Thank you so much Helped to organise a tour across all sightseeing destinations of the Chiang Rai. That tour took all day (around 10 hours with lunch) but was really great. The best option for people who have limited time staying in town.

It was a bit dated and the bed duvet had no cover and no top sheet which was a bit odd to me, but everything was clean and comfortable enough!

Very loud - thin walls so lots of noise coming from other guests and there’s a loud barking dog next door. Also the mattress was the hardest of all the hard mattresses I’ve slept on in Thailand and the duvet incredibly thin, so both could be comfier.

Nonostante la colazione non sia prevista su Booking, l'hotel la offre, però abbiamo preferito evitare perché ci siamo sentite male con la marca di acqua potabile che ci veniva offerta.

Reviewed Sep 20, 2025I want to start off first by saying I'm not involved with this hotel in any way shape or form I am simply a happy customer. We booked this online and I'll be honest when I looked at the photos I was questioning my choice almost canceled and booked somewhere else. I am very very happy I didn't do that. I have booked over 300 nights in rooms throughout Thailand in the last 10 years and I have to say this was probably the best of the bunch. I have stayed in between two star and four star accommodations and this particular accommodation on booking.com was rated two stars but it's vastly underrated. I can only assume it was rated to stars because there's no pool and no gym but it's got everything else. The room is very large with a king size not a queen size bed very very nice linens super comfortable. Flat screen TV a kettle for water refrigerator great air conditioning coffee and water provided. A large balcony with some seats and a table and a rack to dry clothing. Included in the price is breakfast in the morning it's a light breakfast coffee juice they do some eggs for you and toast enough to get you started for the day. In the bathroom all the amenities you need as well as really good water pressure which sometimes is an issue here in Southeast Asia. Very friendly staff very easy check-in. Should I make it up to Chaing Rai again this will no doubt be my accommodation of choice.

Reviewed Aug 17, 2025The staff were very welcoming, friendly and helpful. The hotel provided a free breakfast which was very kind and the coffee was good. My room was nice and the bed was very comfortable.. It was clean. The hotel is very generous with daily water bottles, and lots of shampoo and shower gel is available. The trip organised through the hotel was a great day out. Highly recommended. There is a good night market and lots of restaurants nearby. It's a short walk to the bus station, less than 10 mins, and a 20 minute Grab ride to the airport. I really recommend the hotel.
My balcony floor needed a good clean as unfortunately pigeons visit at night. The shower floor tiles need a good occasional scrub with bleach. I'm not suggesting they weren't clean but looked like they need some attention. However, I wear flip flops in all showers and bathrooms so it was OK.

Reviewed Jul 25, 2025We stayed here for a two day break. We found the hotel to be quite modern and very clean . The reception staff were very friendly , welcoming and efficient. We were shown unto a very spacious and comfortable room , with the bonus of a huge comfy bed . They supplied coffee and sugar along with a kettle for a hot drink . We didn't have breakfast so can't comment but overall we felt very relaxed and enjoyed our stay . Next time we go to chaing rai we will definitely consider booking in again .
Bathroom was usable albeit a bit cramped when opening the door you were faced with the toilet only inches between the open door and toilet bowl , it felt like you had squeeze in then shut the door behind you .
