Hotel is very far from the town ao there si abaolutetly nothing at walking distance. Very old hotel in poor conditions with a beautiful view but simply not worth it due to its isolation from any restaurants, supermarkets, stores,etc

Stayed here while doing doing trips to Torres Del Paine. About 4 km from the town. Had a rental car. So was convenient to travel. Beautiful, quiet location. The people running the place were amazing, helping you with every need. The restaurant, though had limited options, was good and very flexible with timings. Felt like leaving home at the end of my stay !!

Very friendly

It was a nice family run establishment with a charming host. It was a bit outside of town but was an easy Uber into town. Breakfast was great.

The staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful. Water service was interrupted one of the nights which was a great inconvenience after a long day to not be able to shower or even flush the toilet. The hotel is far from downtown and since is technically a different town taxis charge extra to/from this location. The view from the hotel Is beautiful but it isn’t a nice area to walk around.

The staff at this hotel was exceptional. Very kind. Very helpful. It’s an older hotel that could use some improvements. The beds were comfortable. We ate breakfast buffet and dinner. Both were good. Beautiful location. View of the Magellan channel. 5 minutes from airport. 20 minutes from town.

Very nice staff. Have restaurant within hotel and still service in late evening - this is great considering you finish day tour to Torres del Paine and still have big dinner.

O atendimento foi muito atencioso, porém o hotel precisa de uma repaginada, melhorar o quarto, por exemplo. Mais conforto. Dar mais acessibilidade, não possuí elevador.

La vista es muy linda y la atención es muy buena. Las habitaciones están bien, la cama amplia y cómoda. La ubicación es apartada del centro por lo cual es muy tranquila. Mi única observación es la limpieza de blancos. Toallas, sábanas y acolchados se los ve viejos, amarillentos y algunos manchados. Lamentablemente no causa impresión de limpio, aunque supongo que lo estaba. Las instalaciones son algo viejas (empapelado, alfombras, radiadores) y están un poco descuidadas. Se destaca la atención de la recepción, muy atentos y amables.

Beautiful setting with room having gorgeous view of the lake. Boutique type hotel with testaurant. While a couple of miles from town, location is quiet, setene and peaceful. Do not rxpect luxury but instead homy feeling and superb service. True story: when checking out, one of our suitcases was brought down by staff member. My husband proceeded to load the rest of our suitcases on our private transportation to Punta Arenas. However, at the airport, I noticed that this particular suitcase was missing and had not been put into the van. The trip from Puerto Natales to Punta Arenas was 2 1/2 hours, so there was no way of turning back. We anxiously called the hotel to explain. They were on it and told us that they had sent someone with our suitcase to the bus station thinking that we were taking the bus to the.airport. When I explained that we were already at the airport, they tried to assure me that they would bring the suitcase to us and if we had already left, the same person would deliver it to us at our hotel in Santiago. I was still anxious because they indicated that the gentleman bringing the suitcase would be getting to the airport at exactly the same time as our departure tome. As it turned out the gentleman texted me as I was boarding so I went to the end of the line. He hurried and got through other obstacles to get the me the suitcase. No money was accepted for all their efforts. We can never thank them enough for everything they did reflecting great customer service

The kindnes of all fue staff! Although the location is not the best, it is easy to take a cab downtown It is very interesting to visit the hotel and museum located walking distance

This was a great experience, above all the most and more outstanding was the people working in the Hotel. They were excellent, caring and they treat me like a family. I was greatly impressed by the food service as well, great breakfast and when I arrived late from my tours they were always willing to serve me a hot meal even after hours as there are not many options to eat out in that area. They help me in giving me directions how to get around as I never been there before. I travel alone and all the help the gave me it was great to make my trip more enjoyable and less stressful. Thanks for everything !!

Posizione fuori dal centro ma decisamente ottima per raggiungere le Torres. Personale molto cordiale e disponibile . Camere spartane ma funzionali. Ambiente esterno emozionale e molto tranquillo.

Nice food and service. Old musty rooms

We were given an upgraded corner room at check in. We had to leave after a few hours due to Aerolenias Argentinas strike so we did not stay over night. The hotel seemed peacefull and clean and the lady assisting us was fantastic.

Great location to stop before going to the Torres del Paine, also can be used for daily trip (1.5 hrs). Staff was awesome and recommended local trekking to Lake Sophie to warm up.

En General bien, es un hotel para desconectarse, pero como uno siempre necesita estar conectado con el mundo, la casa, la oficina, no tiene Internet, lo que existe es muy malo. Otro tema que reclame es que en la habitación no cuenta con frigobar, no tiene una silla con escritorio para poder trabajar. Igual es un poco lejos de la ciudad, si no andas en vehículo debes usar taxi que son $4000 por cada viaje que hagas a la ciudad, caminando es 1 1/2 Hrs.

Hotel is located in a quiet area somewhat outside the main town but reasonably close by off the main Route 9. Rooms and facilities are adequate though a bit dated. Nice buffet breakfast provided in the morning. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Lugar muy acogedor,, exelente atencion del personal,, limpieza en las habitaciones y muy tranquilo fuera del la bulla de la ciudad,, para descansar y dormir muy bien.

Last minute booking and only hotel I could get without paying an outrageous fee. I wasn't expecting much (from the photos), but was pleasantly surprised. Food was excellent as well.

Since I didn't have my own car, the out-of-the-way location definitely brought the stars down. Also, lack of wi-Fi in the room (only in lobby) was a disappointment

Property was a little difficult to find. Rooms/bathrooms were small and dated. Nice breakfast. Very friendly staff. Jorge was very friendly, welcoming and helpful in planning our trip into Torres del Paine.

We were impressed with personal involvement of owners in providing us service for tour arrangements,special dietary requirements.

Quiet location and very welcoming staff. Good choice for breakfast. Rooms are basic but comfortable, though showing their age.

Nos fue excelente. Jorge y su equipo son súper serviciales y hacen que la experiencia sea única. El hotel necesita que se hagan mejoras al edificio pero con el servicio tan personalizado que tienen, uno suele olvidarlo. En términos de ubicación creemos que es una de las más bonitas del área.

Muy buena atención del personal que ati5con paciencia y calidez. (Hasta nos hicieron de guia con el mapa)

Super friendly and helpful staff. Hotel was nowhere near the town center, but just a quick cab ride away.

The hotel might be likened a little to a basic ski lodge in many respects. The rooms were not luxurious, but perfectly adequate, the building was attractive from the outside, the service personnel were pleasant and helpful, and the location was good as long as a car was available. I was perfectly happy there. The price was very reasonable.

It was very nice. Good breakfast, good service, kind and helpful staff.
