Hôtel récent, agréable avec des chambres très spacieuses, même pour les voyageurs solo. La vue de la piscine et du bar est magnifique et l’on peut y admirer de très beaux couchers de soleil. L’hôtel étant excentré, un véhicule est nécessaire si l’on souhaite profiter de l’île.

Es ist ein sehr schönes Hotel, man braucht allerdings ein Auto, um sich auch etwas anderes ansehen zu können. Es gibt Shuttle Busse, aber nicht so viele. Die Liegen wurden morgens leider immer schnell reserviert , um danach zu frühstücken, aber da kann das Hotel nichts dafür. Das Personal beim Frühstück war extrem fleißig und hat sehr viel gearbeitet!

It’s nice but there’s nothing around, you need a car to move everywhere

The hotel is filthy, the staff does not care to help accommodate any of your needs. The price you pay to stay verses the cleanliness of the hotel is so sad.

The staff at the hotel were extremely helpful and kind. I’d definitely stay there again. Everything was very clean & the food was delicious.

The floor is a little bit dusty

The property was very nice with a great view. The bedroom was more than spacious with a great balcony and view. The pool area got taken up pretty quickly by early comers. The pool furniture has seen better days... Stains on the cushions, broken chairs, food and drink cups left out.. It could have used more TLC to keep together. Breakfast was great and we even had dinner on site. We were a little upset that the 2nd restaurant was not opened. I dont know if it was because we did stay at the resort for the days it was opened or because if it was not functioning. Overall it was a nice place to stay.

Vi har tilbragt en uge, 2 voksne og en teen på 14. Stedet ligger smukt og kun ca. 20 min. kørsel fra chania lufthavn. Deres all inclucive er ganske OK og servicen er imødekommende og professionel. Vi havde et Deluxe dobbelt værelse med Sea view, hvilket kan anbefales. # pools, hvor en ligger lidt nede. Den er afældre dato men man kan opholde sig i ro, uden musik og larm. Hvor de store nyere pools, er med høj musik og mange mennesker. De har en badebro hvorfra man skal kunne bade i havet. denne var de første dage lukket pga., vind, derefter funktionsfelj! Øv, hvis man gerne vil bade i det smukke hav. De skulle vælge at lade deres personale rydde mere op, Der var beskidt og flød med gl. glads mv. ved pool områderne, specielt ved den lille. Hvor der hver dag sad en livredder, i 9 timer, uden at rejse sig med en mobil. Det ville klæde hotellet, omgivelserne og deres "stjerner". Bestemt et sted, som er værd at komme tilbage til. Bonus: en taxi koster 35 euro fra Lufthavnen. Hotellet har dagligt shuttel, til Chania 2 gange og en til Starvos strand ( meget smuk 6 min væk. ) 1 gang om dagen. Begge med retur igen og disse koster ikke noget for hotellets gæster.

Atmosphere peaceful & relaxed

Absolutely amazing the manager was amazing and made sure me and my son had the best day. Sorting out reservations for us in one of the best restaurants! Unforgettable!

Great property. But still need some services to be 5*. Add more vegetarian and vegan options for food, that will be great.

Fantastiskt hotell så klart. Bra poolområde, grymt fina rum, fin utsikt. Enda minuset var att det inte fanns någon strand samt att vi hade en dålig avloppsdoft i vårt rum. Ev lite överpriset men absolut ett väldigt fint hotell.

Everything was good only thing was no room service and also one person taking orders at the bar pool area with almost 100 people the day I was there. It was slow and couldn’t get my food and drinks fast enough

Illallisella palvelu oli hidasta ja kaikkea piti pyytää erikseen, kuten vettä, juomia ja ruokailuvälineitä. Kaikki tarjoilu meni usean työntekijän kautta, joten se oli hidasta ja vaivalloista. Huoneet ja varsinkin allasalue olivat hienoja ja miljöö ja maisema upeita. Paras allasalue, jossa olen ollut.

Nice place. The food left something to decire

This property was absolutely beautiful! There wasn’t beach access so you would have to walk/bike/drive to beach.

Could be better

Great hotel! Staff were lovely, house keeping was a bit lousy however and the food is very average (dinner buffet service). Apart from that it’s a beautiful hotel with lots to see around the property and the views are spectacular.

