Great experience staying here. We got our dolphin bungalow. Seamless Check in experience with Kak Aurel and checked out with Kak Maurel, explaining all the details which are necessary for our stay. Recommended for a family trip or couple for vacation in Bogor.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Excellent We had a really nice stay at Royal Safari Garden with our family. The place is comfortable, kid friendly, and has a great atmosphere. Everything was clean and well taken care of, and the weather in Puncak made it even better. Big thanks to Kak Vina for helping us with the membership registration and sharing useful information. She was super friendly and helpful, which made our stay even smoother. Overall, a great experience and definitely recommended for a family trip. Would love to come back!

Our family had a great staycation at royal safari garden. We stayed in leopard executive king room. The room was quite good 👍🏻. The food is very good and their is a lot off choice. Thanks to staff and Asep bellboy for the hospitality

Had a great stay at Safari Hotel! From the moment we arrived, the staff were super friendly and made everything easy. The room was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed — comfy bed, good shower, and plenty of space. Breakfast was tasty with lots of choices, and the restaurant meals were really good too. The hotel is in a nice spot, close to places to see but quiet enough to relax. Loved the little details around the hotel that made it feel welcoming. Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay. I’d definitely come back and recommend it to friends.

Fast check out and wide range of breakfast. My kid love the activity, wish we can stay longer. No need go go outside the premises

Very nice and very comfortable for vacation with our family. I will be back to here with my family again. I love taman safari

Friendly staff, many to explore like reptile island, bird park, and many animals place to interact. Also easy check in.

Really enjoyed my 2 days and 1 night stay. Lots of activities to explore with friends and family. Staff hospitality is excellent. The ambience of the resort is peaceful and cooling. Had a restful sleep. Breakfast spread is decent. Only 1 minor thing is that our request for toilet roll was not attended to. Aside from that a highly recommended place to stay in Bogor

The best safari themed resort I visited. Staff was very friendly. Loved their bird sanctuary. Recommend my all friends to visit here.

Bro Ruslan housekeeping staff on Giraffe hotel level 3 gave my family exceptional service. He is always smiling and friendly and helpful. He was patiently waiting for us as we packed to move to the next rooms. I left behind my bag on the lobby and was grateful that bro Ruslan was on duty. He saw it and helped to keep it for me.

Pertama liat keren hotelnya sesuai dg harga tp pelayanan receptionist yg memberi kunci kamar yg masih berisi penghuni lain membuat saya langsung berpikir hotel ini standar. Setelah melihat fasilitas kamar pun sgt biasa dan dilengkapi sprei yg sobek sobek pinggirannya hehe. Belum lg wahana/fasilitas didalamnya harus bayar spt mobil wara wiri yg digunakan utk mengelilingi hotel&Permainan anak2. Mohon ditingkatkan pelayanan serta fasilitas hotel sesuai dg bintangnya.

Very nice We loved it

Hebatnya mayoritas atraksinya gratis. Totally worth the value

Thx

i book breakfast included. but expedia cannit confirm to the hotel that it include breakfast. please cek when booking with expedia, the web page and the actual might be different

The hotel had seen its glorious days. Physical facilities are poorly maintained. Restaurant is below par. Staff had no concern that everything was empty, and needs to be replenished. Internet is only at the lobby and restaurant.

Sayangnya sesang renovasi.

4 stars hotel feels like 2 stars, I've got no balcony room, no good views, old style room interiors, bath room not comfort, beeakfast not good, animal show is ok, animal rodong is ok, old style game, sports facilities ok, old style pool for children only,

Good hotel
