This isn't a hotel room—it’s a closet room inside a pizzeria. The room has no windows and zero AC. I stayed here in late August, and even though it was pretty cool outside, the room was extremely hot. I had to crack the door open several times during the night just to get a breath of "fresh" hallway air. And that’s only half the story. Around 8 or 9 AM, the pizzeria opens up, and somehow every single food odor pipes right into the room. To top it off, the walls are paper-thin—you’ll hear your poor neighbor taking a shower next door and the staff stomping down the hall. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this place. Don't ruin your trip.

Very chilled out hotel in a great area of central Stockholm. The buffet breakfast included hot and cold food and the evening food was also nice particularly the pizza. The atmosphere in the bar in the evening was nicer than the hotels my colleagues stayed in. I would recommend!

Nothing really. The room didn’t have a view but it wasn’t important to me.

W obiekcie unosi się mało przyjemny zapach. Obsługa nie odpisuje na wiadomości wysłane przez booking.

The location is relatively good, which is not far from public transportation services. The breakfast is very good with several warm dish options. It is also quiet in the night with no disturbance to the sleeping quality.

The shower is not isolated from the toilet and there was no curtain at least to block the water causing the whole bathroom wet after showering. Few power sockets were available in this modern world.

Η τοποθεσία του καταλύματος ήταν πολύ βολική, κοντά στο μετρό, μόλις 10 λεπτά από το κέντρο. Το πρωινό ήταν καλό και το περιβάλλον ήσυχο.

Le bâtiment peu accueillant, la personne a l'accueil pas aimable du tout et pressé, les chambres au dessus d'un resto que l'on traverse pour arriver aux chambres, impression d flanqué d'aération, moquette partout, on se croirait dans un vieil hôtel des années 70 mal rafraîchi, la chambre familiale réservée est vraiment petite pour une famille, pas de rangement, salle de bain exiguë et pas fraîche, matelas sales avec des cheveux partout même si les draps sont ok. D'ailleurs il y a des cheveux par terre aussi et le comble...une petit culotte salle dans un coin!!! La vue est horrible qui donne sur un toit et c'est a peine si la on voit clairement tant les vitres sont salles...tout ça pour un prix de fou!!! Une lampe pend du plafond... Et en prime, un camion qui vient décharger ses palettes au resto à 7h du matin un samedi! Petit déjeuner correct sans plus dans le resto italien avec odeur de pizza froide... Je déconseille complètement !!!!

Està molt cèntric, súper ben comunicat. Molt còmode, la planta baixa és un restaurant-pizzeria amb moltes opcions sicilianes. Molt net, molt còmode, tot funcionava perfectament. El recomano.

La posizione dell’albergo non e male. C’è un supermercato molto grande sotto l’albergo. La metro è vicina, e la zona d’interno e tranquilla e residenziale. La camera non è piccola. La colazione abbondante.

Il wc di bagno puzzava troppo. Il bagno va ristrutturato. In camera non c’è nessun armadio ne cassetto.

Emplacement idéal, dans un quartier très calme. Excellent petit déjeuner, et très bon rapport qualité prix.

The breakfast buffet is always fresh and nice however, it is the exact same thing every morning.

Rude staff. Fire alarms went off in the middle of the night for no reason, the manager didn’t even come up upstairs to tell everybody that was waiting in the hotel what was going on. One of the other people staying had to go downstairs to him to enquire on the alarms. He seemed to have no care everyone was awake and all he said was “it’s fine, don’t worry about it”. Had no patience with any of the people he interacted with. The rooms are extremely small and look nothing like the photos.

Small but clean room. Bed very comfortable. Included breakfast made a nice start to the day. Hotel is on a quiet street and I didn't hear noise from other rooms. Handy coop supermarket 1 min away, Only a few mins walk to the metro - even closer to the Pelikan excellent swedish restaurant (book ahead)

Had to keep the bathroom door shut at all times due to noise from the water pipes - couldn't hear this with the door shut. Would have preferred a separate entrance rather than walking through the connected Italian restaurant (Limited menu but the food is very good).

The location is very good, close to loads of bars and restaurants, very close to the metro and bus stops. There is a nice pizza restaurant on site and a decent breakfast buffet. A good base for a few days but not longer than that.

The room was small, not much space for the suitcases and to walk around the bed. The fire alarm briefly sounded, stopped, sounded again stopped again, for a few seconds each time on our last night. It was only a few seconds but very loud and woke us up. The staff didn't make any effort to speak to us, or acknowledge us as we came and went during our few days stay.

Das der Tisch nicht abgeräumt oder auch nie abgewischt wurde. Frühstück hatte man selten Semmeln. Extrem kleine Zimmer wenn man zu zweit ist sollte man schauen das man ein zweites zimmer bucht für seine Taschen oder man legt sie vor die Türe bzw in das Badezimmer

La ubicación es extraordinaria y hay muchos restaurantes cerca. Reservé una habitación sin ventana, y aunque tenía muchas dudas al respecto, era la más económica y no me afectó (llegaba solo a dormir). Dormí muy bien, y aunque es pequeña la habitación fue comoda a pesar de que tenia 4 maletas.