Our stay here was lovely! My wife and I look forward to returning. We had a room with a decent view of the ocean and a private balcony to enjoy that view. Breakfast was rich in quality and variety. Dinner buffet though was not impressive at all the one time we tried it but we actually preferred driving out for dinner in the Old Venetian harbor so wasn’t really a big deal to us. Hotel staff was warm and friendly. There was a particular middle age bald gentleman that was excellent. He poured me some wine when we first arrived and checked with us throughout our stay, asking how things were going. The housekeeping lady was also awesome and I have never met anybody so excited to be of service. She almost begged us everyday to allow her clean and will negotiate different times to stop by and clean to make sure it didn’t interfere with our stay. I even tried to give her a large tip for excellent service and she declined politely and said it was her pleasure to give us the best service. Wow! The swimming pool was the best I’ve seen in any hotel or resort. I was able to go out there and lap swim a couple times. It is huge, deep, clean, and very salty (be warned lol). It has a helicopter pad - was curious what for but didn’t remember to ask. Access to the simply gorgeous and raw mix of rocks, ocean, and waves, makes for excellent photo and video backgrounds. Free parking was also a treat. The gym was well equipped and I used it a lot. We will definitely be returning in the future!

The hotel is very peaceful and beautifully decorated, offering stunning views. The staff were incredibly friendly and provided excellent service, especially in the restaurant, pool, bar areas and reception. The food was very delicious, and the room was both elegant and well-appointed. The hotel is very spacious and excellently equipped.

We thoroughly enjoyed our 5 nights stay in the Resort. Its a top comfort resort with all the facilities like big swimming pool, Gym, spa, excellent quality food and service. The resort is at top location with marvellous Sea view. We enjoyed each evening sunset view. The hotel manager Ilias is very friendly person who gave us some really good tips for sight seeing and shopping. Overall great stay! If you are staying for longer duration, Car is recommended for mobility. The Rental cars are easily available at the airport and very economical.

Es una gran opción de estadía. Tiene un gran servicio, el lugar es muy bonito y las areas comunes están increíbles. Queda a 25 min del centro de Chania/ Canea, pero cuentan con transporte que sale a las 5pm y regresa a las 10pm. Ideal para pasar la tarde ahí, conocer y cenar.

Absolutely one of the best places I have stayed in. Summary of my personal views. + Fresh breakfast with nice morning and sea views. + I appreciated the parking space and possibilities to park there. + Fantastic views from the hotel regardless where you are located. + Amanda gave us fantastic recommendations what to do around the hotel and places worth visiting. Absolutely recommend Marathi and Seitan beach, including Stravos beach, great mix of restaurants after hanging on the beach. -Outstanding SPA services, thanks to the team. + Good gym facility - Room service needs some improvement as I was told I can’t order to food to my room. - if you want to eat after 22:00 no food is available which is bit confusing because we landed very late. You have to order outside of the hotel which we did not knew. - it is bite annoying that you can’t take charges on the room number. You have to pay onsite all the times. I would preferred to pay on the room and pay afterward.

Beautiful area and facilities.

1. The hotel is beautiful and offers a relaxing environment with a high standard or decor throughout. 2. There is a good level of cleanliness with spacious rooms and large balconies. 3. There are plenty of comfortable poolside seating with snacks and drinks available until 6pm. 4. The staff are friendly and approachable. Frustratingly there is a lack of communication and attention to detail which negatively impacted our stay and fell below my expectations of a hotel under the hilton umbrella. Most of my issues about this hotel relate to restaurants. Due to the rural location it was improtant to have a variety of options on-site but the information on the website and inside the hotel is misleading. 1. The à la carte restaurant ELEONAS is open for part of this season as only (actual months it is open is not advertised anywhere) 2. Despite the hotel room providing a room service menu/ opening times there is no room service available - you will not be informed of this until you attempt to order. 3. During my stay the buffet restaurant KRETE went between à la carte and buffet without notice ‘because they had by buffet booking. This varied the cost of dinner for 2 people from €30 à la carte to €68 for buffet. 4. Buffet options were mostly cold and lack variety. 5. There are no telephone numbers listed for internal calls such as reception so needed to use my personal phone to call the website number for any assistance. The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast each morning and loved the convenient location close to Venetian town.

The hotel itself is wonderful the decor is fantastic.. but that’s where it stops the service was lousy and the cleanliness of the room and hotel is not great.

The resort itself was beautiful, plenty of activities around the area as well. The dinner option wasn’t included (we were under the impression it was) and it was quite pricey. You can go to several restaurants for half the price of the dinner at Isla Brown.

