Delicious breakfast
While most hotels have 11:00 AM check-out and 3:00 PM check-in, this hotel requires 10:00 AM check-in and 4:00 PM check-out. This gives guests less time in the room and feels unfair.
For a breakfast buffet: *****.
It is a beautiful property, well maintained
clean, quaint, well decorated, tons of amenities, easy access, safe
my room was a little noisy on a saturday evening- not sure if it was someone in the neighboring room or outside my window. also, no black light curtains so all the headlights of the cars coming into the parking lot lit my room up. minor issues in the grand scheme of things.
For this two-night stay, we looked for a property with 9.0 and above ratings central to Lancaster, Philadelphia and Dover. At first arrival, we could immediately tell this property was well-maintained, and the small gazebo overlooking a pond was a nice touch. The lobby was sparkling and bright, and the staff was so very welcoming and attentative. The commercial Keurig machine in lobby was fantastic and appreciated. Our room was so very clean, quiet and comfortable. Though we did not enjoy these during our stay, the indoor pool and game room were an added bonus. Breakfast was a real treat and a highlight of both mornings. The food variety was delicious and plentiful with the made-to-order omelet counter, automatic pancake machine, and hot and cold food items. This was a phenomenal stay and well worth the price. You will not be disappointed in a stay here, and I would certainly look forward to a return visit!
Great breakfast buffet.
We were there 4 nights. When we checked in we were told the room would be cleaned on Saturday. It was not nor on Sunday. Never cleaned or restocked the whole time we were there.
Clean and friendly
This hotel is beautiful! All the staff is helpful and kind.
I have nothing negative to say. It’s so nice.
Always clean and the most comfortable bed of any hotel I ever stayed at!
Restaurant only open on weekends.
Breakfast Beds
Toilet flushing not great
Convince
The carpet floor is wet, the room smells moldy . The staff wasn’t sure if there was a folding bed
Access to town and areas was great! The hotel is very pretty inside and out. Very clean, quiet and comfortable.
The mattress was okay, not the best but by far not the worst.
Room was clean , breakfast was good

Beautiful property
We keep coming back to his Best Western Plus in Concordville, PA for the past several years and it has always been a pleasant stay. The new addition provides a much larger area for breakfast with more tables then the previous location.
Innen lediglich 2 Liegen.
Based upon the reviews, my wife and I expected a better experience, so we were disappointed. We booked a suite, room 317. The biggest problem was the wifi was alternately weak or non-functional. The hotel defers wifi problems to a third party company for resolution. After two calls, they were unable to resolve the problem and suggested a room change. We chose not to request a room change due to the hassle factor and decided to use cell service on our phones for the three nights (I'm sure the hotel would have been happy to arrange another room). Also, it turns out the entrance to this and several other rooms on the second and third floors are open to the lobby below and subject to any noise occurring there. On the first night, there was a group of people talking loudly after midnight, keeping us awake. The suite had dividing doors to the closet and bathroom entrance- of what value is that versus a plain room at lower cost? The room was large but sparsely furnished, unlike the photos online for suites. The TV was small, maybe 37", which made it hard to see from the loveseat or bed across the large room. The air conditioner was loud and made a loud click when cycling on; since it was close to the bed, that was a problem for a light sleeper like me. The bathroom was nice enough although it had zero towel bars to help dry towels overnight and, unlike most hotels, had no body wash or shampoo in the shower. The window curtain installation left a large gap on the left side, allowing lots of light to come in early in the morning. On the positive side, the staff was polite and helpful, the grounds were much nicer than average, the breakfast was better than average and the room was clean. The hotel seemed to be an older facility, fairly recently refurbished but remnants of its former self remained (see A/C issue above). This is not a bad hotel, just overrated.
People at the front desk were nice. Room was very nice. Breakfast was great. A great value for the price. And the hotel was near the places we wanted to go to.
Could have been more plugs in the room for peripherals.
Great hotel. Clean, good breakfast and friendly staff.
Nothing at All!!!
My daughter flew in from North Carolina for her 21st birthday she didn’t know be a surprise, but we had a special cake made for her that wasn’t allowed to be in the refrigerator due to the policy which is ridiculous!! Then I was told we are not allowed to have any balloons inside the hotel room SMH They will have to go out to the car….we had a three day stay the cake went bad the balloons deflated very disappointed I will never be coming back ever again!!!!!! Thanks a lot for ruining my daughter’s birthday…..
