Casa Narinya at Suvarnbhumi Airport

Amazing report. Hands down the best service and resort Iv ever stayed at, the room has a bed that is about 2 feet wider than a king bed, the rooms are absolutely HUGE!! Separate hang out area and bathroom, massive ceilings and just absolutely amazing. The FREE breakfast was amazing as well, HUGE breakfast, service was awesome, I’m definitely coming back! The walk around the resort is cool too, lots of cool things to see like art and the resort itself. Hands down the best place Iv ever stayed at. The pictures give it no justice , you need to see for yourself. You will not believe your eyes

Para lo barato que es está bien . Si quieres algo más bonito busca otras cosas más caras. Tiene aire acondicionado y las fotos son un poco diferentes pero ya se ve más o menos que es algo sencillo .

The room was tiny and smelled really dirty. Immediately checked out and went to another hotel. Would definitely not recommend this hotel

Decent for the price. Mattress is very hard but it’s what I’d expect. You want a Sealy then go stay at the Hyatt or Hilton. Room was clean and large and AC did its job. No problem for a quick overnight near the airport.

It is ok for you pay for. And for a single person to sleep in for a night waiting.

Cheap, but the bed was so uncomfortable. I normally prefer harder bed. But this bed was hard as stone. Couldn’t sleep.

Was unable to stay at hotel because Air Asia flight was very late to BMK. Needed to go directly to BKK for next flight.

Dirt, blood, goo on the walls. Filthy property inside and out.

This is no 5 star resort, but it is a 5 star to us! First off, the service is amazing! The staff is so nice, speak English very well, and will help with basically anything you need. We needed hangers to hang our laundry, to print train tickets, and tips on where to go; they helped with all of it! They even gave us an umbrella on a rainy day without us asking for one. The rooms were big and had a private bathroom and kitchen area, including a fridge. The air conditioning was amazing and we felt safe in our room and surrounding area. Yes, the beds were hard and the bathroom was hot because it was part of outside, but for a room in Thailand, especially for the cost, this place can't be beat!

테라스 유리문이 잘 닫히지않아서 소음이 굉장히심했어요..잠을 조금설쳤고, 헤어드라이기는 없다고하네요 그 외에는 늦은밤에 하루 묶기엔 가격대비 괜찮아요

It's just ok, since my colleague had a very short stay overnight over there. And since we checked from the hotel quite early and that we were not explored much.

Wow. what The other rewives say about hard beds are true, I'm no sissy but that was crazy, it was like a plywood box with a 1cm topmadres on, I guess it can work for 1-2 nights, the hotel is in a shady naborhood, but noone bother us

The place was 15 min away from BKK. It's cleaned and staff were pleasant. The beds were not comfortable. It was pretty hard. Can't complain for the price I got it for.

Rude staff, the owner must be unaware or away from what is going on. No running water at all when we were there (not good following 21 hr travel) Breakfast not fit to eat. I am married to a Thai and normally do not complain about conditions we run across while in Thailand but this hotel should close their doors and fall off the face of the earth.

Wasn't a bad stay. Room was ok , air conditioning worked. There wasnt a flat screen tv as advertised, took a bit to find the bathroom. Location was perfect for what I needed

Terrible internet speed, zero customer service. Not at a convinient location. Hard to get taxi or transport. No internet at most of the times. Staff does not speak english or help you with directions coz they want you to take the hotel provided cab which is 3 times more expensive.

DO NOT STAY HERE! Room was dirty, mattress was as solid as a brick, aircon didn't work and the stench in the room, from the bathroom drains were horrendous!!!

Staff are helpful and speak English much better than I speak Thai. The hotel is okay for short term stay, it is too far away from sites in Bangkok and it can be expensive to travel every day.

You get what you paid for.

This was in the bargain basement for good reason. Relatively handy to the airport it cost 75 Baht to get there and 150 to get back, ripped off by the hotel for the return cab but needs must. The area looked dodgy but I was getting in late and leaving early so didn't explore it. Fortunately there was a basic snack bar at ground level. Food was barely adequate, try and eat before you get here. Unhelpful evening receptionist. A/c worked in room, filthy bathroom which gets hidden beind the connecting door when you open it. Bizarre. I was only there for about seven hours. That'll do for this lifetime. You could hear the people on thestair and in rooms to the sides, above and below. And I'm half deaf. Come back Norman Bates all is forgiven

The hotel is closed by the airport.Room cleaniness is terrible, no clean blanket sheet was provided. Receptionist at front desk refused to call the taxi driver to pick us up at the hotel , she refused to provide taxi driver phone number and asked us to drag our luggage to the main road somewhere to wait for Taxi! Then we paid THB 50 she made the phone call to taxi driver. Really bad services and I will never stay again for sure!

Do not expect much from it. In the middle of nowhere. Close to airport which is positive but noise from planes starting/landing. Breakfast included but we'd rather stayed hungry . It was horrible. Ants in the bathroom. £24 for one night in it was a way too much. One positive - room is big with two double beds

It was good stay as we were out most of the time. The bed was real hard which wasn't good to sleep. This resulted in disturbed sleep and not enough rest. But other than that no complaints. Pretty good stay.

Hotel good for the price and location from BKK airport. Matress was very hard. But recommendable.

This hotel was perfect for us. We wanted a layover place close to the International Airport and it served its purpose well. The customer service from the front desk was some of the best I have encountered and they worked around me constantly. The beds were a little hard but were ok for one night. They were upgrading the wireless during our stay so it should be really good when they finish. I recommend for people using this coming away from the airport for a night or a night before a flight.

Staff was polite upon check in. But that's about it. My girlfriend and I checked in expecting my best friend to arrive two hours later. We got into the room and the beds are literally homemade plywood boxes with a one inch foam pad that doesn't help. They throw sheets over it and call it a bed. To make things worse it was 100% obvious the sheets weren't changed from the previous guests. We notified the staff and they denied it swearing the linen was fresh. I demanded they bring new linen and they finally did. After that I turned on the tv. They had like 50 Thai channels and two in English. The bathroom needed a platoon of marines in boot camp to clean it. Real bad... My friend arrived and they wouldn't let him in without paying an additional fee almost equaling what we paid for the room initially. I told staff we would be checking out in six hours but they still charged us. The only thing good about this place was the air conditioner in the room and the taxi service to the airport.

How this hotel can have any stars or appear on Hotels.com website is beyond me.The pictures of the hotel or its rooms are nothing like reality,they must be at least 10 years out of date. The stench when we walked into our room from the outside was like a sespit. We were so concerned about about how clean the room was we slept on top of the bed fully clothed, we left as soon as possible the following morning. The staff were unhelpful & unfriendly.I know they say you pay what you get for, but I would not stay in this hotel ever again for free or if I was paid to. I have only given it 1 star as I could not submit my comments with no stars

I only used this hotel as a place to store my bags and a shower between flights. I had 12 hours between flights and this was close to the airport. I kept my bags here while I went out and then took a shower here. Bathroom begins a back door and no a/c for it. It smelled like old sulphur. Service was great, they arranged taxis

The hotel is very comfortable if you are looking to stay very close the airport, great option. The service is bad, the staff speaks almost zero english, so very hard to communicate. The room was comfortable, can not complaint. For me was perfect because had an early flight, it took me less than 5 minutes to get to the counter check in.

Wrost experience I had suffered in my entire life, living in a hotel, that too in the country like Thailand.... Expedia pls do show in your list of hotels in bangkok.