Struttura molto bella e posizione meravigliosa. Peccato per tutto il resto, a partire dalla pulizia della camera, del servizio inesistente (5 stelle???) e della mancanza della vista mare, per la quale avevamo pagato.

Lovely property and rooms but pool area was so loud due to an afternoon DJ. Our on was lovely but in a noisy section - downstairs near shop, table tennis area and bar. I think it’s important to know where your room is. Pool was lovely.

Tuvimos que esperar 30 min para tener disponible nuestra habitación. En la habitación había un ruido incómodo, que no te dejaba descansar bien.

Πολύ ωραίο ξενοδοχείο με προσεγμένους χώρους, χτισμένο πάνω σε μια τεράστια έκταση πάνω στη θάλασσα. Υπέροχο lobby , εξαιρετική υποδοχή,γρήγορο check in και check out. Πολύ μεγάλα και άνετα δωμάτια με ωραία θέα στη θάλασσα αν γίνει αυτή η επιλογή δωματίου. Υπερπλήρες πρωινό, εξυπηρετικό προσωπικό και ωραίο μπαρ με πολύ καλά ποτά. Οι πισίνες μεγάλες και πεντακάθαρες. Παραλία δεν υπάρχει μόνο μία εξέδρα που όταν έχει κύμα η θάλασσα το κολύμπι είναι αδύνατο. Υποχρεωτική η ενοικίαση αυτοκινήτου διότι το ξενοδοχείο είναι αρκετά μακριά από το κέντρο και τις παραλίες. Ιδιαίτερα πολύπλοκο σύστημα με τον φωτισμό του δωματίου και έλλειψη πριζων οπότε πρέπει κανείς να έχει μαζί του οπωσδήποτε πολυπριζο. Οι καθαρίστριες δεν ανανεώνουν πάντα τα σαμπουάν γενικά απ'ότι κατάλαβα το καθάρισμα γίνεται αρκετά γρήγορα χωρίς μεγάλη προσοχή. Συνολικά έμεινα πολύ ευχαριστημένος και θα ξαναεμενα σίγουρα.

If you like 70 and 80 hits and loud music at breakfast, the swimmingpool area and even at the sea side - this is the place to be. Twice a week there were also DJ with tekno Music at the swimmingpool area. The life guard at the sea side (with rocks) was sitting more in the bar area and watching his phone, than at the post by the sea.

Well maintained Hotel with a very ambitious staff, especially F&B. There is a new General Manager who seems to bring the hotel on an even better level.

Mein Flug wurde annulliert und deswegen habe ich da übernachtet. Hatte Meerblick gebucht aber ich bekam Hofblick. Das Personal hat sich bemüht meine Wünsche zu erfüllen. Es gab dann moch ein Testalarm für Evakuation während des Frühstücks. Poolbereich nicht angenehm. Es ist eher ein Businesshotel glaube ich.

Rude staff on late evening shift, on Thursday evening ala carte closed. Only buffe with bad food available for high prices. Despite Hilton honor gold member no benefits offered or available.

Maintenance is poor

The staff and property were excellent. Room service was very slow we were out of toilet paper for a full day and the one time the serviced our room they took most of our towels. Beautiful property otherwise with beautiful pools and facilities. It’s about 30 minutes from actual Chania town but they provide a shuttle that leaves at 5pm and returns at 1030pm. When we got on it was full so they arranged a taxi.

Uns hat das Hotel sehr gut gefallen, sehr ästhetisch eingerichtet und vor allem sauber. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und lässt keine Wünsche übrig. Es ist ruhig gelegen, ein Mietwagen bietet sich an, wenn man öfter als 1 mal in die Stadt reinfahren möchte. Ich hätte mir nur mehr Abendprogramm gewünscht, es war aber noch nicht viel los, da wir außerhalb de Saison da waren und es grad erst neu eröffnet hat. Zusammengefasst wirklich ein wunderbares Hotel zum Entspannen.

