We managed to check in early, after a long bus journey, for a small fee which made our stay even better as we could fully enjoy our first day. The rooms are perfect with everything you need for a short stay. The air conditioning was very powerful and the bathrooms are large with a good working shower. It’s a short drive away from most of the central things in Bangkok but nothing too much. There are restaurants and cafes a couple of minutes walk away. A great price for a great location.

Parfaitement situé dans un quartier avec restaurants . Nous avions une chambre privée propre, confortable et bien entretenue. En plus il y a une petite cuisine partagée pour se faire à manger avec café et thé à disposition. Les gérants sont adorables et très serviables. Un très bon endroit où rester à Bangkok.

I had a great experience there. Krishna that works at the reception was very respectful and always willing to help!

I would just add some system on the windows so people cannot see inside and get more privacy.

Odam çok rutubetliydi. Klimayı hiç kapatmamak gerekiyor, yoksa rahat edemezsiniz. Belki daha iyi odaları vardır.

La fenêtre de ma chambre donne sur une terrasse-couloir ou des tables et chaises sont installées pour les guests qui souhaite fumer et discuter : pas d'intimité avec rideaux ouverts. Les oreillers et matelas sont corrects mais pas top

L emplacement près des temples principaux de bangkok. La propreté . Le calme. Les petites tables dans la cour. Les produits pour toilettes. On était au rez-de-chaussée.....super

​Stay away! I was denied check-in for a pre-paid room. The management is incredibly inconsiderate. After a 10-hour flight to Bangkok and a long taxi ride, the last thing you want is to be stranded and forced to hunt for a replacement hotel at a much higher rate. Truly unprofessional.

Everything, the staff was very good and courtesy and the place was clean and in a very good location

Struttura carina e pulita comoda per spostarsi a piedi, nel raggio di un km si raggiunge la famosa Khao San Road, vicina al fiume e a tanti locali dove poter bere e mangiare nelle immediate vicinanze

Non mi è piaciuto che nella struttura non c'era un bar per poter fare la colazione

Das gesamte Zimmer war voll mit Schimmel. Man konnte es schon beim öffnen der Zimmertür riechen. Das hotel konnte uns kein Ersatzzimmer anbieten, weshalb wir schlussendlich das hotel gewechselt haben

The location was very good , the staff was very helpful and kind, I liked it a lot, the bed was very comfortable, the bathroom was big, the room had fridge and good windows , air conditioning etc

Tucked away on a side street, this place is a quiet escape! Great location if you want to be away from the chaos of Khaosan Road, but still close enough to walk. Room was clean and bed was comfy - not much daylight in the room but that didn't bother me as it kept it cool (also may not apply to all the rooms).

Nothing that I can think of! Was a bit of noise in the early morning as my room was down near where the staff were setting up for the day, but again this wouldn't be the case for every room.

Posizione ottima per esplorare il quartiere vivace, e defilata dal caos. Ci tornerò sicuramente!

The staff are very friendly and accommodating. The place is great value, quiet location. The place has no frills but is always my go to place when in Bangkok

The location, amenities, cleanliness

There was only 1 thing I didn't like. They didn't take out our trash for 5 days. And we didn't have extra toilet paper, we had to ask for it.

Ottima posizione, vicino a Kaoh San Road, ma fuori dalle vie della movida. Stanza adeguata al prezzo pagato.

c'è un bar alla fine della strada che fa molto rumore, quindi non si riesce a dormire bene.

Excellent location - lovely area with lots of bars and restaurants and walkable to Khao San Road and The Grand Palace. Private bathroom was clean and the air con worked well.

The walls of our room were thin and you could hear people in the corridor and next door but it didn’t wake us.

This cozy hotel is located in a quiet, central area. There is a beautiful green area next to the apartments. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff is helpful and friendly

The location was good, very close to Khao san road. Free water.

The bed was very uncomfortable, it was like sleeping on a piece of wood There was no hairdryer available.

Die Lage war sehr gut Waren nur für eine Nacht und war für unseren Zweck ausreichend. Gute Lage.

Es war sehr laut. Jeden der in der Nacht heimgekommen ist hat man gehört.

Простые и чистые номера, приветливый персонал. Рядом хорошие кафе.

Жили в двух номерах на первом этаже. В одном из номеров кондиционер был направлен прямо на кровать. Все остальное было отлично!

The room with the Window on the corridore, it was very dark

The only thing good about this property was the staff and the bed was very comfortable.

Everything but the bed. There was open bricked window in the shower room which was uncomfortable getting a shower. Very very noisy at night

We liked the location. Very central with bars and restaurants within walking distance. Room was spacious.

The room we were in (5) has a street light just outside our window and the room can benefit if there were block out curtains.
