setting adds to the charm — it feels like a secluded oasis, yet it’s still conveniently close to restaurants, shops, and the beach, giving you the perfect balance of tranquillity and accessibility. A special mention has to go to Alex, who manages the property. He was fantastic from start to finish — friendly, attentive, and genuinely caring. Even though our stay was short, he made sure everything was perfect and gave us some great recommendations. His hospitality really made a difference and elevated our experience. It’s rare to find somewhere that leaves such a strong impression in just one night, but Moon Cottage did exactly that. Next time, we’ll definitely be staying longer. Highly recommended for couples looking for a romantic and relaxing getaway in Koh Samui. 🌺

Ich hatte einen perfekten Aufenthalt im Moon Cottage auf Koh Samui. Die Lage ist ruhig und trotzdem nah am Strand, an Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Die Unterkunft ist sehr gepflegt, sauber und liebevoll gestaltet, mit schönem Garten, Pool und privatem Whirlpool. Besonders begeistert haben mich der freundliche, hilfsbereite Service von Gastgeber Alexander und die entspannte Atmosphäre. Das WLAN war schnell, großer moderner TV, alles war top organisiert und ich habe mich rundum wohlgefühlt. Absolut empfehlenswert – ich komme sehr gerne wieder. Danke an den tollen Gastgeber Alex

The cottage itself was clean, comfortable, and very private, surrounded by hedges in a yard with a jacuzzi.

Everything was perfect in this lovely place. Our cottage was very comfortable with all the amenities provided for. We just wish we had stayed more than one night and made use of our private spa right outside our room! Alex the owner/caretaker was very friendly and helpful right from the time we made the booking. We were also able to rent a scooter from him at a very reasonable price. Would highly recommend staying here. It's a lovely part of Koh Samui with many restaurants and massage places within walking distance.

Ne suis rester qu’une nuit, et il ne faisait pas super bon.. difficile d’apprécier le reste des équipements et la plage était démontée 😁

Super établissement, chambre très spacieuse, moderne et confortable ! Nous aurions aimé rester plus lgt. Petite piscine à bulle sur la terrasse et grande piscine ouverte au client de l’hôtel. Situé dans une rue au calme, et à 2 min à pied de plusieurs restaurants, et 10min max de la plage.

They were very respectful, met me at the taxi stand, and provided everything I needed. They even offered bicycle rentals and gave me a discount. Fantastic place and good location, a few steps away from a lovely beach. Very friendly owner and staff, we felt at home immediately. Our unit was recently renovated and we enjoyed our private pool and barbecue (braai). Lots of convenience shops, restaurants, massage shops and pharmacies very close by. Ideal place to come and explore Samui, but still relax and not feel overwhelmed by too much hustle and bustle. Thank you Alex, will see you guys again.

What a hidden gem this is alex the host will make you feel at home a lovely man and nothing is to much trouble for him. Rent a scooter or car from the premises. Airport pick up for a small fee. Beach is a 4 minute walk or scooter will take you straight to the beachfront. Rooms are large with all you need for your stay i found it very peaceful even tho your close to the main road it set back enough so you don't hear and traffic. Nice jacuzzi in cottage and also a nice pool at the end of the cottage road. All staff will make you feel at home. 10/10.