Hotel buildings is not prepared for bad weather. First day of lightening, thunder and torrential rain, water came through bedroom door. Rang to get towels to stem the flow. Visit to reception and another phone call, two hours or so later, still nothing. Went to reception again. Was told no other rooms available. Managed to get some towels then, told someone will come to clean up/see to problem. Was told several times – no action. Next morning, went to reception, showed young receptionist pictures. By now there was thick mud outside the door, dirtying our footwear, feet, legs and clothes (from splash back). Slippery. She apologised and said she will send someone. This was the only apology we received the multiple times we spoke to other hotel staff in person/telephone calls. After breakfast, we could see some attempt had been made to clear the mud. A groundsman arrived and said he doesn’t what to do. He had a conversation with a couple of hotel staff who was working on a nearby room to sort something out. Some boarding was subsequently placed over the now muddy pool of water. Weather affected the hotel lobby (towels placed around floor areas), outside bar was slippery. When we arrived, we were told we were upgraded from garden room to sea view. However, the main view is a building. Felt downgraded. We made the mistake of not asking questions before accepting the 'upgraded' room.

We had a wonderful time celebrating my birthday at Isla Brown Chania! The staff is warm and welcoming, the environment and views are stunning. I got some spa treatments and they were some of the best I’ve ever had. Book your vacation for next season, don’t hesitate. Yes, if you want to see Crete, you’ll need a car- but we loved driving and there are many wonderful places to stop and visit if you have the flexibility of a car. And we enjoyed not being in the busy town on many days. We couldn’t have been happier with our entire stay and will never forget this trip. Thank you Isla Brown!!

Every single person of the staff were just incredibly helpful, kind, and caring. We had no problems during our 7 day visit. Already decided that we will be back at this lovely resort one day!

Restauration médiocres pour un établissement de luxe. Si vous terminez votre repas après 22 heures vous n’aurez plus de dessert .le personnel aura tout enlevé. INADMISSIBLE !!!!!! We used this hotel as a stop over for a pending flight. The room and pool were excellent though there was only a buffet for an evening meal. Would recommend

Las instalaciones del hotel, las hamacas de la piscina, el gym y las habitaciones grandes y espaciosas. El comedor y el personal muy buenos tambien. Solo faltaba por decir algo el aguacate. El parking se llena rapido y lo peor es la carretera para llegar. Por lo demas una estancia muy buena y placentera.Te ponen una botella de vino y agua embotellada todos los días.

Very nice hotel with comfy rooms and delicious breakfast. Pool area also nice. However, the hotel is located on the countryside with the pros and cons from such location. It is far away from party, busy traffic and noise. On the orker hand, it takes 40 minutes with bus to Chania. Unless you want to spend +25€ each way in taxi (which brings you there in 25 minutes each way). Limited dining options nearby, but we dined at Mitsos BBQ one evening, and would recommend that. All in all, a very nice hotel, but if you want to dine and take a stroll in Chania, you might consider a hotel closer to the city.

Hotel opened this year, the hotel is nice and beautiful but the staff has no training, the maintenance is really bad, pool area looks already old and outdated, garden not taken care of. Good potential but not managed. The hotel is not clean. The staff is not trained and doesn’t solve problems well.

Resort nuovo e molto bello. Camera molto bella, con vista mare e tutto è curato nei minimo particolari.

An overall lovely experience and can’t wait to return next year!

Good atmosphere

Recent refurbishment - wonderful pools and rooms; lack of room service or lunchtime meal options, except for the great buffet breakfast/dinner are areas for improvement. Housekeeping improvements requires as repeated requests for same queries not actioned. Overall could be a wonderful 5* location but still needs some improvement. Staff are incredibly helpful, friendly and the biggest asset!

The property is in the middle of no where but it is nice and quite and out of the way which is ideal. There is no beach at the hotel site so you need to travel else where so you need a car. The food is OK buffet dinner and breakfast, nothing amazing but the snacks in the afternoon pool is really bad so skip this. I wouldn't rate this a 5* Hotel more like a high 4* or a low 5*. They do really well in some areas but fail on the details. When I was there it was during their soft opening so there is plenty of room for improvements.

Das Zimmer hatte einige Spuren der Vorgänger, was das Bild des Hotels leider auch kaputt macht. Keine Schalldichtung, man hörte die Stimmen im Nachbarszimmer sowie die Leute im Gang. Zu wenig Haken im Badezimmer und auf dem Balkon gibt es keinen Wäscheständer. Reserve WC-Papierrolle nicht vorhanden, wir durften uns dann selbst darum kümmern. Frische Strandtücher werden bei der Zimmerreinigung nicht gebracht, kann diese jedoch beim Pool bezogen werden. Frühstück war dafür sehr positiv, es gab für jeden was und eine sehr grosse Auswahl an Speisen. Bedauerlicherweise zu wenig Personal, deshalb musste man immer auf den Kaffee warten. Ein Auto ist auf jeden Fall von Vorteil. Der Gepäckträger hat sich noch ein unpassender Streich gespielt. Wir waren mit dem Gepäck schon vor dem Hotel als er uns aufforderte, das Gepäck auf den Golfwagen zu laden und einzusteigen. Er machte eine Runde auf dem Parkplatz und sagte uns das Hotel sei voll und er würde uns in ein anderes bringen. Fanden wir gar nicht lustig und nicht professionell. Vor allem sind wir dann am selben Ort vor dem Hotel gefahren worden, an dem wir bereits waren.