Hay algo en el diseño de la ducha que tienes que cerrar muy bien las puertas, de lo contrario se sale el agua y moja buena parte del baño. Nada grave para no elegir el hotel.

The location is really great, the combination with the pizza place gives a very warm atmosphere, the personnel helped - but one needed to specify each request to the detail which eventually makes you stop asking; comparing to other hotels and prices in Stockholm, our room was quite affordable, the breakfast was really great the first day

We had a family room booked with a baby below 1 year old. There was no baby crib. We had to ask for it twice before they brought it - without a mattress which was delivered after asking for that but without covers which we had to ask for separately. The shower was pretty disgusting - see pictures - and the splash guard between shower and toilet is super tiny which led to half flooding the whole bathroom. We had a fan in our room. Our baby knocked it over by accident so that long grey dust flakes fell all over the floor. We asked for cleaning, the housekeeping lady came, complained (to herself) and did such a bad job that we had to wipe after her. The kitchenette was barely equipped. We had to ask for soap from the restaurant to wash the scarce dishes, we did not even have a sponge. The electricity also did not work (for microwave or water heater) but the fridge luckily did. The fold up beds are mounted in a way that you have to take the charger, with which you then would be able to charge your phone directly from the bed, out of the electricity socket, otherwise you would not be able to open the bed fully and savely. Breakfast was really great the first day but towards the end of the stay there was no more fresh fruit (water melon) and one day a group of fruit flies came out of the jam jar. At check-out we left our luggage there. When we picked it up the receptionist who is probably also the Italian pizza chef was in a conversation with an Italian lady asking for rates. At some point she pointed out to him that we were waiting (to pick up our luggage) and that she could wait. He glanced at us from the side, shook his head in disapproval and basically told her that we could wait. Then they discussed more about the rate which was too high for her and he offering her to call him in case anything changes until the evening. Only then we were handed our luggage. We assume he thought that we did not speak Italian.

La penderie et rangements

1)Chambre au même niveau que les entrées de l'immeuble, avec voitures à 2 m de la fenêtre . Bruits de gens de l'immeuble qui rentrent/ sortent/ discutent s 2) lumières de plafond à l'extérieur à 50 cm des fenêtres de la chambre. Lumières toute le nuit 3) écoulement de la douche très très lent donc piscine dans la douche 4) odeurs de canalisations dans la douche 5) le lit est entre 2 murs: gymnastique pour sortir du lit quand on est à 2🫪🫪🫪

Die Lage in SoFo und das gute Restaurant im Erdgeschoss.

Das Frühstück war sehr enttäuschend und entspricht nicht den Bildern. Unser Zimmer war sehr laut.

Walls of the rooms are quite thin

Good location and neighborhood. Subway and transport nearby, but you can have a 20 min lovely walk to the city centre. Breakfast was also good with enough variety of food.

The only thing I did not like is the lack of shelves to put your stuff and clothes. so if you come for a long time , you might have difficulties with placement of your clothes.

- es gibt nur einen Ablagehocker für einen Koffer, wenn man zu zweit reist, steht also ein Koffer immer rum und muss auf dem Bett be-/entpackt werden, da es auch keinen Schrank oder Regal gibt.

Bra och lugnt läge, trevlig personal, god frukost.

Det står stadsutsikt i beskrivningen men det enda man såg från fönstret var en del av taket och husfasaden på huset tvärs över gatan. Man behövde dess utom sitta i sängen för att komma fram till fönstret. Jag valde det här boendet framför billigare alternativ för att det stod att det skulle ha utsikt.

The value for what you get, the room I got was really small which is fine if it fits the value. Other hotel around the area same price larger room. So if they would adjust their price to what they offer in that room would be a better overall value.

El agua de la ducha se salía por abajo y el baño se quedaba lleno de agua cada vez que me duchaba. No cambiaron las toallas en 4 días, salvo que quieras pagar un extra. Ni tampoco limpian la habitación en toda la estancia.

Locatie was goed. Dichtbij metrostation dus makkelijk naar het centrum. Restaurant onder het hotel is de moeite waard om daar te eten. Ik had een 1 persoonskamer. Prima kamer als je veel op pad bent.

Beetje gedateerd. Schoonmaak kon iets beter.

Hotellet lät gäster flytta in i rum som inte hade fungerande sänglampa och sedan både ville de inte försöka fixa det och sedan kunde de inte heller fixa fungerande belysning! Ingen personal visste hur det skulle göras och de var inte speciellt intresserade av att hjälpa till!

Wir haben ein separates Kinderbett gebraucht. Dies wurde uns, ohne vorherige Ankündigung, separat mit 75€ berechnet. Das Zimmer war aber viel zu klein um das Bett auf auf zu stellen. Vor Ort konnte uns niemand helfen in anderes Zimmer geben. Wir wurden lediglich auf eine E-Mail verwiesen, an die ich mich wenden soll. So etwas unprofessionelles und keinerlei Entgegenkommen habe ich bisher in keinem Hotel erlebt.
