Il Melo Residence

As soon as you enter the property, you feel like you’ve stepped into a fairytale setting! A beautiful courtyard with parking spaces right next to your accommodation, so there’s no need to carry your luggage around, spacious and bright apartments with everything you need for a comfortable stay, and a private courtyard at the back of the apartment. The staff are also incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with anything you may need. The location was extremely convenient for my trips to the beautiful beaches in the area. I had a wonderful stay and will definitely be coming back soon!

Everything was super fine!

Nuestra estancia en el apartamento fue muy buena. El alojamiento estaba súper limpio, muy bonito y perfectamente cuidado. Se nota que está preparado con mucho mimo y atención a los detalles: no faltaba absolutamente de nada, había todo lo necesario y más, y todo estaba muy bien organizado. La ubicación también nos pareció fantástica, tanto para moverse en transporte público como en coche. Además, el hecho de contar con aparcamiento dentro del propio alojamiento es un punto a favor y nos resultó muy cómodo.

Como único aspecto a mejorar, nuestra experiencia con la anfitriona fue un poco fría. No tuvimos ningún problema importante, pero en algunos momentos la forma de comunicarnos ciertas cosas nos resultó algo poco agradable, quizá por el tono o la manera de expresarlas. Es algo totalmente subjetivo y nuestra experiencia personal, pero creemos que podría mejorar para hacer la estancia todavía más agradable.

Soggiorno incantevole! Appartamento magnifico, pulito e comodo. Laura è fantastica…si è dimostrata sempre disponibile, ci ha dato mille consigli e ci è sempre venuta incontro in ogni nostra esigenza. Davvero lo consiglio a tutti. Grazie ancora. Arrivederci alla prossima!

El apartamento es amplio y tiene un patio exterior, esta en una zona tranquila.

Lo alquilan para 5 personas y solo hay 4 sillas. La cocina es pequeña y los enseres de cocina son muy "justos" si quieres comer en el apartamento.

La amplitud del apartamento, el pequeño patio interior, contar con parking interior y la cercania del puerto para coger el ferry a Barcelona. El trato ha sido genial, super amables y el detalle de habernos dejado entrar en cuanto el apartamento estuviera listo.

La verdad, no se me ocurre nada negativo.

Soggiorno perfetto! Ho trascorso un soggiorno davvero piacevole in questo residence. La struttura si trova in un punto estremamente strategico e comodo per spostarsi e raggiungere ogni servizio. Gli ambienti sono curati e la pulizia è impeccabile. Un ringraziamento speciale va a Laura per la sua straordinaria disponibilità e gentilezza: ci ha fatti sentire accolti dal primo all'ultimo momento. Torneremo sicuramente!

Stationnement privé et sécurisé avec un portail et une clef ! Climatisation au sein de l'appartement, un réel plaisir sous les chaleurs de la Sardaigne en été. Résidence calme et agréable. Disponibilité des hôtes à n'importe quel moment !

Abbiamo soggiornato al Melo Residence a Porto Torres e posso dire che è stata un’esperienza davvero fantastica. La struttura è accogliente, pulita e curata, fornita di tutto il necessario, perfetta per trascorrere una vacanza in totale relax. Un ringraziamento speciale va al personale (Laura e Remo), sempre gentili, disponibili e attenti ad ogni esigenza. Ci hanno dato ottimi consigli sui luoghi da visitare e sulle spiagge più belle della zona, permettendoci di scoprire posti meravigliosi che hanno reso il nostro soggiorno ancora più speciale. Ci siamo sentiti come a casa e non avremmo potuto chiedere di meglio. Consiglio vivamente il Melo Residence a chiunque voglia visitare Porto Torres e i suoi dintorni. Torneremo sicuramente!

Klidná lokalita. Prostorný apartmán. Laura byla velmi milá a ochotná hostitelka. Vybavení perfektní. Zapůjčení slunečníku a plážových podložek nás potěšilo.

L’organisation pr le check in , grâce aux videos , les attentions ( dosettes café , biscottes et confitures) et toutes premières commodités à disposition ( huile , sel etc ) , la propreté et l appartement au top ( beau et fonctionnel )

Les autres appartements collés , nous avions peur de déranger les autres voisins en faisant du bruit .

