It was near to the metro line and very convenient. The staff were helpful and friendly too.

The location was excellent, making it very easy to get around Paris and visit the main attractions. The room was clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Overall, it was a pleasant stay and I would definitely consider staying here again on my next trip to Paris.

There were a few things that could be improved. The room was quite small, and there wasn't much space for luggage or moving around comfortably. The soundproofing could also be better, as it was sometimes possible to hear noise from outside or other rooms. These things didn't ruin our stay, but improving them would make the experience much more comfortable.

Knusse kleine kamer, schoon. Goede locatie babij metrostation. Bedden iets te hard, maar dat is persoonlijk.

De keuze bij het ontbijt was zeer matig, hier hebben we geen gebruik van gemaakt. De kamer op de begane grond was zeer gehorig, je hoort gasten in de nacht binnenkomen.

L’hôtel était très bien situé, c’était propre et bien équipé.

Nous avions été informé par mail que l’hôtel bénéficiait d’une réduction avec le parking interparking situé près de l’hôtel, néanmoins une fois arriver sur place l’homme a l’accueil nous a fait savoir que cette offre n’était plus valable.

El hotel es muy bonito, la decoración es elegante. El desayuno estaba muy bueno, hay una máquina donde hay diferentes tipos de cafés y bebidas calientes, y aparte hay zumos (recién exprimidos) y leche fría. También hay varias infusiones. Hay yogurts, panes, dulces (pain au chocolat, croissants, tartas, diferentes dulces).. el pan se puede acompañar de embutidos (jamón serrano, jamón dulce, pavo, distintos quesos incluso queso de cabra), mantequilla, nutella, etc. también hay huevos revueltos hechos en el mismo momento en que los pides! La atención del personal es muy buena, han sido todos muy amables. Justo en la noche de nuestra estancia estaba estropeado el ascensor y como compensación, nos invitaron al desayuno y a un kit kat que cogí del minibar. Una sorpresa muy bonita. Además queríamos mencionar que en el desayuno nos dejamos por error unas fundas invisalign y uno de los miembros del hotel, Babin, se dio cuenta y las guardó. Queríamos agradecerle enormemente esto -muy simpático además desde el principio. La habitación tiene muchas almohadas y 2 cojines y eso es algo que personalmente valoro de forma muy positiva! Hay un secador y un minibar. Tiene termostato para regular el aire acondicionado. Nosotros hemos utilizado el late check out, saliendo del hotel a las 15pm en lugar de a las 12, ya que nuestro vuelto salía a las 22. Nos ofrecieron en todo momento que si queríamos podían guardar nuestro equipaje sin límite de tiempo sin necesidad de hacer late check out. Muy recomendado!

vriendelijk personeel, familiekamer (2x kamers met tussendeur) heel praktisch, mooi ingericht, goede bedden, locatie is uitstekend, rustige buurt en toch genoeg restaurants op loopafstand, metro/bus/tram 5 min lopen. Geen parkeergarage, maar wel een openbare ondergrondse parking dichtbij.

La ubicación, en una zona tranquila y con fácil acceso al centro de la ciudad mediante el metro.

Para ser un hotel de cuatro estrellas, la habitación era un poco pequeña (especialmente el baño, que carecía de bidé). Además, el día de la llegada la habitación tenía un olor desagradable (desconozco si debido a las cañerías de desagüe del baño). Otro detalle a mencionar es que la pileta del lavabo evacuaba el agua muy lentamente. Por último, en cuanto a los servicios, cabe señalar que el buffet libre del desayuno me pareció un poco escaso en comparación con otros hoteles de cuatro estrellas, por ejemplo, en España; más bien parecía de un dos o tres estrellas. En resumen, nos fuimos con la sensación de que la calidad ofertada era inferior a lo esperable en la categoría que se le suponía al hotel.

Сняли с карты 88 евро перед заселением как залог , к сожалению прошло уже 5 дней и залог не вернули, пока веду переписку, надеюсь вернут

Perhaps the size of room could have been better. However opting for adjoining rooms made it perfect for our family of 4!

C’est la deuxième fois que je séjourne dans cet hôtel et j’aime beaucoup. Je n’ai jamais eu aucun problème, que ce soit au niveau de la chambre ou du service. Je recommande cet hôtel pour quelques jours.

Everything was amazing. Best location, just by the metro. The staff was the kindest and the room was very cozy. I would recommend it to everyone. Next time i come to Paris will be back to the same hotel.

Établissement dans le fond était correctement si tu es avec un mobilier confortable et de qualité

Le seul bémol pour cet hôtel était un peu la propreté des lieux à notre arrivée. Certes il venait faire le ménage dans la journée, mais ça restait quand même pas totalement propre de plus. isolation a revoir car nous entendions tout ce qui se passait à l’extérieur, et je pense que les gens à l’extérieur nous entendaient également ce qui fait que ça manque un petit peu d’intimité

Es war alles da was man braucht. Sehr nett waren sie auch, als wir unser Gepäck noch nach den Check-Out aufgegeben haben. Sie haben die Namen drauf geschrieben, und nur die Mitarbeiter haben Zutritt. Das fand ich super. Die Metro ist nahe gelegen

Leider ist das Zimmer ein wenig klein. Und die Mauern nicht sehr dick.

Loved this hotel! The location was a bit far from the main tourist attractions in Paris but we found it very easy to navigate with the nearby metro station. Great especially in the summer - there’s AC and an elevator.

The bathroom was very close quarters but still everything was clean and worked.

The room was quite small and the bedsheets were not cleaned properly. There were also gray pillows on the bed that cannot be cleaned and didn’t look clean at all. The shower head contained mold. I also found little hairs on the bed sheets. The steps leading to the room were also not in great shape. I don’t think this hotel deserves 4 stars

酒店很旧，和图片高度不符，浴室里有很多霉菌，房间里有异味，隔音很差，隔壁房间敲门的声音清晰到我们以为凌晨有人敲我们的门，直接吓醒。也可以听到外面街道的声音。
