Could you please look into cleaning and maintenance, and consider improvements to the pool size or capacity?

Rooms were dusty. The receptionist at the massage parlor was rude when we were enquiring the price for massage. Such a spoil and had to change my mind just because of the staff.

Just the door gap quiet wide at the bottom, can hear noises from outside. Wifi connection keep losing when going downstairs.

My husband seemed to like the sambal at breakfast so much, I found it a bit spicy. 5. Good variety of food served at breakfast. Not so much on Western, but local foods are nice. 6. Many, free car parks (not covered)!
1. I found no water dispenser. Only two drinking water bottle was provided in the room. 2. I had a bad cherry tomato in the salad, otherwise nice. 3. Croissant so stale 4. No one to take away the dishes. About 5 - 10 mins before we left was just when someone took it from our table. 5. The room was not carpeted. I thought it was from the pictures.
