Disappointed with the recent stay as they let external who come into the restaurant uses the pool. They were eating and washing stuff in the pool which was so disgusting and the staff were just standing there and scared to said something. Untill my mother had enough with one of the kid trying to throw water at her. And she had to tell the staff to tell them to stop. We paid quite high for this place and expected staff to be more trained and professional.

Breakfast has plenty of choices. The room for three has plenty of spaces. No bath tub but shower is good

ห้องที่ให้มาตอนแรกมีกลิ่นห้องน้ำแรงมาก น่าจะมีปัญหาจากระบบท่อ เพราะเป็นห้องที่อยู่ในสุด เปลี่ยนห้องให้ใหญ่ขึ้นแต่เจอห้องที่ไม่มีฝักบัว แต่แจ้งช่างมาใส่เพิ่มให้ไม่มีปัญหา แต่น้ำในห้องน้ำเป็นสีเหลืองไม่สะอาดมาก ห้องอาจจะไม่ได้ใช้มานาน สุดท้ายทีวีในห้องก็เสียมีแต่เสียงไม่มีภาพ ส่วนห้องอาหารมื้อเย็น การจัดการแย่มากไม่ทำตามคิว เข้าใจว่าลูกค้าเต็มเพราะมีงานวิ่ง แต่ก็จัดการได้ไม่ดีเลย

พอดีเลือกห้องพัก deluxe แบบที่เห็นตึกด้านข้างกำลังก่อสร้าง มันใกล้มากจนมองตากันได้เลยค่ะ ในอนาคตถ้าสร้างเสร็จคงไม่ค่อยส่วนตัวเท้าไร เลือกพักด้านที่เห็นต้นไม้ดีกว่าค่ะ ชายหาดไม่สะอาดขยะเยอะ ทรายเดินแล้วจะยวบๆ ไม่ค่อยแน่นค่ะ

Everything was great. The reception and housekeeping staff were all polite. Having Ice Cream available at breakfast was great 👍

Das Hotel und die Zimmer waren äusserst sauber & gepflegt. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Jegliche Fragen und Anliegen wurden sofort bearbeitet. Das Essen im The Shore war ausgezeichnet und preiswert. Wir erhielten immer wieder kleine Aufmerksamkeiten vom Hotel und konnten uns auch mit dem Manager des Hotels unterhalten, welcher sehr zuvorkommend ist. Wir empfehlen das Hotel und würden sofort wieder buchen.

First of all, the hotel is not very conveniently located in terms of logistics. It’s quite difficult to reach by public transport. However, since I was traveling by car, it was easy to get there, and the hotel has a large and convenient parking area. The staff at the reception were friendly, and the housekeeping staff were also very kind. I was traveling with my sister, so it was great that the hotel offered a room with separate beds — that was very convenient. We chose a room with a garden view, which was quiet and peaceful. On the other side of the hotel there is construction work, so it might be less comfortable there. From the window, we could see greenery, the beach, and part of the parking area. The beach is about a 5-minute walk from the hotel, and the surroundings are clean. The beach itself is maintained well, although nearby areas are not as clean. The pool is decent, but by the end of the day it gets warmed up by the sun, so the water is quite warm in the evening. Overall, it’s a very pleasant hotel — relaxed, not overwhelming, and offering a good, solid level of comfort.

As for the downsides, one thing to note is that the hotel is a non-smoking property, so if you want to smoke, you need to go out to the beach. Another minor drawback is that the hotel is used for conferences, so at times the parking area suddenly fills up with cars and people in business attire. However, this usually only happens during the daytime. Otherwise, the hotel is not very crowded, and there are generally not too many people around. It’s also worth mentioning that there aren’t many cultural or entertainment spots around the hotel. Not all of the cafes and restaurants you may see on Google Maps are actually open. However, most hotels in the area, including this one, offer their own services such as a restaurant and massage. You can also explore dining options and other services within nearby hotels.

Wunderschönes Hotel in einer sehr trostlosen Gegend, in der GOTT SEI DANK nicht viel los ist. Das Personal sehr sehr freundlich, aber auch erst wenn man mehrere Sätze miteinander gesprochen hat. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen, und verstanden auch die Kommentare, die wir vorher gelesen hatten, warum das Frühstück das beste an er Anlage ist. Auf meine Frage bzgl. frischer Mango oder frischer Kokosnuss wurde mir gesagt, dass jetzt nicht die richtige Jahreszeit dafür ist.... ich habs mal so hingenommen... Alles in allem ist die Unterkunft sehr zum empfehlen, wir werden nicht mehr kommen, aber das liegt an uns, denn wir schlafen oder besuchen niemals den selben Ort zweimal!

