Piscina microscopica e chiusa alle 18 Lunghissima attesa al ristorante e c eravamo letteralmente solo noi e abbiamo ordinato la stessa pietanza che è arrivata fredda dopo oltre 40 min di attesa Puzza in camera di non so cosa Megafono con la preghiera fuori dalla stanza (rispetto ogni religione sia chiaro) ma un megafono fuori dalla porta che alle 4 del mattino ha il volume altissimo per la preghiera

El desayuno buffet, de los más completos que he visto nunca! Y el trato del personal, muy amables.

Era verano y la ropa de cama es un edredón bien invernal. Una sábana sola bastaría y ayudaría a conciliar el sueño mejor. El aire acondicionado del comedor, demasiado fuerte en algunas zonas.

Saya menginap di hotel ini bersama keluarga saya di liburan akhir pekan kali ini. Kolam renang yg luas..kamar yg oke dan bersih ..view dari jendela mantap..makanan sarapan paginya sip..banyak pilihannya..ramah untuk orang tua/lansia overal oke cocok untuk liburan keluarga maupun bisnis trip.Kebersihan kamar sangat terjaga dan diperhatikan oleh staf houskeeping..proses cek in dan cek out yg mudah..cepat walau harus agak menunggu kamar avaiable krn msh cleaning so far good service ..banyak pilihan tempat makan malam disekitar hotel, tidak jauh ke pusat kota, lokasi strategis dipinggir jalan raya dengan parkir yang luas .

Layar televisi di kamar 655 kadang sering no sinyal dan ada titik2 lampu lcd disisi tertentu..serta colokan listrik di sisi kanan tempat tidur(dkt kamar mandi) kurang kencang/kendor jd kadang harus dtekan agak kencang..serta ac kamar yg kurang dingin padahal sudah disetting dibwah 20 derajat masih enggak dingin juga serta agak berisik ..mohon agar diperbaiki fasilitas dikamarnya.

El desayuno nos dio la oportunidad de probar toda la comida local Buen servicio de taxi para irnos a buscar y eejar al aeropuerto y para movernos en la ciudad. Considerar que no es una ciudad caminable, siempre debes tomar taxi para salir del hotel. Usamos el restaurant para almorzar, estaba bueno.

De repente llegaba un olor a cigarro, siendo que pedimos una habitacion de no fumadores. La piscina no la usamos pero por que no se veia agradable, siempre en la sombra. El hotel tambien es un centro de eventos por lo que un día nos tocó el desayuno con mucha gebte

We enjoyed our stay here because the staff was so pleasant and helpful. Always had a smile when we returned from out day trips. Our room was big and plenty of room to store our luggage. Also it was very easy to get around with Grab. The breakfast had many options, the food was good and again the staff was excellent

We hadden geen kamer inclusief ontbijt, het ontbijt ter plekke was aan de dure kant (150.000 rp, 50% van onze kamerprijs..).

Удобное расположение, почти в центре города. Было тихо в номере. Кровати удобные, мы хорошо высыпались. Завтрак отличный, весьма разнообразный. . На ужине было всего три блюда на выбор. Но в пешей доступности (минут 10 неспешным шагом) есть выбор весьма приличных ресторанов. Персонал очень приветливый, помогали при возникновении любых вопросов.

Bien ubicado en zona centrica, teniamos para alquilar moto a un par de cuadras asi que resultó super comodo. Buena atención del personal en todo momento.

Tal vez es un poco mejorable el desayuno buffet pero estaba bien en general.

The location was excellent, just in the right center of Jogja. Staff was sooooo friendly, especially Elfa at the reception, she was very professional and helped us a lot with arranging two quiet rooms cuz I had to work in the morning. It’s hard to satisfy me cuz I had to admit sometimes I am sort of picky. Facilities were great, and breakfast was nice. The first day was buffet, then started from the next day, it was an ordered menu. Very delicious.

The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was amazing, plenty of food and huge variety. Location was ok, still need of course a taxi/car to go everywhere. We enjoyed the stay.

We stayed at The Alana Malioboro in Yogyakarta for 9 nights and had an excellent experience. The location is very convenient, with easy Grab access and many nearby restaurants, cafes, and supermarkets. Check-in and check-out were smooth and professional. The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable, with a great bed, reliable Wi-Fi, and a well-designed bathroom with consistent hot water and good pressure. Breakfast was busy but well managed, with a wide variety of dishes that changed regularly. The staff were outstanding, friendly, professional, and genuinely welcoming. A special shoutout to Windha, a wonderful hospitality ambassador for both the hotel and Indonesia. We would happily stay here again.