An overnight trip to the area led me to this hotel. The property is very well maintained with many common areas seeming to be recently refurbished. The room was very spacious and equipped with both a large fridge and a microwave. We slept well and we were pleasantly surprised to find out that the included breakfast also had made-to-order omelettes. This is our second stay and we will use the hotel again if in the area.
Las instalaciones del hotel, es un predio enorme y agradable. Las habitaciones también muy amplias y bien equipadas.
fue todo muy bueno.
Clean and very friendly..amazing breakfast buffet
Our room wasnt to cool. Air kicked on loud thru out the night and wasnt to cool and the outside light lite up the room. Other then that it was great.
Always a great stay. My go-to in the area. Beds comfy, excellent coffee machine in lobby. Big water bottle for purchase. Meg is a dear and always kind and helpful. Can arrange bereavement group sales, very reasonable rate. The bar and restaurant are very convenient. Love the very special napoli pizza right around the corner. The gym is well appointed. The breakfast even has eggs and omelets to order!
Not much not to like!
I recently had a room block at the Concordville Best Western Hotel for my wedding. Unfortunately, I was really disappointed with my stay for several reasons. I spent a couple of hundred dollars putting together welcome bags for my guests traveling out of town. I also included the transportation schedule, pick-up location, and a handwritten note from the bride and groom thanking our guests. I dropped off the gift bags the same day my guests were checking in (Thursday, May 21st) and put them in a clearly labeled “Mesoraca-Sanchez Wedding” box. The front desk told me it was against hotel policy to write my guests' names on the bags, so I labeled the box to be beneficial and not cause confusion with any other hotel guests checking in. The check-in process was absolutely disastrous. The front desk was supposed to hand out a welcome bag to my guests upon checking in. However, after welcoming my guests, I found that most of them did not receive a bag. When I confronted the front desk about what happened, they said they got confused because multiple wedding guests were checking in at the same time, so they mixed up the bags. They had given my bags to the wrong hotel guests. The front desk did not apologize about the incident, nor did they try to correct the problem by retrieving the gift bags. I was extremely upset and disappointed as I had put a lot of time, money, and effort into trying to give my guests a good first impression of the wedding weekend. Also, because the front desk failed to provide my guests with the correct bags, they were not informed of the shuttle’s pickup time or location. On the day of the wedding, my mom had to go from room to room to inform each guest of the shuttle times. This added unnecessary stress on her. The fact that the concierge could not simply ask which wedding party the guest was there for showed their lack of professionalism and competency. During the check-in process, my mom was told she was “upgraded” to an apartment located in the hotel basement. My mom declined the upgrade because she wanted to stay on the 5th floor, but the concierge stated that to “switch her room back,” they would have to discuss it with management. When they were finally able to find her another junior king suite on the 5th floor, it still had to be cleaned, which was very inconvenient, as we had to get ready for our rehearsal dinner. While I appreciate the opportunity for an upgrade, this caused a very lengthy delay for all other guests trying to check in. Multiple wedding parties were trying to check in, and only one person was working the front desk. I believe this also contributed to the incorrect distribution of wedding gift bags. Things did not improve much during the stay. My sister stayed with me on Thursday, the night before the wedding. Friday morning, she asked the front desk to have the bed sheets changed as the groom was going to be spending Friday night. My sister was told that to change the sheets, she would be charged a room cleaning fee. She explained she only needed fresh linens, and the room did not need to be cleaned. She offered to make the bed if given fresh linens, but the concierge insisted we would be charged a fee. My sister did not want to burden me with this on my wedding day, but told me about it after, and I did not understand why we could not be provided with fresh linens without being charged an additional fee. Finally, I met with Gianna, the Director of Sales, five months before my wedding. She gave my mom and me a tour of the hotel and showed us the 5th-floor king suite, regular king, and double bed options. Gianna explained that she would put 10 rooms on our room block to start. We asked that since my family is traveling out of town, they be put on the same floor. Especially since my grandma has dementia and my grandfather is going through cancer treatments, my mom wanted to keep watch over them. As our family checked into the hotel, we found that we were all in different parts of the hotel and on different floors. I do not understand why my family was not placed on the same floor, especially since we started the room block process almost 6 months before our wedding. We chose your hotel for our room block because of its cleanliness, amenities, and beautiful decor. However, the whole process was extremely chaotic, disorganized, and unprofessional. I can honestly say I would not recommend this experience to others because it was stressful from start to finish. I hope this letter will be passed along to the hotel concierge, and they will be informed of their shortcomings. I hope you take responsibility and accountability for your employees' actions and strive to provide better experiences for your hotel guests in the future.