Тишина и спокойствие. На пляже мы были одни. Красивенный большой песчаный пляж. Очень удобный вход в воду и для детей и для взрослых. Хороший ресторан. В среднем цены в ресторане 200-300 батт за блюдо. Классный бассейн. Все чистенько, аккуратненько. В номере большие удобные кровати. Большая парковка для машин на территории отеля. До Паттайи 2,5 часа.

Не берите ужины. Придется есть по меню , которое дороже чем просто заказать в ресторане и выбора не будет. Дешевле просто брать в ресторане блюда. Нам разрешили просто есть на сумму, которую мы проплатили за ужины. За территорией отеля мы побоялись есть. Вокруг все только для местных. Обменять валюту негде. Совсем не туристическое место. Дочке было скучно. Пообщаться не с кем. Заняться нечем.

Fue para mi el lugar perfecto para la.desconexion y tranquilidad que buscaba. El sitio está muy bien ubicado delante mismo de la playa. La playa es grande y fue un placer poder recorrerla todos los dias. La habitacion es grande y super comoda. Lo mejor sin duda es el personal. Todos desde recepcion hasta el restaurante (los precios están bien) fueron tan amables y serviciales. Siempre atentos. De hecho pedí poder ir a una isla Koh Chang para pasar el dia y me consiguieron chofer para llevarme al ferry (está a 1h30 de camino de alli) y buscarme. Isla que recomiendo por cierto.(Alquilé una moto directamente al llegar para el dia. Fue perfecto y comodo) Y por ultimo, tienen servicio de transporte directo privado para ir al aeropuerto de Bangkok a todas horas que es super practico.

L'endroit est vraiment très bien situé, avec une plage magnifique, les pieds dans l'eau et surtout tranquille et authentique. Les couchers de soleil sont splendides. La piscine est très bien située par rapport à l'ensemble du complexe et de la plage. Le personnel est accueillant et très sympathique et est vraiment là pour le client. Bonne idée d'avoir installé la possibilité de manger sur la plage avec le bar.

Un plus pour donner une salle de fitness avec tous les équipement. Vélo d'appartement par exemple. Mettre d'avantage de transat sur la partie plage. Dans les sanitaires, les odeurs de canalisation aussi à maîtriser. Conseil aussi de bien former le personnel sur les langues étrangères. Difficultés à se comprendre parfois, engendrant des situations caucasses.

This hotel was a gem to find. Could not fault anything. Staff were so good and obliging. The Manager, Brian, was hands on morning to evening. The New Year celebrations were exceptional. Decorations......magic. Breakfast was very good. Lots of choices. The room was exceptionally clean. WIFI was also good.

Wat een fijne plek. Mooi hotel direct aan het strand met een groot zwembad. Er was altijd plek op het strand of bij het zwembad. Ontbijt is erg uitgebreid. Ook kan je in het restaurant aan het strand lunchen en dineren. Manager Brian houdt alles goed in de gaten.

Unsere Tochter (5 Jahre) ist über einen Tisch in der Lobby gestolpert, mit dem Ergebnis, das wir 1000 Bath bezahlen mussten. Das ist in meinem Augen ein unwürdiges Verhalten eines Hotels in dieser Preisklasse. Sie sollten sich schämen!

Nous voulions trouver un hôtel en bord de mer au calme loin du béton. A 2h30 de Pattaya , nous avons trouvé dans cet hôtel le lieu idéal pour se reposer en bord de plage. La longue plage est fréquentée par 95% de locaux et le sourire était présent partout. Les chambres sont confortables. Le personnel très souriant ne sait pas quoi faire pour rendre service quand vous avez besoin de quelque chose, c’est un vrai plaisir. Nous y étions en semaine pour le calme, le WE l’hôtel est plus familial avec des installations proposées aux enfants (kids club). Le restaurant en bord de plage The shore propose des plats thaïs et western à des prix corrects (un peu plus chers qu’en dehors mais pas trop épicés si vous craignez le piment). Bon petit déjeuner varié.

ห้องน้ำ ไม่ทำความสะอาดกระจก เห็นเป็นคราบเยอะเลย / เบาะโซฟาไหลออกมา เจอเศษขนมแห้งๆ แต่ภาพรวม คือ ดี *คำพูดตอนลูกค้าถามว่า สามารถออกใบกำกับภาษีได้ไหม? อยากให้เปลี่ยนคำพูด จากประโยคที่ว่า "ลูกค้าต้องทำเองค่ะ" ให้ตัดออก และเปลี่ยนเป็น "ทางโรงแรมมี QR ให้สแกน เพื่อให้ลูกค้ากรอกข้อมูลเข้ามาได้เลยค่ะ เดี๋ยวทางโรงแรงจะส่งข้อมูลให้ทางอีเมล์ นะคะ" แทน จะฟังดูดีกว่า