We had a great stay. The apartment was very comfortable, spacious, and fully equipped with everything we needed. The beautiful garden and private outdoor area made it a perfect place to relax. Communication with the owner was excellent, and she was always helpful and responsive. The location is also great as a base for exploring the surrounding area. We would happily stay here again.

Everything - it was a delight. Although small it was so well set out that it didn’t matter. There was a lovely private garden area out back which was fantastic. The facilities inside were great and the parking area was secure and spacious. We enjoyed it so much that we wanted to stay another night.

We truly loved our stay at Il Melo Residence. The apartment was exceptionally clean, which is something that is becoming increasingly rare to find, and it had absolutely everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The attention to detail was outstanding, and we felt at home from the moment we arrived. Laura was incredibly helpful and responsive, providing all the information we needed and taking great care to ensure everything was perfectly organized for my daughters before our arrival. Her thoughtfulness and kindness made a real difference and were greatly appreciated. We had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend Il Melo Residence to anyone visiting the area. Tolle Unterkunft. Alles war bestens. Sehr sauber und schön. Es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Auch in der Küche ist die Ausstattung zum Kochen sehr gut. Top Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Es ist am Stadtrand gelegen, und dadurch sehr ruhig und angenehm. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

- praktisch eingerichtete Wohnung - schöne Ferienwohnungen-Anlage mit Eingangstor - sehr nette, hilfsbereite Vermieterin

- eine Waschmaschine wäre echt nützlich, da man jeden Tag an den Strand geht und die Badetücher waschen möchte. Der Anschluss ist auch da. - das Wasser zum Duschen und Abspülen war nicht kontinuierlich warm, sondern mal heiß, mal kalt.

Accogliente, silenzioso e la proprietaria Laura, molto disponibile e ci ha dato tanti buoni consigli.

Super établissement très bien tenu avec à sa tête une personne accueillante et surtout compétente. Inutile de lui poser des questions, on a les réponses claires et précises ! Elle a même pris la peine de nous réserver une table dans un bon restaurant !!! Merci !!!

La situation géographique et les bons conseils de l'hôtesse !

Appartement rénové en rez de chaussée, très propre avec accès direct cour à l'arrière et mobilier de jardin, parking devant l'appartement très pratique, accueil très chaleureux, calme en basse saison

L'insonorisation est le point faible en haute saison et pas de vue particulière structure assez ancienne, environnement urbain et bétonné !

Uns hat die gute Lage gefallen. Schnell erreichbar vom Hafen aus und guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge. Genügend Parkplätze auf dem Grundstück. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet. Betten und Bad einwandfrei.

El alojamiento era más grande de lo que pensaba, estaba muy limpio y muy tranquilo

Wir hatten einen zehntägigen Urlaub in der Il Mello Residenz und haben uns vom ersten Moment an wie zu Hause gefühlt. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber, modern ausgestattet und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Besonders gefallen hat uns der tolle Grillbereich mit guter Ausstattung und großem Tisch. Da wir mit zwei Familien gereist sind, konnten wir dort häufig gemeinsam grillen und essen – das war eines unserer Highlights. Einziger kleiner Nachteil war das regelmäßige Hundegebell in der Umgebung – besonders nachts und morgens früh, was hin und wieder unseren Schlaf gestört hat. Das liegt jedoch außerhalb der Verantwortung des Eigentümers. Insgesamt war es ein sehr gelungener Aufenthalt, den wir gerne weiterempfehlen.

Struttura molto pulita e accogliente. Noi abbiamo avuto un grosso problema con GNV e abbiamo trovato questo residence molto accogliente e bello. Sembra di essere a casa, non in un hotel. Volevo ringraziare la persona con cui ho parlato su whatsapp che nei nostri confronti é stata disponibile e gentile quando le ho spiegato la nostra problematica per cui si é sentita “offesa” del fatto che non avessimo chiesto aiuto. Una cosa molto apprezzata che determina cortesia, professionalità e umanità che purtroppo oggi sembra una cosa un po’ persa nel tempo. Ci torneremo sicuramente, anche se io sono nata e cresciuta a Cagliari, avrei davvero piacere di passare metà delle mie prossime vacanze in famiglia in questo luogo che sicuramente é adatto alle famiglie.

E' un miniappartamento molto carino e tranquillo, dotato di tutti i confort. Eccellente la possibilità di parcheggiare sia il furgone che la moto all'interno della struttura.
