The location is very convenient. There are many restaurants nearby and the station is just there.

i got a non-smoking room but you can still smell the cigarettes. There is a dehumidifier in the room but it does’nt help.

忘れ物を迅速に送ってくださいました。翌日の朝届きました。スタッフがあたたかい。

ロケーションは相模大野駅に直結しているので、抜群に良かった。館内も清掃が行き届いていて、清潔だった。またスタッフの対応も素晴らしかった。

朝食のメニューが少し少なく感じた。ただし、味はとても美味しかった。

角部屋だったので、ベッドから見る相模原のロケーションがよかったです。フロント階でアメニティと一緒に塩キャラメルが置いてあり、ホテルの気遣いが感じられました。パン屋さんのパンやクッキー、パウンドケーキが美味しくて全種類買ってしまいました。

早餐較平常，不算豪華但營養足夠。有煎蛋，燻腸與小漢堡或青紺魚。加上生菜沙拉，還有各種淺漬物。熱咖啡有外帶杯，對於冬天是很棒的服務。 提供自助洗服務，製冰機與微波爐。可以自行買點食物回來加熱享受，也剛好是夏天飲料可以冰涼舒暢。這是很棒的服務。 床鋪硬度適中，幾天都是一覺到天亮。

平心而論，並沒有不太喜歡的地方。或許可以將樓層地毯做更換，提高舒適感。不過要強調，地毯雖稍舊，但沒有老舊霉味。

Great breakfast, not obnoxiously excessive for no reason, but American, Euro, and Japanese style mix of good options. Everything you need and then some. Just bring your own Tabasco/Cholula/Frank's as they don't seem to get hot sauce (offered white pepper powder in a shaker - not the same).

Location, location, location. Easy parking, easy transit, great dinner options and a couple of pub locations. Very easy to commute from, almost no traffic, and a quick jump out to Machida if you need something a little more lively for a night or the weekend.

Das Hotel liegt in der Nähe der Bahnstation. Viele Pendler fahren die Strecke nach Tokyo hinein. 100 m vom Hoteleingang entfernt befindet sich ein Lebensmittelgeschäft mit einer guten Auswahl an Gerichten zu einem sehr fairen Preis. Das Zimmer war für japanische Verhältnisse groß. Es handelt sich um keinen Touristenhotspot, deshalb findet man hier eher ein typisch japanische Umfeld.

Das Frühstücksangebot war sehr japanisch, aber variantenreich.

連泊(23泊)での宿泊。部屋の掃除の時間は10〜15時の間と言われたが、直接清掃スタッフに聞いてみたら、快くこちらの希望を受けて下さった事。 また、外食ばかりでは飽きがきてしまうので、お惣菜を買ってきて食べた際のゴミも沢山出ていたと思います。それも綺麗に片付けてくれていました。 そして何より、足のキズから時々出血をしてしまっていたのも気が付いて下さって綺麗なシーツに交換して頂けました。 本当に　有り難う御座いましたm(_ _)m

良かった内容に紐付くのですが、フロントスタッフと清掃スタッフの連携がなされていない点。 フロント側では「ご希望通りの時間に清掃には入れない！こちらからしたら、あまり良い印象は持てませんでした。 清掃スタッフ側では、きっと・・「お客様のニーズに応えてあげたい。」 という気持ちからなのか、希望の時間に清掃に入って頂けた。 このようなちぐはぐなところ！ 連携が取れていたら、一番最初のフロントの答えも違っていただろうし、良い印象を持てたかもしれません。

The location is awesome, right outside the train station and next to a shopping mall with groceries & lots of food options. Also, the bus stop for the Limousine Bus to/from both airports is right downstairs. Staff were very nice & helpful. The items in the breakfast buffet were high quality, but food items were the same all 3 days.

It would be nice to be able to turn off the room light, but still be able to use the lamps. As mentioned, it would be nice to vary the food items at the breakfast buffet. The bed is firm, which I like, but I wish there were softer pillows.

I always stay at this hotel. The location is amazing. It is at a main train station (sagami ono). Right in a shopping center. Everything is here..shopping , restaurants etc. Hotel has discount at local gym...3 minutes walk. Staff is incredibly helpful. Room is basic but has everything you need. Hot water heater for tea, tub, desk safe etc. You can add breakfast to your stay which is very good. I always stay here and will continue to do so. And.. the bus stop from/to Haneda airport is literally right below the hotel. So convenient 😌

-Location was great for my needs. It is on top of the train station. -Breakfast is somewhat standard, but a decent variety and tasty. -The room is definitely larger than most in the area. -They had normal umbrellas (not a big hotel logo) to lend for my coworker.

-Building feels a bit dated.

喫煙ルームに不審者がいたこと。 またチェックインしなくてもフロアーに簡単に入れてしまいます。 宿泊費が高かったとは感じましたが、警備が厳重ではなかったこと。改善して下さい。