Overall, everything was good. The staff I met were all friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel is close to the city center, and access to public transportation is also easy. The breakfast provided was complete and tasted satisfying.

Dispone de juegos para niños y piscina. El desayuno era muy completo y el personal amable y disponible en todo momento. La habitación era amplia y limpia.

Todo estaba perfecto pero si quisiera encontrarle un defcto, las habitaciones disponen de sofá que se puede utilizar como cama supletoria pero no es muy comoda.

Location was convinent central point to get taxis to the local sights of yogjakarta. Easy access to shops, conveinences and whatever you may need!

We enjoyed our stay very much. Excellent breakfast. The best I have had in Indonesia. And even compared with other hotels worldwide. The staff is super kind and helpful.

Not a big issue, but most people did not understand English 😊

Room is need refurbishment but it is clean and well maintainance. The location is not really near Malioboro refer to the name but it is not far thou. Breakfast was good with lots of variety but there are still more room for improvement in taste.

Room looks old, TV is small and not smart, price is not competitive.

The swimming pool and breakfast are nice. Breakfast had a lot of good options, Indonesian and continental.

We got upgraded to a smoking room even though we reserved a non-smoking room. Luckily the staff changed us to a non-smoking room. The pillows were quite thick, so we asked for thinner pillows, which they provided. The hallway still smelled like smoke though.

Good location. And the staff were exceptional. Well equipped gym. Breakfast had a wide selection but could be very busy at times. WiFi also very strong.

The pool area was uninviting which was disappointing as had planned on some relaxing time. The room was dark but a good size. Sadly the bathroom was small and in need of new tiling.

Breakfast buffet is great -continental and asian choices. Staff is attentive and willing to help, although not really speaking English.

There is not much to do in the area. The pool was deceptive (right next to the breakfast area, hence no privacy). The room was dirty/not deeply cleaned (hairs, shoes stains…) and felt too tight for 2 persons.

The breakfast was diverse and delicious, offering multiple choices from local to Western style. The staff were friendly and always willing to assist. 自助早餐選擇很多也好吃，從當地風格到西式早餐都有，即使是台灣人習慣早上有稀飯這裡也有！浴室乾濕分離，有吹風機，飯店人員很友善，以價格來說值得推薦。

However, the bathroom fan emitted the smell of second-hand smoke, even though I had requested a non-smoking room. The lighting in the room was quite dim, making it difficult to work. The bed and towels also felt worn out — the mattress was too soft to support weight properly, and the towels appeared a bit yellowed with age. 要求非吸煙房，但是浴室的風扇仍會飄散煙味出來；房間的燈很暗，不好工作，床墊太軟了…有些毛巾舊舊黃黃但有些很新。

Breakfast was good.

早餐可以安全體驗當地傳統食物，選擇多，還有西式跟稀飯。

禁菸房仍無可避免有換氣扇出現的煙味，對無法忍受的人務必考慮。燈光很暗，床墊太軟，大約台灣老式拉皮過的旅館風。

Habitación amplia, limpia y relativamente en el centro de la ciudad. Buena conexión para ir a los templos. Había agua embotellada a demanda durante todos los dias Desayuno amplio y variado. Nos facilitaron el desayuno antes de la apertura de la cafetería dado que teníamos el check-out de madrugada para llegar al aeropuerto, cosa que agradecimos mucho El hotel facilitó el servicio de taxi para recogernos del aeropuerto. Volveríamos a repetir

Absolutely loved this hotel. Great value for money. The rooms are spacious, beds are ultra comfortable and the location is quite close to many bars and restaurants. The breakfast was wonderful with many different options every day - one of the best breakfasts I had in Indonesia. The shower was warm and nice. Also want to mention the hotel staff - everybody is wonderful starting from reception people ending with room service personnel. Thanks for making our stay in Jogja :).

The hotel itself is perfect, the room was very clean, spacious and comfortable. There was tea and coffee in the room with a kettle. Also complimentary water. The staff was very friendly and kind. The location was good I guess, I mean Yogyakarta was not what I expected but it is not a reflection on the hotel at all. You need a grab/gojek or a taxi to go to Malioboro area, or anywhere around the same distance. However there are some restaurant options within 10 min walking distance of the hotel. Also, the hotel breakfast and restaurant is also amazing with a variety of choices. Highly recommended.

Piscine bof, froide, personne, tout un groupe de gens qui vous regarde. La salle de bain sentait très mauvais. Le télé s’allume tout le temps avec le mauvais générique et la musique.