The breakfast custom omelettes were very good and the breakfast buffet was good overall. Cantaloupe pieces were hard and sausage not very tasty. Breakfast area was too far from lobby and down a zigzag path.
Why wasn't the bar area open daily? Wine choices were few and did not match menu. Food item choices were also minimal. Our suite was also a large, but very strange layout; why is the bathroom at the opposite end of the suite from the bedroom? And, why was there only 1 sink and why was it located so that 2 people could not reasonably use the sink and toilet at the same time? The TV remote in the living area was almost useless. I had to be less than 2-3' from the screen to have it work. I have no idea how this hotel deserves a 9.4 rating!
Beautiful- many places for social gatherings
Can’t think of anything
Friendly, helpful staff. Great bed. Free parking. MOST OF ALL: Guest laundry.
We requested a room cleaning on May 25. It did not occur.
Beautiful hotel, rooms were exceptional
Close to family, clean,great breakfast.
My room was next to the second floor ice machine. Each morning at 5:10, someone was filling buckets of ice. I am assuming a staff member. That was unfortunate. 202 should be the last room you book for guests.
Very fair price, the room was clean, gorgeous lonny and overall hotel, nice and safe area, incredible breakfast, heated pool and places to sit and mingle both inside and out were great perks, kuerig in the lobby, lots of little details made out stay great!
Thin walls but otherwise fantastic. This place is really beautiful, both inside and outside. Breakfast was incredible with many choices and a huge, bright dining room.
clean and well appointed and very comfortable and warm
nothing
We stayed here to be near Brandywine Art Museum. Close to West Chester where we had a great diiner. Would be a great location to enjoy all surrounding areas of Chadds Ford.
No room service
I believe this was my fourth or fifth visit. I love it there. So homey and comfortable. Great value and centrally located for me.
We stayed one night at the Best Western Plus in Glen Mills. The hotel was in pristine condition, very modern and clean. Also, very quiet. Our room was spacious, the bed was comfortable, bathroom clean. The hotel also has a restaurant and bar onsite. The hotel is near Longwood Gardens and was a great place to stay after a long day. We would stay here again.
there was a multisport area outside, and a game room and nice gym. Pool also but we didn't use. the room was big enough for 4 people to have enough space individually. the location was great, near many shopping centers, and parking on site was free.
The breakfast was average, but there was a variety of options of mediocre quality.

Great breakfast. Quiet. Comfortable very clean room.
I had no issues
I only stay at Best Western hotels, and I have to say, this has to be the best one I've ever encountered! From the moment you pull in, you will see a beautiful lake with swans and geese and lush landscape! As you enter the hotel, it is beautifully decorated, and so very inviting. I encountered a wonderful young man who checked me in. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I stayed in room 228 and I have to say it was an incredible experience! Super cold refrigerator, big, roomy bathroom, very, very comfortable bed! I cannot recommend this hotel enough! It's near a lot of shopping as well so you have everything you need. But the fact that it was super quiet and I got an excellent night sleep, is everything I need to know about this hotel. While you are here, you definitely need to check out a place called Concord pizza which is literally five minutes from here. I had a lovely conversation with two women who own it. The pizza was AMAZING!
This is an exceptional property. I would put it up against any other. Best Western is my go to property when I’m in the area. There are so many workspaces scattered throughout the rooms are beyond clean and comfortable, the towels a great size. The beds are heavenly as on the pillows. The gym is very well appointed …and there is a eggs to order station at the plentiful breakfast. There’s a super coffee machine in the lobby that makes latte et cetera. Most importantly is the manager Meg. She is professional yet friendly and intuitive. She has helped me on multiple occasions for a bereavement situation. I would go out of my way to stay here again!!