Calling this a 5 star hotell is a legit joke. There is no system going on with the service. Realy unimpressed with the whole show lf the hotel. Beutifull place, but everything else just not up there. Looking like a 5 star hotel, but more like 3 with the service. Food was also very shabby and limites choices. We didnt even get our lunch we ordered. Cant say i want to return here with the pricepoint they are charging and with the limited service.

Soundproofing in the rooms were not good, the room next to us were really loud during the nights screaming, running, partying etc. so it was hard to sleep and the staff of the hotel didn’t complain to them about it. Also sometimes we didn’t get servicce from the staff in long time. Especially in the Pool restaurant. The gym was quite small. Overall nice and clean hotel.

Très bel hôtel avec une vue magnifique sur la mer et les montagnes Il vient juste d’ouvrir et nous avons profité du prix d’appel pour un hôtel de cette catégorie Un peu loin de la ville de chania mais on peut se baigner tout près et manger dans les environs

LAGE DER ANLAGE: irgendwo im Nirgendwo (Mietwagen dringend empfohlen), Tavernen in Stavros ca. 3 km (30 min zu Fuß durch wenig ansehnliche Landschaft); ANLAGE ALLGEMEIN: sehr stylisches Ambiente, da derzeit noch als "Soft Opening" kleinere Baustellen, defekter Fahrstuhl, ärgerlich ist die Parksituation auf dem hoteleigenen Parkplatz (hier kann man mangels vorgezeichneter Parkflächen durch chaotisches Parken der Gäste auch schnell mal zugeparkt werden!) ZIMMER: klemmende Zimmertür liess sich nur mit Gewalt und Krach ganz öffnen, im Mülleimer (Bad) noch Inhalt von vorigem Gast, Bad war noch feucht und roch sehr muffig, keine Wasserflasche/Kaffeekapseln zur Begrüßung (obwohl Setting dies vorsieht), TV-Fernbedienung verschollen, sehr wenige deutsche TV-Sender (dafür auch noch sehr schlechte Empfangsqualität), grosser Balkon und stylische Ausstattung, leider keine ausreichenden Haken, um Handtücher im Bad aufzuhängen, auf dem Balkon wünschten wir uns einen Wäscheständer o.ä. um Kleidung trocknen/ lüften zu können (dieses Problem konnte man bei allen Gästen beobachten, wenn überall Wäsche über der schicken Glasfront der Balkone hängt oder die stylischen Sitzmöbel auf dem Balkon von Badesachen und Handtüchern belegt werden, stört das auch das Erscheinungsbild der ganzen Anlage!) FRÜHSTÜCK: sehr umfangreich, Kaffee nur auf Nachfrage und sehr dünn REZEPTION: durch Reklamationen Zimmerwechsel bekommen, derart schlechtes Setting zum Check-in kein 5*Niveau (Upgrade/Freigetränk???)

This hotel is just perfect and suits all ages. Its idyllic location is only 15 minutes from chania airport. Brand new luxury hotel with great facilities with stunning views from the spacious restaurant terrace. The breakfast is one of the best I’ve ever had and you are clearly spoilt for choice. The Staff can not do enough for you. Greeting you with with smiles from the moment you step through the door. This hotel has thought of all the finishing touches. the whole design of the Isla brown chania is wonderful and very aesthetically pleasing. Will definitely be going back. You will need a car unless your plan is to just completely relax by one of the gorgeous pools. Or you can land in your helicopter if that’s your preference:)

This hotel is a real fabulous find! From the moment you step foot through the door, the wow factor is there! Warmest of welcome's and the happiest of staff. Nothing is to much trouble and the staff are very happy to help with local places to visit. Although all the facilities are not yet available as the hotel is only two weeks old. You really do not notice. The gym is 24/7 and the pools are full size.