"Exceptional Compassion from Ms. Meg!" "I want to share how wonderful my stay was at the Best Western Plus Concordville, all thanks to Ms. Meg at the front desk. I am currently in the middle of a big move with my daughter, who has autism, and Ms. Meg was a true blessing to us. She was incredibly thoughtful, making sure we had a quiet, comfortable room in the back of the hotel so my daughter could feel calm and safe. Her kindness and understanding of our specific needs made a world of difference during a stressful time. Ms. Meg is a professional who truly leads with her heart. If you are looking for a hotel that genuinely cares about its guests, this is the place. Thank you, Ms. Meg, for making us feel so at home!" Anointed # Room 402
This hotel used to be the Concordville Inn, and although I had never stayed there, I had been to brunch a couple of times as well as a Christmas party or two. So it was on my radar when I had to book a hotel. I wasn't disappointed. It is one of the nicest hotels I have ever stayed at. My room was on the second floor by a small lobby which was close to one of the parking lots. The room was very nice, and the bed was super comfortable. There was a microwave as well as a fridge in the room. Downstairs on the ground floor was the pool, a huge game room, and a small laundry room with 2 washers and 2 dryers. The breakfast area was also huge. It had a pancake machine (broken) and several waffle machines. There was also an omelette station. I will definitely stay there again.
Very nice and quiet
Enjoyed it with our soccer team
Terrible and nasty customer service! Very disappointing and unprofessional!
Location and atmosphere are great. Staff is friendly.
Location, cleanliness and Grand entrance
Fridge in room loud. The metal base around the bed.
Clean, comfortable hotel. Close to the soccer stadium. Great breakfast.
The great things for the kids to do in our downtime
I wish on day two house keeping came and re stocked, picked up trash and towels. We where gone all moring and most the afternoon and no one had done anything
Front desk staff was phenomenal and so kind. Rooms were clean.
Everything this place was great, clean, super nice, and breakfast was a A+
We liked the pillows thought the beds could’ve been better are backs were sore the next day
Comfortable bed. Impressive breakfast !
Tub /shower felt a little slippery. No usb outlets on left side of bed. Sign for hotel entrance difficult to see.
my niece was having her wedding at a local venue and most of the family was from other parts of Pennsylvania, so this was a hotel that was a great choice for the closeness and cost which was very good for a few nights. The rooms are generous in size and very clean the admittees are well staffed the rooms are quite and the hotel is very clean also the breakfast room is more of a restaurant in the menu option and very large in size with lots of windows for the morning sun the attendants were always refilling everything from cups, plates to fresh hot to cold food and cleaning up no having to wait for someone to ask for anything. The location of this hotel is great for major highway connections to and from the area. I would suggest this place for everyone who travels or as I coming in for a specail occasion.
Don't stay here the Manager is very rude and condescending if you have any sort of issue. I will NOT ever stay at this hotel again!
Convenient location
The heating unit sounded like a freight train waking me up throughout the night! Terrible! Paper thin walls with poor insulation. I was ableist to hear the tv all night.
It was immaculate. It’s a beautiful hotel. Guadalupe at the desk was a sweetheart. The breakfast was amazing. Book today and do not delay. Our stay could not have been nicer. Thank you!
I would recommended fans in the bathroom.
very nice property. employees were very nice

The Hotel was fantastic especially when first came through the main doors and saw the lobby. Rooms were large and very clean, especially the large bath9
I did not like that the patio doors in the room that open. We were on the 4th floor even with the railing a baby or small child could have fallen through the 6 to 8 inch gap at the bottom. Very dangerous and guaranteed lawsuit.
Love the lobby
Very convenient to Longwood Gardens, where we were visiting.
Just one tiny critique, I’m vegan and there weren’t many choices for me at breakfast.
Parking lot
Too much construction; pool not adult friendly (too shallow for swimming); outdated; thin walls (heard others clearly through the walls)
I normally stay at higher priced, more iconic hotels. I was so impressed with Concordville. Art, crown moldings, marble vanities, pool, aracade. Real attention to detail. And the staff, Meg, Guadalupe and Cory, all went above and beyond to make my stay one to remember. Thanks to all
Non streaming TV. Robes not available up request and limited resturant and breakfast hours.
Beautiful hotel, friendly staff
Food closed early
The Hotel was so beautiful and clean
The only thing I didn't like was that I didnt get to stay longer
This was our second stay at this BWP. We loved it the first time also. Beautifully decorated for Christmas. Very clean room as well as the rest of the hotel. The breakfast was very good with a variety of dishes. We did not use the pool or fitness room. However, we looked in and saw the pool was very clean and inviting. We were close enough to Longwood Gardens which is the reason for our visit. We like that we can park close to our room with ample parking in the rear. We will stay again next year. We would recommend this BWP.
Great size room, comfortable bed, and the breakfast was one of the best hotel breakfasts I've had in a while. The bar was nice for an after dinner night cap as well.
Very clean, nice place
